Once the spoofer has controlled the navigation sys-tem of unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV),it is hard to effectively control the error convergence to meet the threshold condition only by adjusting parameters of estimation if estimation of the spoofer on UAV has continuous observation error.Aiming at this problem,the influence of the spoofer’s state estimation error on spoofing effect and error convergence conditions is theoretically analyzed,and an improved adaptively robust estimation algo-rithm suitable for steady-state linear quadratic estimator is pro-posed.It enables the spoofer’s estimator to reliably estimate UAV status in real time,improves the robustness of the estima-tor in responding to observation errors,and accelerates the con-vergence time of error control.Simulation experiments show that the mean value of normalized innovation squared(NIS)is reduced by 88.5%,and the convergence time of NIS value is reduced by 76.3%,the convergence time of true trajectory error of UAV is reduced by 42.3%,the convergence time of estimated trajectory error of UAV is reduced by 67.4%,the convergence time of estimated trajectory error of the spoofer is reduced by 33.7%,and the convergence time of broadcast trajectory error of the spoofer is reduced by 54.8%when the improved algorithm is used.The improved algorithm can make UAV deviate from pre-set trajectory to spoofing trajectory more effectively and more subtly. 展开更多

Titanium hollow blades are characterized with lightweight and high structural strength, which are widely used in advanced aircraft engines nowadays. Superplastic forming/diffusion bonding (SPF/DB) combined with numerical control (NC) milling is a major solution for manufacturing titanium hollow blades. Due to the shape deviation caused by multiple heat and pressure cycles in the SPF/DB process, it is hard to manufacture the leading and tailing edges by the milling process. This paper presents a new adaptive machining approach using free-form deformation to solve this problem. The actual SPF/DB shape of a hollow blade was firstly inspected by an on-machine measurement method. The measured point data were matched to the nominal SPF/DB shape with an improved ICP algorithm afterwards, by which the point-pairs between the measurement points and their corresponding points on the nominal SPF/DB shape were established, and the maximum modification amount of the final nominal shape was constrained. Based on the displacements between the point-pairs, an accurate FFD volume was iteratively calculated. By embedding the final nominal shape in the deformation space, a new final shape of the hollow blade was built. Finally, a series of measurement and machining tests was performed, the results of which validated the feasibility of the proposed adaptive machining approach. 展开更多

Forward-backward algorithm, used by watermark decoder for correcting non-binary synchronization errors, requires to traverse a very large scale trellis in order to achieve the proper posterior probability, leading to high computational complexity. In order to reduce the number of the states involved in the computation, an adaptive pruning method for the trellis is proposed. In this scheme, we prune the states which have the low forward-backward quantities below a carefully-chosen threshold. Thus, a wandering trellis with much less states is achieved, which contains most of the states with quite high probability. Simulation results reveal that, with the proper scaling factor, significant complexity reduction in the forward-backward algorithm is achieved at the expense of slight performance degradation. 展开更多

However, little attention has been paid to this issue, and it retrains one of the rmin obsta-cles for the application of ABE. Most of existing ABE schemes support attribute revocation work under indirect revocation model such that all the users' private keys will be affected when the revo-cation events occur. Though some ABE schemes have realized revocation under direct revocation model such that the revocation list is embedded in the ciphertext and none of the users' private keys will be affected by revocation, they mostly focused on the user revocation that revokes the user's whole attributes, or they can only be proven to be selectively secure. In this paper, we first define a model of adaptively secure ABE supporting the at- tribute revocation under direct revocation model. Then we propose a Key-Policy ABE (KP-ABE) scheme and a Ciphertext-Policy ABE (CP-ABE) scheme on composite order bilinear groups. Finally, we prove our schemes to be adaptively secure by employing the methodology of dual system eno cryption. 展开更多

In this paper, the earth coverage of satellite constellation is analyzed and a n + 1^ -fold coverage rate is put forward to evaluate the coverage performance of a satellite constellation. An optimization model of constellation parameters is established on the basis of the coverage performance. As a newly developed method, ASA can be applied to optimize the constellation parameters. In order to improve the ASA, a rule for adaptive number of ants is proposed, by which the search range is obviously enlarged and the convergence speed increased. Based on dividing the studied object into small blocks, the CBFM is suitable for parallel computing. In this paper, a static load balance parallel method is presented by combining Message Passing Interface (MPI) with Adaptively Modified CBFM (AMCBFM). In this method, the object geometry is partitioned into distinct blocks, and the serial number of blocks is sent to related nodes according to a certain rule. Every node only needs to calculate the information on local blocks. The obtained results confirm the accuracy and efficiency of the proposed method in speeding up solving large electrical scale problems. 展开更多

Adaptive mesh refinement (AMR) is fairly practiced in the context of high-dimensional, mesh-based computational models. However, it is in its infancy in that of low-dimensional, generalized-coordinate-based computational models such as projection-based reduced-order models. This paper presents a complete framework for projection-based model order reduction (PMOR) of nonlinear problems in the presence of AMR that builds on elements from existing methods and augments them with critical new contributions. In particular, it proposes an analytical algorithm for computing a pseudo-meshless inner product between adapted solution snapshots for the purpose of clustering and PMOR. It exploits hyperreduction—specifically, the energy-conserving sampling and weighting hyperreduction method—to deliver for nonlinear and/or parametric problems the desired computational gains. Most importantly, the proposed framework for PMOR in the presence of AMR capitalizes on the concept of state-local reduced-order bases to make the most of the notion of a supermesh, while achieving computational tractability. Its features are illustrated with CFD applications grounded in AMR and its significance is demonstrated by the reported wall-clock speedup factors. 展开更多

In order to solve the problems of color bias and visual deviation caused by inaccurate estimation of transmittance and atmospheric light in image defogging,a new algorithm based on multi-scale morphological reconstruction with adaptive transmittance and atmospheric light correction was proposed.Firstly,the algorithm used the open operation under morphological reconstruction to replace the minimum filter operation in the dark channel,and used the morphological edge to set the scale of the open operation structure elements,and constructed a multi-scale open operation fusion dark channel.After morphological noise reduction,the exact initial transmittance was obtained.According to the relationship between brightness and saturation difference and transmittance,an adaptive transmittance correction model was fitted with Gaussian function to correct the initial transmittance of the sky fog map.Then the local atmospheric light was improved according to the image brightness information and morphology closure operation.Finally,the proposed algorithm was combined with the atmospheric scattering model to obtain an accurate fog free image.The experimental results showed that the proposed algorithm was suitable for fog image restoration under various scenes,the restoration effect was good,and the brightness was suitable. 展开更多

The adaptively compressed exchange(ACE)operator is a low-rank representation of the Fock exchange,avoiding any loss of precision.We present an application of this method in the formalism of linearized augmented plane waves(LAPW)to hybrid functionals with range separation.For this purpose,we extend the functionality of the LAPW-specific Poisson solver employing the pseudocharge method for the short-and long-range interaction kernels.To make these calculations more affordable,we revise the most expensive steps in the pseudocharge method and reduce their computational complexity.As a result,this implementation is a first step towards cubic-scaling hybrid calculations employing LAPW with respect to the number of atoms.We apply our code for assessing the numerical quality of band gaps computed with hybrid functionals in the literature,employing a test set consisting of 26 materials. 展开更多

An attack-resilient distributed Nash equilibrium(NE) seeking problem is addressed for noncooperative games of networked systems under malicious cyber-attacks,i.e.,false data injection(FDI) attacks.Different from many existing distributed NE seeking works,it is practical and challenging to get resilient adaptively distributed NE seeking under unknown and unbounded FDI attacks.An attack-resilient NE seeking algorithm that is distributed(i.e.,independent of global information on the graph's algebraic connectivity,Lipschitz and monotone constants of pseudo-gradients,or number of players),is presented by means of incorporating the consensus-based gradient play with a distributed attack identifier so as to achieve simultaneous NE seeking and attack identification asymptotically.Another key characteristic is that FDI attacks are allowed to be unknown and unbounded.By exploiting nonsmooth analysis and stability theory,the global asymptotic convergence of the developed algorithm to the NE is ensured.Moreover,we extend this design to further consider the attack-resilient NE seeking of double-integrator players.Lastly,numerical simulation and practical experiment results are presented to validate the developed algorithms' effectiveness. 展开更多

Qingke,a staple crop grown on the high-altitude Tibetan Plateau,has evolved a metabolomic profile providing both environmental stress resilience and human nutrition.We review the hypothesis that the metabolites that confer cold and UV resistance on the crop also facilitate human adaptation to high-altitude stresses.Specifically,β-glucans regulate blood glucose primarily via short-chain fatty acids(SCFAs)produced through gut microbiota fermentation,which directly mediate glucose homeostasis.Phenolamides accumulate via the phenylpropanoid pathway,with chalcone isomerase(CHI)serving as a key enzyme in flavonoid biosynthesis and enhancing UV-B resistance.Under low temperatures,β-glucans improve frost tolerance by modulating osmotic balance and inhibiting ice-nucleating proteins,while lipids maintain membrane fluidity to sustain cellular function during cold stress.Importantly,we explore the hypothesis that these same metabolites,upon consumption,may facilitate human adaptation to high-altitude stresses.This hypothesis is supported by preliminary epidemiological associations between Qingke consumption and favorable health outcomes in high-altitude populations,as well as established bioactivities of the implicated metabolites in vitro and in animal models.However,direct causal evidence in humans and a comprehensive understanding of the underlying molecular mechanisms remain key knowledge gaps that warrant future investigation.Qingke as a unique resource at the interface of agricultural resilience and human nutrition.Understanding its metabolic blueprint will inform the development of functional foods and climate-resilient crops. 展开更多

Urophysa(Ranunculaceae)are plants endemic to the limestone regions of southern China,representing an attractive model for studying species differentiation,endangerment,and adaptive evolution in karst environments.Here,we assembled a chromosome-level genome of U.rockii,and re-sequenced 97 individuals of two Urophysa species.The final genome size was 303.21 Mb with a heterozygosity level of approximately 0.26%.Demographic analyses revealed that U.rockii diverged from U.henryi around 5.95million years ago,dramatic orogenies and climatic shifts in the Hengduan Mountain(HDM)during the Late Miocene to Pleistocene enhanced population divergence and accelerated allopatric speciation.Extremely low genetic diversity was detected in U.rockii,particularly in the populations CXS and PZ(8.7×10-5 and 9.6×10-5).Long-term bottleneck effects,limited gene flow,habitat specialization and severe inbreeding collectively contributed to its endangerment status.Genomic scan(top 5%FSTandπratio)of Urophysa species identified 257 selected genes linked to karst adaptation.Complementary physiological experiments and transcriptome analyses further detected multiple candidate genes under positive selection and expansion(e.g.,TPC1,PTR/POT,and CAX3).Maintaining cell wall integrity,regulating ion absorption and excretion,and sequestering excess ions into organelles(e.g.,vacuole and mitochondrion)are key survival strategies for Urophysa species in harsh limestone rocky environments.Our findings elucidate the evolutionary patterns and mechanisms underlying species adaptation to karst ecosystems,and identify key drivers of endangerment within such ecologically specialized habitats. 展开更多

Nitric oxide(NO)is a key vasodilator that regulates vascular pressure and blood flow.Tibetans have developed a"blunted"mechanism for regulating NO levels at high altitude,with GTP cyclohydrolase 1(GCH1)identified as a key candidate gene.Here,we present comprehensive genetic and functional analyses of GCH1,which exhibits strong Darwinian positive selection in Tibetans.We show that Tibetan-enriched GCH1 variants down-regulate its expression in the blood of Tibetans.Based on this observation,we generate the heterozygous Gch1 knockout(Gch1+/-)mouse model to simulate its downregulation in Tibetans.We find that under prolonged hypoxia,the Gch1+/-mice have relatively higher blood NO and blood oxygen saturation levels compared with the wild-type(WT)controls,providing better oxygen supplies to the cardiovascular and pulmonary systems.Markedly,hypoxia-induced cardiac hypertrophy and pulmonary remodeling are significantly attenuated in the Gch1^(+/-)mice compared with the WT controls,likely due to the adaptive changes in molecular regulations related to metabolism,inflammation,circadian rhythm,extracellular matrix,and oxidative stress.This study sheds light on the role of GCH1 in regulating blood NO,contributing to the physiological adaptation of the cardiovascular and pulmonary systems in Tibetans at high altitude. 展开更多

Karst flora confined to isolated‘habitat islands'evolve specialized adaptations and unique traits,serving as ideal models for investigating adaptive evolution and species diversification mechanisms.Camellia rubituberculata,endemic to the karst habitats of Guizhou,China,can serve as a model for adaptive evolution and diversity in karst-endemic woody species.However,the lack of a chromosome-level genome for this species has limited in-depth studies on its adaptations to karst and posed a barrier to its genetic improvement.In this study,a chromosome-level genome assembly of C.rubituberculata was generated,with 15 pseudo-chromosomes and a genome size of 2.50 Gb(scaffold N50=168.34 Mb,55,302 protein-coding genes).Comparative genomics revealed two whole-genome duplications(WGDs),namely,an ancient γ-event(~120 Mya)and a subsequent genus-wide event(~86 Mya),after which gene families linked to karst adaptation(e.g.,photosynthesis)were significantly expanded.Selective sweep analysis showed that selected genes were associated with phytohormone transmission and metabolism.Genes functionally annotated as involved in stress responses—including SAUR,BSK,NCL,CDPK,and NDPK—participate in calcium homeostasis and ion transport pathways under karstspecific stresses.MYB transcription factors,which are crucial in plant responses to stresses,including drought,may be key for adaptation to the high salinity and drought stress in karst environments.The divergent selection in wild and cultivated groups highlight key adaptations in plant hormone transduction and calcium transport.By elucidating karst adaptation in C.rubituberculata,this work establishes essential genomic resources for advancing genetic evolution research and molecular breeding across Camellia species. 展开更多

Traditional deterministic numerical simulation often has a poor prediction performance for landslide-induced wave run-up(LIWR)hazards,as it neglects the effects of uncertainty.The limitation for efficiently quantifying the uncertainties in primary parameters remains largely unsolved.In this study,we propose a probabilistic evaluation method,integrating the adaptive Kriging(AK)metamodel method and probability density evolution method(PDEM)based on generalized F-discrepancy.A Taylor expansion-based adaptive design strategy is applied to construct the global AK model over representative points generated by generalized F-discrepancy,thereby approximating the numerical physical response(i.e.,maximum LIWR).Using these approximate responses,the PDEM is used to compute the exceedance probabilities that LIWR heights exceed elements at risk based on a construction of virtual time,and then a probabilistic criterion is introduced to classify hazard zones.The proposed method is demonstrated via two examples:Example I,which possesses risk element(building),and Example Ⅱ with water-level variations.The results indicate that the proposed method has an acceptable performance(showing a 1.7%difference in exceedance probability compared to Monte Carlo simulation with 50,000 samples)with low computation cost(requiring 284 deterministic analyses).For two specific scenarios in this study,the wave induced by the landslide exhibits a solitary-like leading wave.The proposed probabilistic method provides promising prospects for quantifying LIWR uncertainties,and is helpful for direct,efficient,and low-cost quantification assessment of cascading hazards. 展开更多
