Although several volatile chemicals emitted from tea plants have been reported to be attractive toE. obliqua moths, no synthetic attractants for E. obliqua moths have been developed. By measuring the behavioral responses of the moth to a series of chemicals in the lab, we found that a blend containing a ternary mixture containing (Z)-3-hexenal, (Z)-3-hexenyl hexanoate and benzyl alcohol clearly attracted toE. obliqua moths of both sex and that (Z)-3-hexenyl acetate could enhance the attractiveness of the ternary blend. Moreover, we found that the volatiles emitted from the plant-E. obliqua larva com-plex have the same attractiveness as: 1) the blend of volatiles containing the ternary mixture and 2) the blend containing (Z)-3-hexenyl acetate plus the ternary mixture to both male and female moths. In a ifeld bioassay, more male moths were observed on traps that were baited with the blend containing (Z)-3-hexenyl acetate plus the ternary mixture than on control traps. Our study raises the tantalizing possibility that synthetic blends could be deployed as attractants for pests in the ifeld.展开更多
Chemotaxis to water-soluble attractants is mainly controlled by ASE sensory neuron whose specification is regulated by che-1 in Caenorhabditis elegans.Our data suggested that exposure to high concentrations of metals,...Chemotaxis to water-soluble attractants is mainly controlled by ASE sensory neuron whose specification is regulated by che-1 in Caenorhabditis elegans.Our data suggested that exposure to high concentrations of metals,such as Pb,Cu,Ag,and Cr,would result in severe defects of chemotaxis to water-soluble attractants of NaCl,cAMP,and biotin.Moreover,the morphology of ASE neuron structures as observed by relative fluorescent intensities and relative size of fluorescent puncta of cell bodies,relative lengths of sensory endings in ASE neurons,and the expression patterns of che-1 were obviously altered in metal exposed animals when they meanwhile exhibited obvious chemotaxis defects to water-soluble attractants.In addition,the dendrite morphology could be noticeably changed in animals exposed to 150μmol/L of Pb,Cu,and Ag.Furthermore,we observed significant decreases of chemotaxis to water-soluble attractants in Pb exposed che-1 mutant at concentrations more than 2.5μmol/L,and in Cu,Ag,and Cr exposed che-1 mutant at concentrations more than 50μmol/L.Therefore,impairment of the ASE neuron structures and functions may largely contribute to the appearance of chemotaxis defects to water-soluble attractants in metal exposed nematodes.展开更多
[ Objective] The aim was to study the effects of four feeding attractants(dimethyl-15-propiothetin, trimethylamine oxide, betaine, sodium- 5'-inosinate) on feed intake, growth performance, body composition, digesti...[ Objective] The aim was to study the effects of four feeding attractants(dimethyl-15-propiothetin, trimethylamine oxide, betaine, sodium- 5'-inosinate) on feed intake, growth performance, body composition, digestive enzyme activities and serum indices of Hucho taimen with initial body weight 9.39 ±0.26 g. [ Method] The Hucho taimen was raised in water flow system. There was one control group and four process group. Each diet was randomly assigned to triplicates of 50 fish for 56 days. During the experiment, the water temperature fluctuated from 9.3℃ to 14.2℃ and the dissolved oxygen was above 8.0 mg/L. [ Result ] The weight gain rate and specific growth rate increased significantly by adding 0.2% dimethyl- 13-propiothetin, 0.2% trimethylamine oxide, 0.2% betaine, but there were no changes with 0.05% sodium-5'-inosinate supplementation ( P 〉 0.05). The body crude protein increased significantly by supplementing 0.2% dimethyl-15-propiothetin( P 〈0.05), and body crude lipid decreased signifi- cantly by adding 0.2% trimethylamine oxide and 0.2% betaine( P 〈0.05), but body composition had no changes by supplementing 0.05% sodium- 5'-inosinate( P 〉0.05). The digestive enzyme activities increased significantly by adding 0.2% dimethyl-13-propiothetin and 0.2% trimethylamine oxide( P 〈0.05), and the lipase increased significantly by supplementing 0.2% betaine( P 〈 0.05), but digestive enzyme activities had no changes supplemented 0.05% sodium-5'-inosinate( P 〉 0.05). The serum total protein, albumin and globulin increased significantly added 0.2% dimethyl-15- propiothetin( P 〈0.05), and the high density lipoprotein content increased while cholesterol, triglycedde and low density lipoprotein decreased sig- nificantly added 0.2% trimethylamine oxide and 0.2% betaine( P 〈 0.05), and serum complement 3 and complement 4 increased significantly sup- plemented 0.05% sodium-5'-inosinate ( P 〈 0.05). [ Conclusion] The food intake, growth performance, body composition and digestive ability of taimen were improved supplemented with 0.2% dimethyl-15-propiothetin, 0.2% trimethylamine oxide and 0.2% betaine, respectively( P 〈 0.05), but not 0.05% sodium-5'-inosinate. Peptideeceptor-like kinase-mediated signaling plays a pivotal role in male-female interactions,particularly in guiding the growth of pollen tubes,which is essential for fertilization in flowering plants.However,the do...Peptideeceptor-like kinase-mediated signaling plays a pivotal role in male-female interactions,particularly in guiding the growth of pollen tubes,which is essential for fertilization in flowering plants.However,the downstream cellular events within the pollen tube guidance signaling network remain largely unexplored.In this study,actin dynamics in pollen tubes growing semi-in vitro were directly visualized,and it was discovered that AtLURE1s-induced pollen tube growth guidance is intricately regulated by actin assembly and disassembly.The observations revealed that apical actin filaments undergo a process of rapid depolymerization and repolymerization at the leading side,which in turn facilitates the reconstruction of the apical actin structure,enabling the pollen tube to grow in a new direction.Notably,it was observed that actin depolymerization and subsequent repolymerization occur on the leading side before any morphological changes in the pollen tube.Furthermore,it was found that the loss of function of ADF10 results in the accumulation of apical actin filaments,altering the turning behavior of the pollen tube.These findings suggest that rapid actin depolymerization at the leading side and the subsequent reconstruction of the apical structure occur early and are crucial for successful pollen tube turning.展开更多

In the present study,we isolated the lactic acid bacterium strain SC-01 from Pacific white shrimp(Litopenaeus vannamei)intestine.Using conventional and molecular methods,we identified the bacterium as Enterococcus fae...In the present study,we isolated the lactic acid bacterium strain SC-01 from Pacific white shrimp(Litopenaeus vannamei)intestine.Using conventional and molecular methods,we identified the bacterium as Enterococcus faecium,and found it had the function of feeding attractant and could inhibit the development of Vibrio parahaemolyticus(zone of inhibition:14 mm).The attractant effect of its fermentation broth is significantly better than that of the chemical attractant trimethylamine oxide(TMAO)(P<0.05),and is equivalent to that of dimethyl-beta-propiothetin(DMPT)based on the feeding behavior of shrimp.High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)analysis suggested that inosine-5’-monophosphate(IMP)may be a component of the attractant.A biosecurity evaluation revealed a negative result in hemolytic assays,and no shrimp mortality was resulted from SC-01 fermentation broth challenge.Feeding trials(60 days)indicated that the SC-01 fermentation broth(viable counts:5.7×109 cfu mL−1)could improve feed intake,weight gain rate(WGR)and specific growth rate(SGR),and decrease the count of Vibrio sp.in the intestine of shrimp.展开更多

Trapping is a tech- nique often used to sample and manage these populations. The identification of an attractant that increases capture rates of pocket gophers would greatly assist researchers and pest management professionals alike. Therefore, we tested the attractiveness of four attractants (peanut butter, anise, grapefruit attractant, and carrot) plus a control (no attractant) using uncovered and covered trap sets to determine what impact they have on visitation and capture rates of pocket gophers. We also determined how the impact of cover status and attractants differ across varying weights and gender of pocket gophers. We found no direct effect of any attracrant on visitation and capture rates of pocket gophers, nor on the gender of captured individuals. However, when no attractant was used, the mtmber of pocket gophers captured per 100 trap nights was greater when trap sets were uncovered vs. when covered, and capture rates were generally high and consistent when using peanut butter as an attractant. Additionally, we noted that covered trap sets that were baited with peanut butter yielded heavier pocket gopher captures than uncovered trap sets using this same attractant. This is key, given the difficulty associated with capturing older, more experienced individuals. Combined with data from a previous investigation, this suggests that there is no advantage to using any attractant when utilizing uncovered trap sets, but there is likely some benefit to using peanut butter in covered trap sets [Current Zoology 60 (4): 472-478, 2014].展开更多
[Objective]The paper was to explore the comprehensive sexual attraction control technology of main pests in broccoli,and to improve the green control technology of main pests in broccoli.[Method]The comprehensive cont...[Objective]The paper was to explore the comprehensive sexual attraction control technology of main pests in broccoli,and to improve the green control technology of main pests in broccoli.[Method]The comprehensive control technology of sex attractants against major pests in broccoli was studied by using special sex attractants,lures and traps.[Result]The mixed quantities of Spodoptera litura,Spodoptera exigua and Plutella xylostella were fluctuated in a"W"shape in broccoli growing season in coastal area of Taizhou,central Zhejiang province,including seedling growth period(July to August),rosette and bud growth period(late September to early November),late harvest period of late-ripening broccoli(after early march).S.exigua and S.litura occurred severely at seedling stage;S.litura,S.exigua and P.xylostella occurred simultaneously at rosette and bud growth period;P.xylostella damaged florets of lateral branches in late harvest period.The trapping effects of combination A and E against S.litura,S.exigua and P.xylostella were the best;more than 1260 individuals of S.litura,S.exigua and P.xylostella were daily trapped per hectare,and the occurrence and damage of the three insect pests could be basically controlled.With the sex attract produced in Ningbo as an example,the combination of S.litura S type∶S.exigua S type∶P.xylostella blue type=1∶1∶4 distributed in five stars of clubs(space 10-20 cm)showed good comprehensive trapping effect in large area demonstration;traps were hung at the height of 0.5 m(0.2 m for P.xylostella),and lures were replaced once every 30-40 d.[Conclusion]Using special sex attractants,the comprehensive effects on S.litura,S.exigua and P.xylostella were determined at rosette and bud growth period of broccoli through combination modes,and supporting application technology were put forward,making great progress in exploring and improving sex attractant combination against insect pests.展开更多
Generative steganography uses generative stego images to transmit secret message.It also effectively defends against statistical steganalysis.However,most existing methods focus primarily on matching the feature distr...Generative steganography uses generative stego images to transmit secret message.It also effectively defends against statistical steganalysis.However,most existing methods focus primarily on matching the feature distribution of training data,often neglecting the sequential continuity between moves in the game.This oversight can result in unnatural patterns that deviate from real user behavior,thereby reducing the security of the hidden communication.To address this issue,we design a Gomoku agent based on the AlphaZero algorithm.The model engages in self-play to generate a sequence of plausible moves.These moves formthe basis of the stego images.We then apply an attractionmatrix at each step.It guides themove selection so that themoves appearmore natural.Thismethod helps maintain logical flow between moves.It also extends the game length,which increases the embedding capacity.Next,we filter and prioritize the generated moves.The selected moves are embedded into a move pool.Secret message is mapped to thesemoves.It is then embedded step by step as the game progresses.The finalmove sequence constitutes a complete steganographic game record.The receiver can extract the secret message using this record and a predefined mapping rule.Experiments show that our method reaches a maximum embedding capacity of 223 bits per carrier.Detection accuracy is 0.500 under XuNet and 0.498 under YeNet.These results are equal to random guessing,showing strong imperceptibility.The proposed method demonstrates superior concealment,higher embedding capacity,and greater robustness against common image distortions and steganalysis attacks.展开更多

This study presents a theoretical framework for analyzing a magnetically coupled multi-stable piezoelectric energy harvesting(PEH)system,comparing bistable and tristable configurations under initial perturbations.Thro...This study presents a theoretical framework for analyzing a magnetically coupled multi-stable piezoelectric energy harvesting(PEH)system,comparing bistable and tristable configurations under initial perturbations.Through static bifurcation analysis,extended averaging,and numerical simulations,we reveal how nonlinear dynamics such as saddle-node bifurcations,chaos,and fractal basins of attraction(BAs)collectively influence efficiency.A magnetic coordination mechanism enables controlled switching between bistable and tristable potentials by adjusting the magnet spacing and vertical separation,challenging the conventional superiority of tristable designs.Specifically,the bistable system outperforms at low excitation amplitudes because of lower interwell thresholds,whereas the tristable setup excels only near trivial equilibria or within a moderate high-amplitude range.In an extreme-amplitude environment,the global attractive chaotic response that appears in the bistable system enhances the efficacy of such a system,demonstrating that chaos can benefit energy collection.This work establishes an excitation-amplitude-dependent selection principle for PEH designs and highlights the critical yet overlooked role of initial conditions.The observed fragile BAs and hiddenare attractors provide new perspectives for enhancing system reliability.展开更多
Adsorption is the most effective technique for perfluoroalkyl substances removal,owing to its simplicity and cost-effectiveness.However,conventional adsorbents suffer from low capacity,slow kinetics,poor selectivity,a...Adsorption is the most effective technique for perfluoroalkyl substances removal,owing to its simplicity and cost-effectiveness.However,conventional adsorbents suffer from low capacity,slow kinetics,poor selectivity,and reusability challenge.This study introduced a novel amine and imine functionalized covalent organic frameworks(PDA@COFs)adsorbent.Benefiting from its functional groups and unobstructed channels,PDA@COFs exhibited an ultra-high maximum adsorption capacity(3200 mg/g)and excellent selectivity for perfluorooctanoic(PFOA),which is far more than most adsorbents.Theoretical calculations revealed that electrostatic attraction is the dominant mechanism driving the selective adsorption of PFOA by PDA@COFs.The five-stages analysis of adsorption isotherms revealed that PDA@COFs adsorbed PFOA monomers via electrostatic adsorption at low concentrations and adsorbed PFOA aggregates by electrostatic and hydrophobic synergistic adsorption at high concentrations,which significantly enhanced the adsorption capacity for PFOA.To explore the practical application potential of PDA@COFs,it was evaluated as a promising anode in capacitive deionization(CDI).The recovery of PFOA was as high as 98.2%,highlighting its potential for practical application.This study is the first to demonstrate that PDA@COFs has an ultra-high adsorption capacity toward PFOA and new insights into the PFOA adsorption mechanism with five stages,and explores its practical application potential through CDI.展开更多
Lyapunov-based model predictive control(LMPC)is an effective approach for trajectory tracking because of its wellguaranteed and easy-to-implement stability.However,traditional LMPC utilizes pre-designed auxiliary cont...Lyapunov-based model predictive control(LMPC)is an effective approach for trajectory tracking because of its wellguaranteed and easy-to-implement stability.However,traditional LMPC utilizes pre-designed auxiliary controllers to estimate the domain of attraction(DOA)and construct stability constraints,which inevitably reduces its stable domain and degrades tracking performance.For this problem,this paper proposes a relaxed LMPC(RLMPC)which is designed independently of auxiliary controllers.The control Lyapunov function(CLF)is firstly introduced to decouple the DOA and auxiliary control,alleviating the conservatism in traditional LMPC.Subsequently,a multi-resolution sampling-based search algorithm is developed to estimate the DOA,where the state space is partitioned into hyper-rectangles.A verification condition is derived to extend the verification validity of sampling points to all states within hyper-rectangles,thereby reducing DOA estimation error.Based on the auxiliary-controller-independent DOA(ACI-DOA)and CLF,stability constraints are formulated to ensure stability for RLMPC,while relaxing the stable domain of RLMPC to the entire ACI-DOA.Furthermore,a convergence rate adaptive adjustment technology is developed to enhance the convergence rate while balancing it with control effort.Through numerical simulations involving asteroid orbiting missions,the proposed method is found to significantly expand the stable domain and improve tracking performance.展开更多

With the intensifying competition among cities in the Yangtze River Delta,talent has become a key strategic resource for urban development.However,many second-tier cities still face challenges in attracting and retain...With the intensifying competition among cities in the Yangtze River Delta,talent has become a key strategic resource for urban development.However,many second-tier cities still face challenges in attracting and retaining high-level talents.Taking Jinhua as a case study,this paper integrates urban amenity theory and social embeddedness theory to analyze the mechanisms influencing urban talent attraction.A comprehensive evaluation index system is constructed,including six dimensions:living environment,economic potential,government policies and public services,technological innovation,social embeddedness,and settlement cost.The entropy weight method is applied to determine the weights of the indicators and evaluate Jinhua’s talent attraction capacity.The results show that economic potential,technological innovation,and living environment play significant roles in attracting talents,while social embeddedness and settlement cost influence talent retention.Based on the findings,policy suggestions are proposed to improve urban livability,strengthen talent social networks,and optimize talent policies.This study enriches the analytical framework of urban talent attraction and provides policy implications for second-tier cities.展开更多

摘要Chemotaxis to water-soluble attractants is mainly controlled by ASE sensory neuron whose specification is regulated by che-1 in Caenorhabditis elegans.Our data suggested that exposure to high concentrations of metals,such as Pb,Cu,Ag,and Cr,would result in severe defects of chemotaxis to water-soluble attractants of NaCl,cAMP,and biotin.Moreover,the morphology of ASE neuron structures as observed by relative fluorescent intensities and relative size of fluorescent puncta of cell bodies,relative lengths of sensory endings in ASE neurons,and the expression patterns of che-1 were obviously altered in metal exposed animals when they meanwhile exhibited obvious chemotaxis defects to water-soluble attractants.In addition,the dendrite morphology could be noticeably changed in animals exposed to 150μmol/L of Pb,Cu,and Ag.Furthermore,we observed significant decreases of chemotaxis to water-soluble attractants in Pb exposed che-1 mutant at concentrations more than 2.5μmol/L,and in Cu,Ag,and Cr exposed che-1 mutant at concentrations more than 50μmol/L.Therefore,impairment of the ASE neuron structures and functions may largely contribute to the appearance of chemotaxis defects to water-soluble attractants in metal exposed nematodes.

摘要[ Objective] The aim was to study the effects of four feeding attractants(dimethyl-15-propiothetin, trimethylamine oxide, betaine, sodium- 5'-inosinate) on feed intake, growth performance, body composition, digestive enzyme activities and serum indices of Hucho taimen with initial body weight 9.39 ±0.26 g. [ Method] The Hucho taimen was raised in water flow system. There was one control group and four process group. Each diet was randomly assigned to triplicates of 50 fish for 56 days. During the experiment, the water temperature fluctuated from 9.3℃ to 14.2℃ and the dissolved oxygen was above 8.0 mg/L. [ Result ] The weight gain rate and specific growth rate increased significantly by adding 0.2% dimethyl- 13-propiothetin, 0.2% trimethylamine oxide, 0.2% betaine, but there were no changes with 0.05% sodium-5'-inosinate supplementation ( P 〉 0.05). The body crude protein increased significantly by supplementing 0.2% dimethyl-15-propiothetin( P 〈0.05), and body crude lipid decreased signifi- cantly by adding 0.2% trimethylamine oxide and 0.2% betaine( P 〈0.05), but body composition had no changes by supplementing 0.05% sodium- 5'-inosinate( P 〉0.05). The digestive enzyme activities increased significantly by adding 0.2% dimethyl-13-propiothetin and 0.2% trimethylamine oxide( P 〈0.05), and the lipase increased significantly by supplementing 0.2% betaine( P 〈 0.05), but digestive enzyme activities had no changes supplemented 0.05% sodium-5'-inosinate( P 〉 0.05). The serum total protein, albumin and globulin increased significantly added 0.2% dimethyl-15- propiothetin( P 〈0.05), and the high density lipoprotein content increased while cholesterol, triglycedde and low density lipoprotein decreased sig- nificantly added 0.2% trimethylamine oxide and 0.2% betaine( P 〈 0.05), and serum complement 3 and complement 4 increased significantly sup- plemented 0.05% sodium-5'-inosinate ( P 〈 0.05). [ Conclusion] The food intake, growth performance, body composition and digestive ability of taimen were improved supplemented with 0.2% dimethyl-15-propiothetin, 0.2% trimethylamine oxide and 0.2% betaine, respectively( P 〈 0.05), but not 0.05% sodium-5'-inosinate. The immunity of body was improved by adding 0.05% sodium-5'-inosinate.

摘要Peptideeceptor-like kinase-mediated signaling plays a pivotal role in male-female interactions,particularly in guiding the growth of pollen tubes,which is essential for fertilization in flowering plants.However,the downstream cellular events within the pollen tube guidance signaling network remain largely unexplored.In this study,actin dynamics in pollen tubes growing semi-in vitro were directly visualized,and it was discovered that AtLURE1s-induced pollen tube growth guidance is intricately regulated by actin assembly and disassembly.The observations revealed that apical actin filaments undergo a process of rapid depolymerization and repolymerization at the leading side,which in turn facilitates the reconstruction of the apical actin structure,enabling the pollen tube to grow in a new direction.Notably,it was observed that actin depolymerization and subsequent repolymerization occur on the leading side before any morphological changes in the pollen tube.Furthermore,it was found that the loss of function of ADF10 results in the accumulation of apical actin filaments,altering the turning behavior of the pollen tube.These findings suggest that rapid actin depolymerization at the leading side and the subsequent reconstruction of the apical structure occur early and are crucial for successful pollen tube turning.
摘要[Objective] The paper aims to study the attractive effects of 12 Chinese medicinal herbs on Scophthalmus maximus juvenile.[Method] We took 200 Scophthalmus maximus with the average body length of 3 cm,average weight of 1 g and 60 days of age as the research object,and 12 Chinese medicinal herbs as feed attractants were selected,including Cloves,Cinnamon,Star anise,Kaempferol,Mint,Coptis,Phellodendron,skullcap,Gardenia,Sophora flavescens,Mume,Myrobalan meat were selected.The amount added to the basic diet was 2‰..The times of turbot juveniles going into each inducing room and the times of turbot juveniles biting the feed ball were recorded by maze experiments.Inducing effects of the Chinese herbal medicines were analyzed.[Result] The results showed that the attractant effect of Mume,Gardenia,Scutellaria and kaempferol had the significantly inducing effect on Scophthalmus maximus juvenile.And 2‰ Gardenia,5‰ Matrine,5‰ Scutellaria and 2‰ Kaempferol have the best attractant effects.In compound experients,the attractive effect of mixture of 2‰ matrine and gardenia on Scophthalmus maximus was the best.[Conclusion] The attractive effect on Scophthalmus maximus has something to do with the kind and concentration of Chinese medicinal herbs.

摘要In the present study,we isolated the lactic acid bacterium strain SC-01 from Pacific white shrimp(Litopenaeus vannamei)intestine.Using conventional and molecular methods,we identified the bacterium as Enterococcus faecium,and found it had the function of feeding attractant and could inhibit the development of Vibrio parahaemolyticus(zone of inhibition:14 mm).The attractant effect of its fermentation broth is significantly better than that of the chemical attractant trimethylamine oxide(TMAO)(P<0.05),and is equivalent to that of dimethyl-beta-propiothetin(DMPT)based on the feeding behavior of shrimp.High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)analysis suggested that inosine-5’-monophosphate(IMP)may be a component of the attractant.A biosecurity evaluation revealed a negative result in hemolytic assays,and no shrimp mortality was resulted from SC-01 fermentation broth challenge.Feeding trials(60 days)indicated that the SC-01 fermentation broth(viable counts:5.7×109 cfu mL−1)could improve feed intake,weight gain rate(WGR)and specific growth rate(SGR),and decrease the count of Vibrio sp.in the intestine of shrimp.
摘要Pocket gophers (Geomyidae) have an extensive impact on both natural and agricultural systems. Trapping is a tech- nique often used to sample and manage these populations. The identification of an attractant that increases capture rates of pocket gophers would greatly assist researchers and pest management professionals alike. Therefore, we tested the attractiveness of four attractants (peanut butter, anise, grapefruit attractant, and carrot) plus a control (no attractant) using uncovered and covered trap sets to determine what impact they have on visitation and capture rates of pocket gophers. We also determined how the impact of cover status and attractants differ across varying weights and gender of pocket gophers. We found no direct effect of any attracrant on visitation and capture rates of pocket gophers, nor on the gender of captured individuals. However, when no attractant was used, the mtmber of pocket gophers captured per 100 trap nights was greater when trap sets were uncovered vs. when covered, and capture rates were generally high and consistent when using peanut butter as an attractant. Additionally, we noted that covered trap sets that were baited with peanut butter yielded heavier pocket gopher captures than uncovered trap sets using this same attractant. This is key, given the difficulty associated with capturing older, more experienced individuals. Combined with data from a previous investigation, this suggests that there is no advantage to using any attractant when utilizing uncovered trap sets, but there is likely some benefit to using peanut butter in covered trap sets [Current Zoology 60 (4): 472-478, 2014].

摘要[Objective]The paper was to explore the comprehensive sexual attraction control technology of main pests in broccoli,and to improve the green control technology of main pests in broccoli.[Method]The comprehensive control technology of sex attractants against major pests in broccoli was studied by using special sex attractants,lures and traps.[Result]The mixed quantities of Spodoptera litura,Spodoptera exigua and Plutella xylostella were fluctuated in a"W"shape in broccoli growing season in coastal area of Taizhou,central Zhejiang province,including seedling growth period(July to August),rosette and bud growth period(late September to early November),late harvest period of late-ripening broccoli(after early march).S.exigua and S.litura occurred severely at seedling stage;S.litura,S.exigua and P.xylostella occurred simultaneously at rosette and bud growth period;P.xylostella damaged florets of lateral branches in late harvest period.The trapping effects of combination A and E against S.litura,S.exigua and P.xylostella were the best;more than 1260 individuals of S.litura,S.exigua and P.xylostella were daily trapped per hectare,and the occurrence and damage of the three insect pests could be basically controlled.With the sex attract produced in Ningbo as an example,the combination of S.litura S type∶S.exigua S type∶P.xylostella blue type=1∶1∶4 distributed in five stars of clubs(space 10-20 cm)showed good comprehensive trapping effect in large area demonstration;traps were hung at the height of 0.5 m(0.2 m for P.xylostella),and lures were replaced once every 30-40 d.[Conclusion]Using special sex attractants,the comprehensive effects on S.litura,S.exigua and P.xylostella were determined at rosette and bud growth period of broccoli through combination modes,and supporting application technology were put forward,making great progress in exploring and improving sex attractant combination against insect pests.

摘要Generative steganography uses generative stego images to transmit secret message.It also effectively defends against statistical steganalysis.However,most existing methods focus primarily on matching the feature distribution of training data,often neglecting the sequential continuity between moves in the game.This oversight can result in unnatural patterns that deviate from real user behavior,thereby reducing the security of the hidden communication.To address this issue,we design a Gomoku agent based on the AlphaZero algorithm.The model engages in self-play to generate a sequence of plausible moves.These moves formthe basis of the stego images.We then apply an attractionmatrix at each step.It guides themove selection so that themoves appearmore natural.Thismethod helps maintain logical flow between moves.It also extends the game length,which increases the embedding capacity.Next,we filter and prioritize the generated moves.The selected moves are embedded into a move pool.Secret message is mapped to thesemoves.It is then embedded step by step as the game progresses.The finalmove sequence constitutes a complete steganographic game record.The receiver can extract the secret message using this record and a predefined mapping rule.Experiments show that our method reaches a maximum embedding capacity of 223 bits per carrier.Detection accuracy is 0.500 under XuNet and 0.498 under YeNet.These results are equal to random guessing,showing strong imperceptibility.The proposed method demonstrates superior concealment,higher embedding capacity,and greater robustness against common image distortions and steganalysis attacks.

摘要NMR spectral simplification is a powerful strategy for facilitating the analysis and structural characterization of complex mixtures.In this work,we present a nanoparticleassisted protocol that employs positively charged imidazolium ionic liquid-coated silica nanoparticles(1)to selectively interact with analytes.π-πinteractions,electrostatic attractions,and hydrogen-bonding between the nanoparticles and target molecules extend the rotational correlation time,thereby accelerating relaxation processes.As a result,NMR signals from aromatic and negatively charged species undergo pronounced attenuation or even complete disappearance.In contrast,signals from positively charged analytes or compounds lackingπ-bond systems remain largely unaffected.This selective suppression of resonances enables effective spectral simplification and highlights the potential of nanoparticle-based editing approaches for practical applications in the analysis and structural determination of complex mixtures.

摘要This study presents a theoretical framework for analyzing a magnetically coupled multi-stable piezoelectric energy harvesting(PEH)system,comparing bistable and tristable configurations under initial perturbations.Through static bifurcation analysis,extended averaging,and numerical simulations,we reveal how nonlinear dynamics such as saddle-node bifurcations,chaos,and fractal basins of attraction(BAs)collectively influence efficiency.A magnetic coordination mechanism enables controlled switching between bistable and tristable potentials by adjusting the magnet spacing and vertical separation,challenging the conventional superiority of tristable designs.Specifically,the bistable system outperforms at low excitation amplitudes because of lower interwell thresholds,whereas the tristable setup excels only near trivial equilibria or within a moderate high-amplitude range.In an extreme-amplitude environment,the global attractive chaotic response that appears in the bistable system enhances the efficacy of such a system,demonstrating that chaos can benefit energy collection.This work establishes an excitation-amplitude-dependent selection principle for PEH designs and highlights the critical yet overlooked role of initial conditions.The observed fragile BAs and hiddenare attractors provide new perspectives for enhancing system reliability.

摘要Adsorption is the most effective technique for perfluoroalkyl substances removal,owing to its simplicity and cost-effectiveness.However,conventional adsorbents suffer from low capacity,slow kinetics,poor selectivity,and reusability challenge.This study introduced a novel amine and imine functionalized covalent organic frameworks(PDA@COFs)adsorbent.Benefiting from its functional groups and unobstructed channels,PDA@COFs exhibited an ultra-high maximum adsorption capacity(3200 mg/g)and excellent selectivity for perfluorooctanoic(PFOA),which is far more than most adsorbents.Theoretical calculations revealed that electrostatic attraction is the dominant mechanism driving the selective adsorption of PFOA by PDA@COFs.The five-stages analysis of adsorption isotherms revealed that PDA@COFs adsorbed PFOA monomers via electrostatic adsorption at low concentrations and adsorbed PFOA aggregates by electrostatic and hydrophobic synergistic adsorption at high concentrations,which significantly enhanced the adsorption capacity for PFOA.To explore the practical application potential of PDA@COFs,it was evaluated as a promising anode in capacitive deionization(CDI).The recovery of PFOA was as high as 98.2%,highlighting its potential for practical application.This study is the first to demonstrate that PDA@COFs has an ultra-high adsorption capacity toward PFOA and new insights into the PFOA adsorption mechanism with five stages,and explores its practical application potential through CDI.

摘要Lyapunov-based model predictive control(LMPC)is an effective approach for trajectory tracking because of its wellguaranteed and easy-to-implement stability.However,traditional LMPC utilizes pre-designed auxiliary controllers to estimate the domain of attraction(DOA)and construct stability constraints,which inevitably reduces its stable domain and degrades tracking performance.For this problem,this paper proposes a relaxed LMPC(RLMPC)which is designed independently of auxiliary controllers.The control Lyapunov function(CLF)is firstly introduced to decouple the DOA and auxiliary control,alleviating the conservatism in traditional LMPC.Subsequently,a multi-resolution sampling-based search algorithm is developed to estimate the DOA,where the state space is partitioned into hyper-rectangles.A verification condition is derived to extend the verification validity of sampling points to all states within hyper-rectangles,thereby reducing DOA estimation error.Based on the auxiliary-controller-independent DOA(ACI-DOA)and CLF,stability constraints are formulated to ensure stability for RLMPC,while relaxing the stable domain of RLMPC to the entire ACI-DOA.Furthermore,a convergence rate adaptive adjustment technology is developed to enhance the convergence rate while balancing it with control effort.Through numerical simulations involving asteroid orbiting missions,the proposed method is found to significantly expand the stable domain and improve tracking performance.

摘要With the intensifying competition among cities in the Yangtze River Delta,talent has become a key strategic resource for urban development.However,many second-tier cities still face challenges in attracting and retaining high-level talents.Taking Jinhua as a case study,this paper integrates urban amenity theory and social embeddedness theory to analyze the mechanisms influencing urban talent attraction.A comprehensive evaluation index system is constructed,including six dimensions:living environment,economic potential,government policies and public services,technological innovation,social embeddedness,and settlement cost.The entropy weight method is applied to determine the weights of the indicators and evaluate Jinhua’s talent attraction capacity.The results show that economic potential,technological innovation,and living environment play significant roles in attracting talents,while social embeddedness and settlement cost influence talent retention.Based on the findings,policy suggestions are proposed to improve urban livability,strengthen talent social networks,and optimize talent policies.This study enriches the analytical framework of urban talent attraction and provides policy implications for second-tier cities.
