For at least the past five decades,structural synthesis has been used as a main means of finding better mechanisms with some predefined function.In structural synthesis,isomorphism identification is still a problem unsolved well,and to solve this problem is very significant to the design of new mechanisms.According to the given degree of freedom(DOF) and link connection property of planar closed chain mechanisms,vertex assortment is obtained.For solving the isomorphism problem,a method of the adding sub-chains is proposed with the detailed steps and algorithms in the synthesizing process.Employing this method,the identification code and formation code of every topological structure are achieved,therefore many isomorphic structures could be eliminated in time during structural synthesis by comparing those codes among different topological graphs,resulting in the improvement of synthesizing efficiency and accuracy,and the approach for eliminating rigid sub-chains in and after the synthesizing process is also presented.Some examples are given,including how to add sub-chains,how to detect simple rigid sub-chains and how to obtain identification codes and formulation codes et al.Using the adding sub-chain method,the relative information of some common topological graphs is given in the form of table.The comparison result is coincident with many literatures,so the correctness of the adding sub-chain method is convinced.This method will greatly improve the synthesizing efficiency and accuracy,and has a good potential for application. 展开更多

cosCSLOCA软件是国家电投集团科学技术研究院研发的堆芯设计和安全分析一体化软件包COSINE中的小破口安全分析软件。自动卸压系统(ADS)部件是CAP三代压水堆的关键部件,ADS喷放过程对系统的泄压和堆芯的水装量有较大影响,基于cosCSLOCA... cosCSLOCA软件是国家电投集团科学技术研究院研发的堆芯设计和安全分析一体化软件包COSINE中的小破口安全分析软件。自动卸压系统(ADS)部件是CAP三代压水堆的关键部件,ADS喷放过程对系统的泄压和堆芯的水装量有较大影响,基于cosCSLOCA软件开展ADS部件喷放现象的确认评估是十分必要的。本文基于评价模型开发与评估过程(EMDAP)方法,并结合选取的保守失水事故(LOCA)分析方法,研发了一套cosCSLOCA软件的实验确认评估方法,根据现象识别与排序表(PIRT)和附录K要求生成评估矩阵,基于评估矩阵开展自下而上和自上而下的系统性确认评估。基于此方法开展ADS评估实践,采用Ferrell-McGee实验、Marviken实验、401喷放与临界流实验开展自下而上的确认评估,并采用非能动堆芯冷却系统试验装置(ACME)小破口实验开展自上而下的确认评估。结果表明cosCSLOCA软件能合理模拟次临界流现象、临界流现象、两相压降现象,软件的Moody模型具有保守性,能够保守预测ADS误触发小破口事故。因此,cosCSLOCA软件的实验确认评估方法可全面分析局部模型、部件系统相互作用及整体计算能力,未来可推广应用于新堆型保守LOCA分析程序的研发。 展开更多

Local climate conditions and sowing time are very important to the vernalization and summer reproduction of the wheat. Xundian County is located in Yunnan Province of China, at latitude 25.56° north and longitude 103.25° east. Xundian County is situated 1 873 m above sea level, and is conducive for the summer reproduction of the wheat. To investigate the optimal sowing time, 11 spring wheat cultivars and one semi-winter wheat cultivar were sown 10 times at an interval of fi ve days from May 26, 2012, and the strong winter wheat Suyin 10 was treated in a vernalization room at 2℃ with different concentrations of the gibberellin and 5-azacytidine. The results showed that Suyin 10 should be vernalized at 2℃ for 30 days in summer, and the growth periods of strong winter wheat plants could been shortened if treated with a specifi c concentration of the gibberellin and 5-azacytidine at a low temperature. The growth period of the spring wheat in summer reproduction was delayed, and their agronomic traits gradually decreased with the passage of the sowing time. Thus, spring wheat should be sown at the earliest time possible for better yield. June 25 should be the latest date for summer reproduction of the wheat, but the semi-winter wheat cultivars in Xundian County should be added generation in summer after being treated at 2℃ for 10 days. Xundian County is a suitable location for summer reproduction of the wheat in China. 展开更多

In this paper, a panel method based on three dimensional potential flow theory is used to study the problem of wave added resistance. The time-domain motion response of Wigely III ship in head waves is calculated by AQWA, and then the wave added resistance of ship is obtained by near-field pressure integration method. By comparing the calculated results with the experimental data in literature, it is shown that the variation trend and peak value are in good agreement, and the accuracy and efficiency meet the research requirements. Based on the above mentioned method, the wave added resistance of a deep-V hybrid monohull in head waves is studied. The motions and wave added resistances of the deep-V hybrid monohull and the deep-V original ship advancing in head waves with various forward speed and wave frequencies are calculated and analyzed. The results show that the longitudinal motion response of the deep-V hybrid monohull is effectively suppressed and the wave added resistance is obviously reduced, the new type of ship has good engineering application prospects. The present method provides an approach of satisfactory accuracy and efficiency to predict wave added resistance of ships voyaging in waves. 展开更多

When the ship is sailing at sea,wave added resistance has great influence on the rapidity and economy of the ship.With the increasing pressure of energy and environmental protection,IMO has proposed the EEDI formula of the newly built ships,which restricts the energy consumption standard of civil ships more strictly.Therefore,a panel method based on three dimensional potential flow theory is proposed to study the problem of wave added resistance in this paper.Firstly,the method solves the motion responses of the ship in the time domain,and then calculates the wave added resistance of the ship by near-field pressure integration method.The wave added resistance of S175 container ship in head and oblique waves are calculated and compared with the experimental data,and the accuracy of the proposed method are verified.At last,the influence of Froude number and wave direction angle on wave added resistance is studied.The proposed method provides an approach of satisfactory accuracy and efficiency for the development of high-performance new ship forms,optimization of ship hull lines,comprehensive performance evaluation of ships and practical navigation guidance. 展开更多

Making an exact computation of added resistance in sea waves is of high interest due to the economic effects relating to ship design and operation. In this paper, a B-spline based method is developed for computation of added resistance. Based on the potential flow assumption, the velocity potential is computed using Green's formula. The Kochin function is applied to compute added resistance using Maruo's far-field method, the body surface is described by a B-spline curve and potentials and normal derivation of potentials are also described by B-spline basis functions and B-spline derivations. A collocation approach is applied for numerical computation, and integral equations are then evaluated by applying Gauss–Legendre quadrature. Computations are performed for a spheroid and different hull forms; results are validated by a comparison with experimental results. All results obtained with the present method show good agreement with experimental results. 展开更多

随着数字经济统计工作进入实践阶段,数字经济核心产业和融合产业增加值核算面临的若干复杂问题逐步凸显,制约了中国政府部门数字经济统计工作发展。在全面梳理总结国内外数字经济统计核算研究现状的基础上,以《数字经济及其核心产业统... 随着数字经济统计工作进入实践阶段,数字经济核心产业和融合产业增加值核算面临的若干复杂问题逐步凸显,制约了中国政府部门数字经济统计工作发展。在全面梳理总结国内外数字经济统计核算研究现状的基础上,以《数字经济及其核心产业统计分类(2021)》为指导,重点讨论数字经济统计内涵,优化数字经济增加值核算范围,深入研究中国数字经济全口径增加值统计核算方法,在数据来源、核算方法和统计制度方面进行探索创新,提出可操作、可复制和可推广的一揽子数字经济全口径增加值核算方案。以重庆市为例,对数字经济全口径增加值核算方案进行试算验证。结果表明,该核算方案在核算方法思路、核算基础数据依赖、核算系数专项调查方案等方面具有科学性和实用性,能够为全国及各地区统计系统提供可复制、可参考的核算框架。据此为数字经济增加值核算提供新的思路和方法,为相关部门制定和完善中国数字经济统计核算制度的政策建议提供有益参考。 展开更多

数据资产价格评估已成为目前制约数据要素经营与交易的突出问题。基于此,本文提出以数据资产增加值核算为基础,数据相关专利数量和质量、软件著作权数量及应用场景规模进行贝叶斯推断作为调整参数的数据资产价格评估方法,并以2024年半... 数据资产价格评估已成为目前制约数据要素经营与交易的突出问题。基于此,本文提出以数据资产增加值核算为基础,数据相关专利数量和质量、软件著作权数量及应用场景规模进行贝叶斯推断作为调整参数的数据资产价格评估方法,并以2024年半年报中有效披露数据资产信息的40家上市公司为样本,验证了模型的可行性和有效性。研究证明,基于增加值核算,通过专利和软件著作权与应用场景进行贝叶斯系数调整评估数据资产价格是可行的,能够反映数据资产价值。为促进数据资产评估健康发展,应建立企业数据资产成本费用归集制度和数据资产增加值核算制度;将数据资产直接相关的专利权、软件著作权和应用场景作为主要考虑因素,并将数据资产评估价格作为公允价格;实行企业数据资产价值单列管理,反映企业自主科技创新和技术引进对数据资产价值的贡献。 展开更多

目的探讨琥乙红霉素口服制剂微生物限度检查方法适用性试验中,大环内酯酶作为中和剂对微生物限度检查结果的影响。方法按照《中国药典》2020年版四部通则1105、1106、1107,对口服琥乙红霉素制剂采用大环内酯酶进行微生物限度方法适用性... 目的探讨琥乙红霉素口服制剂微生物限度检查方法适用性试验中,大环内酯酶作为中和剂对微生物限度检查结果的影响。方法按照《中国药典》2020年版四部通则1105、1106、1107,对口服琥乙红霉素制剂采用大环内酯酶进行微生物限度方法适用性试验研究。试验分别探讨了不同的添加方式和添加量的中和剂,在供试液、冲洗液、冲洗后的滤膜以及培养基中对计数微生物菌落回收的影响;探讨了控制菌检查中,不同添加量的中和剂和增菌培养基不同体积对试验菌检查结果的影响;试验同时设置了不加中和剂的对照组,以对比分析中和剂的作用。结果试验发现,相同剂量的中和剂添加在冲洗后的滤膜上或培养基中,能获得较高的微生物回收比值,有效消除抑菌性;添加在供试液和冲洗液中微生物回收比值低,不利于消除抑菌性;不添加中和剂的对照组难以消除抑菌性。控制菌检查时,需采用中和法联合增加培养基用量的直接接种法消除其对试验菌检出的影响。结论琥乙红霉素口服制剂微生物限度检查中,使用大环内酯酶作为特异性中和剂,能够有效降低琥乙红霉素对微生物生长的抑制作用,从而提高微生物检查结果的准确性。 展开更多

农业全产业链发展是实现农业增值增效、促进乡村振兴的重要手段。通过界定农业全产业链产业范围,构建农业全产业链增加值测算框架,对中国30个省(自治区、直辖市)农业全产业链规模进行测算,并运用双向固定效应模型实证检验农业全产业链... 农业全产业链发展是实现农业增值增效、促进乡村振兴的重要手段。通过界定农业全产业链产业范围,构建农业全产业链增加值测算框架,对中国30个省(自治区、直辖市)农业全产业链规模进行测算,并运用双向固定效应模型实证检验农业全产业链规模对农产品增加值收益的影响。结果表明:各地区农业全产业链规模均呈上升趋势,且农业全产业链规模能够显著提升农产品增加值收益。从作用机制来看,农业全产业链规模可以通过加快农业产业集聚、提高农业数字化水平来提升农产品增加值收益;地区交通基础设施水平能强化农业全产业链规模对农产品增加值收益的正向影响,但对国内外增加值收益的影响存在差异。从异质性来看,农业全产业链规模对粮食产销平衡区、西部地区和畜牧养殖及畜产品加工地区的农产品增加值收益提升作用最为明显。因此,应充分发挥政策力量,加快推动农业全产业链建设,实施差异化发展战略,从而提升农业综合效益。 展开更多

推动供应链合理布局是我国应对贸易摩擦冲击、提升供应链体系安全性和韧性的重要手段。本文基于增加值分解方法创新性地提出了供应链的分析框架和测度思路,考察了我国供应链体系的全球贡献和受美国贸易干预措施影响行业的供应链全球转... 推动供应链合理布局是我国应对贸易摩擦冲击、提升供应链体系安全性和韧性的重要手段。本文基于增加值分解方法创新性地提出了供应链的分析框架和测度思路,考察了我国供应链体系的全球贡献和受美国贸易干预措施影响行业的供应链全球转移模式,实证研究了美国贸易限制政策对我国供应链转移的影响。研究发现,2008—2020年我国供应链体系的全球贡献力快速提升,通过该体系向出口国(地区)增加值供应,以及经由出口国(地区)向第三国(地区)增加值供应是我国供应链全球贡献的主要部分。受美国贸易干预措施影响的行业供应链全球转移趋势较为明显,主要表现为直接转移和间接转移。同时,中美贸易摩擦引发了我国供应链向出口国(地区)的浅度转移,也提升了通过出口国(地区)向未实施相关贸易干预措施的第三国(地区)、向贸易干预措施实施国和向我国返回的深度转移。为规避外部贸易限制风险,我国供应链更倾向于向东南亚国家及美国的近岸国家、与我国签订区域贸易协定的国家和市场规模较大的国家转移。本文在中美贸易摩擦背景下考察我国产业链供应链韧性并提出应对方案具有现实意义。 展开更多

数字文化产业是数字经济与文化产业深度融合的核心业态。针对我国数字文化产业尚未形成统一的统计分类标准与传统的现价投入产出表难以开展跨期动态对比等问题,构建了数字文化产业统计分类标准,编制了2017年、2018年、2020年与2023年可... 数字文化产业是数字经济与文化产业深度融合的核心业态。针对我国数字文化产业尚未形成统一的统计分类标准与传统的现价投入产出表难以开展跨期动态对比等问题,构建了数字文化产业统计分类标准,编制了2017年、2018年、2020年与2023年可比价数字文化投入产出表,核算了数字文化产业的增加值规模、关联效应与经济效应。结果显示:样本期内我国数字文化产业增加值年均增长率约为7.2%,增加值占GDP比重稳定在2.3%;产业关联效应呈现“乘数效应>溢出效应>反馈效应”的特征,数字文化产业兼具强供给驱动与强需求拉动效应;数字文化产业对全社会增加值的综合拉动效应显著高于其自身直接创造的增加值,数字文化产业具有较强的产业溢出效应。 展开更多

Two kinds of fractures can be observed in the SPH (smoothed particle hydrodynamics) simulations, which are the physical fracture and the numerical fracture. The physical one exists in reality, while the numerical one is fictitious. This paper presents the effects of both fractures and proposes a simple adding particle technique to avoid the numerical fracture. The real physical fracture is then figured out by using an applicable fracture criterion. Firstly, the effect of the numerical fracture on the computational accuracy is investigated by introducing the artificial fracture in a model of wave propagation. Secondly, a simple adding particle technique is proposed and validated by a three dimensional bending test. Finally, the experiments of penetration on the skin of aircrafts are simulated by both the initial SPH method and the improved method with the adding particle technique. The results show that the improved SPH method can describe the physical fracture very well with better accuracy. 展开更多

Under the background of the energy saving and emission reduction,more and more attention has been placed on investigating the energy efficiency of ships.The added resistance has been noted for being crucial in predicting the decrease of speed on a ship operating at sea.Furthermore,it is also significant to investigate the added resistance for a ship functioning in short waves of large modern ships.The researcher presents an estimation formula for the calculation of an added resistance study in short waves derived from the reflection law.An improved method has been proposed to calculate the added resistance due to ship motions,which applies the radiated energy theory along with the strip method.This procedure is based on an extended integral equation(EIE)method,which was used for solving the hydrodynamic coefficients without effects of the irregular frequency.Next,a combined method was recommended for the estimation of added resistance for a ship in the whole wave length range.The comparison data with other experiments indicate the method presented in the paper provides satisfactory results for large blunt ship. 展开更多
