Preparation of Z-scheme WO_3(H_2O)0.333/Ag_3PO_4 composites with enhanced photocatalytic activity and durability 认领 引用 被引量:8

Therefore, it is very urgent to find a solution to improve the light corro... Ag3PO4 is widely used in the field of photocatalysis because of its unique activity. However, photocorrosion limits its practical application. Therefore, it is very urgent to find a solution to improve the light corrosion resistance of Ag3PO4. Herein, the Z-scheme WO3(H2O)0.333/Ag3PO4 composites are successfully prepared through microwave hydrothermal and simple stirring. The WO3(H2O)0.333/Ag3PO4 composites are characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and UV-Vis spectroscopy. In the degradation of organic pollutants, WO3(H2O)0.333/Ag3PO4 composites exhibit excellent performance under visible light. This is mainly attributed to the synergy of WO3(H2O)0.333 and Ag3PO4. Especially, the photocatalytic activity of 15%WO3(H2O)0.333/Ag3PO4 is the highest, and the methylene blue can be completely degraded in 4 min. In addition, the stability of the composites is also greatly enhanced. After five cycles of testing, the photocatalytic activity of 15%WO3(H2O)0.333/Ag3PO4 is not obviously decreased. However, the degradation efficiency of Ag3PO4 was only 20.2%. This indicates that adding WO3(H2O)0.333 can significantly improve the photoetching resistance of Ag3PO4. Total dose effects and single event effects on radiation-hardened power vertical double-diffusion metal oxide semiconductor(VDMOS) devices with composite SiO2-Si3N4 film gates are investigated.The relationships among the important electrical parameters of the samples with different thickness SiO2-Si3N4 films,such as threshold voltage,breakdown voltage,and on-state resistance in accumulated dose,are discussed.The total dose experiment results show that the breakdown voltage and the on-state resistance barely change with the accumulated dose.However,the relationships between the threshold voltages of the samples and the accumulated dose are more complex,and not only positively drift,but also negatively drift.At the end of the total dose experiment,we select the group of samples which have the smaller threshold voltage shift to carry out the single event effect studies.We find that the samples with appropriate thickness ratio SiO2-Si3N4 films have a good radiation-hardening ability.This method may be useful in solving both the SEGR and the total dose problems with the composite SiO2-Si3N4 films. 展开更多

A silicon dioxide fiber-reinforced silicon nitride matrix(SiOJSi3N4)composite used for radomes was prepared by chemical vapor infiltration(CVI)process using the SiCl4-NH3-H2 system.The effects of the process conditions,including infiltration temperature,infiltration time,and gas flux were investigated.The energy dispersion spectra(EDS)result showed that the main elements of this composite contained Si,N,and O.The X-ray diffraction(XRD)results indicated that phases of the composite before and after treatment at 1350℃were all amorphous.A little fiber pull-out was observed on the cross section of the composite by scan electron microscope(SEM).As a result,the composite exhibited good thermal stability,but an appropriate interface was necessary between the fiber and the matrix. 展开更多

The flexural stren... Three-dimensional (3D) five-directional braided (SiO2)/SiO2 composites were prepared by silicasol-infiltration-sintering (SIS) method. The flexural properties and microstructures were studied. The flexural strength and flexural elastic modulus were found to be 73 MPa and 12 GPa, respectively. The results of stress vs deflection curve and SEM examinations revealed that the fracture mechanism of 3D, five-directional braided (SiO2)/SiO2 composite was a mixture mode of ductile and brittle. The ductile mode was attributed to the weak bonding strength of fiber/matrix at low temperature. The brittle fracture might be caused by the propagation of micro defect or crack, which existed in the as-prepared composites for the ten-cycle process. 展开更多

It was found that the above catalysts have good catalytic hydrogenation activity for carbon - carbon double bonds systems and reusability. Furthermore, XPS and IR spectra shouted that active component in the composite catalysts is atomic Pd(0). An addition of a small amount of Fe2O3 has a promotive action upon hydrogenation activity of the catalysts, which indicated that there are some strong interactions (electron transfer) between Pd(0) and Fe(Ⅲ) species. Changing the molar ratio of Al∶Si∶Ti∶Zr,the kinds and content of crystal phases of composite membranes could be different, which may lead to a variety of microstructure of membranes. The surface nanoscale topography and microstructure of membranes were investiga ted by XRD,SEM,AFM,EPMA. The as-synthesized catalysts were characterized by N2 adsorpfion-desorption, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), UV-visible diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (DRS) and scanning transmission electron microscopy-high-angle annular dark field (STEM HAADF). The results of STEM HAADF showed that WO3 species were not uniformly distributed on the SiO2 support. The experimental results of 8wt%WO3/SiO2 performance in ethene/decene metathesis revealed that the catalytic effect of 8wt%WO3/SiO2 catalyst and coke formation over it were closely related to the support pore structure: The 8wt%WO3/SiO2 catalyst with a more complicated pore structure showed better catalytic performance but the coke deposition rate was also faster. 展开更多

为了提高SiO2气凝胶在高温下的隔热性能,以溶胶-凝胶两步法制备SiO2前驱体溶液,将遮光剂Fe2O3粉末添加到SiO2前驱体溶液中,结合二氧化碳超临界干燥技术,制备出Fe2O3-SiO2复合气凝胶,探究Fe2O3遮光剂的添... 为了提高SiO2气凝胶在高温下的隔热性能,以溶胶-凝胶两步法制备SiO2前驱体溶液,将遮光剂Fe2O3粉末添加到SiO2前驱体溶液中,结合二氧化碳超临界干燥技术,制备出Fe2O3-SiO2复合气凝胶,探究Fe2O3遮光剂的添加(Fe2O3外加质量分数分别为0、0.2%、0.5%、1.0%和3.0%)对气凝胶的影响。结果表明:1)Fe2O3添加到气凝胶中,不会影响气凝胶的形貌;Fe2O3的添加抑制了材料因高温造成的质量损失,提高了复合材料在高温下的稳定性。2)温度低于800℃时,Fe2O3外加量为0.5%(w)的试样,其热导率最低,隔热性能最好;而在800~1000℃温度下,Fe2O3外加量为1%(w)的试样,其热导率最低,仍保持较好的纳米多孔结构。3)通过控制Fe2O3外加量,可以得到适用于不同温度段的复合气凝胶。 展开更多

Titanium dioxide (TiO2) loaded tungsten trioxide (WO3) composite films are prepared by an E-beam vapor system. Associated with the existence of a heterojunction at the interface of TiO2 and WO3, the prepared TiO2-WO3 composite film shows enhanced photocurrent density, four times than the pure WO3 film illuminated under xenon lamp, and higher incident-photon-to-current conversion e^ciency. By varying the initial TiO2 film thickness, such composite structures could be optimized to obtain the highest photocurrent density. We believe that thin TiO2 films improve the light response and increase the surface roughness of WO3 films. Furthermore, the existence of the heterojunction results in the e^cient charge carriers' separation, transfer process, and a lower recombination of electron-hole pairs, which is beneficial for the enhancement of photocurrent density. 展开更多

A series of V2O5‐WO3/TiO2‐ZrO2,V2O5‐WO3/TiO2‐CeO2,and V2O5‐WO3/TiO2‐CeO2‐ZrO2 catalysts were synthesized to improve the selective catalytic reduction(SCR)performance and the K‐poisoning resistance of a V2O5‐WO3/TiO2 catalyst.The physicochemical properties were investigated by using XRD,BET,NH3‐TPD,H2‐TPR,and XPS,and the catalytic performance and K‐poisoning resistance were evaluated via a NH3‐SCR model reaction.Ce^4+and Zr^4+co‐doping were found to enhance the conversion of NOx,and exhibit the best K‐poisoning resistance owing to the largest BET‐specific surface area,pore volume,and total acid site concentration,as well as the minimal effects on the surface acidity and redox ability from K poisoning.The V2O5‐WO3/TiO2‐CeO2‐ZrO2 catalyst also presents outstanding H2O+SO2 tolerance.Finally,the in situ DRIFTS reveals that the NH3‐SCR reaction over the V2O5‐WO3/TiO2‐CeO2‐ZrO2 catalyst follows an L‐H mechanism,and that K poisoning does not change the reaction mechanism. 展开更多

通过溶胶-凝胶技术制备了稀土离子Tb3+和Na2WO4共掺杂的SiO2材料,利用DTA-TG,IR,XRD等测试手段研究了材料的结构。材料属于非晶态,800℃退火后Tb3+和Na2WO4共掺杂样品的主要结构为SiO2的网状结构。通过三维荧光光谱,荧光激发光谱和发射... 通过溶胶-凝胶技术制备了稀土离子Tb3+和Na2WO4共掺杂的SiO2材料,利用DTA-TG,IR,XRD等测试手段研究了材料的结构。材料属于非晶态,800℃退火后Tb3+和Na2WO4共掺杂样品的主要结构为SiO2的网状结构。通过三维荧光光谱,荧光激发光谱和发射光谱,分析探讨了Na2WO4对掺稀土离子的SiO2体系发光性质的影响。结果显示,在230nm激发下,样品显示Tb3+的5D4—7Fj(j=4,5,6)和5D3—7Fj(j=4,5,6)发射光谱,在紫外灯的照射下,发射均匀的蓝绿色荧光,说明样品掺杂均匀且分散性较好。Na2WO4的掺入,并不影响Tb3+在SiO2基质中的发射峰的主要位置,但对发光强度有很大的影响,敏化了5D4—7F6蓝色跃迁而猝灭了5D4—7F5绿色跃迁,使材料发射蓝绿色荧光。文章通过所得的能级图,对样品的跃迁机理进行了分析。 展开更多

采用浸渍法制备了WO3/SiO2催化剂,对其进行了UV-Vis DRS和NH3-TPD表征。将WO3/SiO2作为催化剂,以乙烯和2-丁烯为原料制备丙烯,考察了反应温度、质量空速等因素对歧化反应的影响。实验结果表明,催化剂的最佳WO3担载量为8%;以8%WO3/SiO2... 采用浸渍法制备了WO3/SiO2催化剂,对其进行了UV-Vis DRS和NH3-TPD表征。将WO3/SiO2作为催化剂,以乙烯和2-丁烯为原料制备丙烯,考察了反应温度、质量空速等因素对歧化反应的影响。实验结果表明,催化剂的最佳WO3担载量为8%;以8%WO3/SiO2为催化剂,在反应温度473 K^573 K、压力3.0 MPa、质量空速1.6 h-1下,2-丁烯的转化率可保持在80%以上,丙烯的选择性大于89.2%。经过140 h的稳定性实验,2-丁烯的转化率和丙烯的选择性略有下降,适当的提高反应温度(由473 K增加到513 K)可以恢复催化剂的活性。新鲜催化剂表面存在四面体、八面体六价钨物种和体相WO3,适当还原的W物种是歧化活性物种;W负载在催化剂表面引入了新的强酸中心,同时明显增加了总酸量。 展开更多
