Background:In adolescence,anxiety symptoms are a common mental health problem.The purpose of this study was to evaluate the possible chain-mediating functions of fundamental psychological needs satisfaction and self-c...Background:In adolescence,anxiety symptoms are a common mental health problem.The purpose of this study was to evaluate the possible chain-mediating functions of fundamental psychological needs satisfaction and self-compassion in the link between adolescent anxiety and parental psychological control.Methods:Convenience sampling was used to pick 8342 middle school pupils from the Chinese regions of Sichuan and Hebei for this cross-sectional study.Participants filled out validated measures of anxiety symptoms,self-compassion,fundamental psychological needs satisfaction,and parental psychological control.To test the suggested chain mediation model,data were examined using descriptive statistics,correlation analysis,and structural equation modeling(using Mplus).Results:Anxiety symptoms were significantly predicted by parental psychological control(β=0.192,p<0.001).This link was significantly mediated by meeting basic psychological requirements(β=0.136,95%CI[0.116,0.156]),which accounted for 36.86%of the total effect.A significant chain mediation pathway was found(β=0.040,95%CI[0.025,0.055]),suggesting that parental psychological control increased anxiety by first undermining basic psychological needs,which in turn decreased self-compassion,even though self-compassion did not directly mediate the relationship.Conclusion:This study demonstrates that adolescent anxiety is directly predicted by parental psychological control and,more importantly,that this control is exerted through a major chain mediation pathway:by weakening basic psychological needs,which in turn diminishes self-compassion and exacerbates anxiety symptoms.展开更多
China’s poverty alleviation and elimination campaign(PAEC,2015-2021)aimed to eliminate absolute poverty and reduce social inequality,making improvements in the accessibility and equity of basic educational facilities...China’s poverty alleviation and elimination campaign(PAEC,2015-2021)aimed to eliminate absolute poverty and reduce social inequality,making improvements in the accessibility and equity of basic educational facilities a key component.However,existing research on the accessibility of educational facilities in China has predomi nantly focused on developed urban areas or specific regions,lacking nationwide spatiotemporal assessments.To address this gap,this study systematically evaluates the accessibility and equity of basic educational facilities(kindergartens,primary,and secondary schools)across mainland of China during the PAEC.Travel time cost,derived using multi-source geospatial datasets and the nearest neighbor method,was adopted as the primary indicator for assessing educational accessibility and equity.The results revealed pronounced disparities in ac cessibility between Eastern and Western China.Overall,both the accessibility and equity of basic educational facilities improved substantially during the campaign,with the average travel time per person reducing by ap proximately 50%.Notably,the rate of improvement in impoverished regions was nearly double that observed in non-impoverished areas.Although widespread improvements in educational equity have occurred,the urban rural disparity persists as a primary barrier to achieving comprehensive educational fairness.This study offers empirical evidence and methodological innovations for optimizing educational resource allocation and provides high-resolution temporal data to support the monitoring and evaluation of progress toward the Sustainable De velopment Goals in education.展开更多

This study investigates the application of the Ni2La1bimetallic basic carbonate catalyst in ozone decomposition,which demonstrates excellent catalytic activity under both low-humidity and high-humidity condition...This study investigates the application of the Ni2La1bimetallic basic carbonate catalyst in ozone decomposition,which demonstrates excellent catalytic activity under both low-humidity and high-humidity conditions(90%relative humidity).The catalyst was synthesized via a co-precipitation method,with the Ni/La molar ratio(Ni:La=2:1)optimized to enhance its structural and functional properties.This optimization endowed the Ni2La1catalyst with a more developed layered structure,providing an increased number of surface active sites,which significantly improved its catalytic activity and stability.The results indicate that the Ni2La1catalyst achieves an ozone decomposition conversion efficiency exceeding 90%under high-humidity conditions and maintains stable catalytic performance over a continuous operation period of 48 h.Mechanistic studies further reveal that tribridged hydroxyl groups serve as the primary active sites and play a crucial role in the ozone decomposition reaction.Additionally,the Ni2La1catalyst exhibits a unique hydroxyl regeneration mechanism,where strong interactions with water molecules facilitate the continuous regeneration of tribridged hydroxyl groups,thereby ensuring stability and sustained catalytic activity in humid environments.This research provides a new pathway for the application of Ni-La bimetallic basic carbonate catalysts in environmental catalysis and green chemical reactions.In particular,it offers robust theoretical support and practical insights for ozone mitigation technologies under high-humidity conditions.展开更多
Spinal cord injury is accompanied by a substantial loss of neurons.Cell replacement therapy improves motor and sensory dysfunction by replacing dead neurons,and endogenous neurogenesis is an important cell replacement...Spinal cord injury is accompanied by a substantial loss of neurons.Cell replacement therapy improves motor and sensory dysfunction by replacing dead neurons,and endogenous neurogenesis is an important cell replacement source.Stimulating endogenous neurogenesis is therefore a viable approach for treating spinal cord injury.Given that basic fibroblast growth factor is a potent inducer of neurogenesis,we developed a sustained-release system of basic fibroblast growth factor-chitosan to enhance tissue repair in spinal cord injury.In the present study,we isolated neural stem cells from the spinal cords of neonatal rats and used single-cell RNA sequencing to trace the complete process of neurogenesis under ex vivo culture conditions.Under the influence of basic fibroblast growth factor-chitosan,neural stem cells were able to transition from a quiescent state to an activated state and subsequently differentiate into neuronal precursor cells and immature neurons.Additionally,basic fibroblast growth factor-chitosan significantly enhanced neural stem cell proliferation in vitro and promoted neuronal generation.Subsequent in vivo experiments confirmed the therapeutic efficacy of basic fibroblast growth factor-chitosan in spinal cord injury,demonstrating enhanced neurogenesis and tissue repair.展开更多

During the continuous casting process of high-Mn high-Al steels,various types of gases such as Ar need to escape through the top of the mold.In which,the behavior of bubbles traversing the liquid slag serves as a rest...During the continuous casting process of high-Mn high-Al steels,various types of gases such as Ar need to escape through the top of the mold.In which,the behavior of bubbles traversing the liquid slag serves as a restrictive link,closely associated with viscosity and the thickness of liquid slag.In contrast to two-dimensional surface observation,three-dimensional(3D)analysis method can offer a more intuitive,accurate,and comprehensive information.Therefore,this study employs a 3D X-ray microscope(3D-XRM)to obtained spatial distribution and 3D morphological characteristics of residual bubbles in mold flux under different basicity of liquid slag,different temperatures,and different holding times.The results indicate that as basicity of slag increases from 0.52 to 1.03,temperature increases from 1423 to 1573 K,the viscosity of slag decreases,the floating rate of bubbles increases.In addition,when holding time increases from 10 to 30 s,the bubbles floating distance increases,and the volume fraction and average equivalent sphere diameter of the bubbles solidified in the mold flux gradually decreases.In one word,increasing the basicity,temperature,and holding time leading to an increase in the removal rate of bubbles especially for the large.These findings of bubbles escape behavior provide valuable insights into optimizing low basicity mold flux for high-Mn high-Al steels.展开更多
The presence of endogenous neural stem/progenitor cells in the adult mammalian brain suggests that the central nervous system can be repaired and regenerated after injury.However,whether it is possible to stimulate ne...The presence of endogenous neural stem/progenitor cells in the adult mammalian brain suggests that the central nervous system can be repaired and regenerated after injury.However,whether it is possible to stimulate neurogenesis and reconstruct cortical layers II to VI in non-neurogenic regions,such as the cortex,remains unknown.In this study,we implanted a hyaluronic acid collagen gel loaded with basic fibroblast growth factor into the motor cortex immediately following traumatic injury.Our findings reveal that this gel effectively stimulated the proliferation and migration of endogenous neural stem/progenitor cells,as well as their differentiation into mature and functionally integrated neurons.Importantly,these new neurons reconstructed the architecture of cortical layers II to VI,integrated into the existing neural circuitry,and ultimately led to improved brain function.These findings offer novel insight into potential clinical treatments for traumatic cerebral cortex injuries.展开更多
Diabetes is a major global metabolic disorder,with the type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)population in China expected to reach 168 million by 2050.Electroacupuncture(EA)and auricular acupuncture represent safe,accessible,...Diabetes is a major global metabolic disorder,with the type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)population in China expected to reach 168 million by 2050.Electroacupuncture(EA)and auricular acupuncture represent safe,accessible,and multitargeted strategies for glycemic control with strong translational potential.Clinical studies indicate that EA,targeting trunk and limb acupoints,can significantly reduce fasting plasma glucose and glycated hemoglobin.Mechanistically,EA modulates the neuro-endocrine-immune axis,regulates gut microbiota,and activates insulin signaling pathways.Auricular acupuncture,through vagal innervation,may also exert rapid effects on glucose homeostasis via autonomic modulation.The review’s objective is to synthesize and critically evaluate current clinical trials and animal studies on EA and auricular acupuncture for glycemic control in diabetes,particularly T2DM,and to highlight translational implications,mechanistic insights,and evidence gaps.This review also emphasizes translational considerations by highlighting species differences between rodents and humans-an underappreciated yet critical factor influencing the clinical applicability of preclinical findings.Through the integration of recent research advances,the present review not only consolidates clinical and preclinical evidence but also advances a deeper mechanistic framework and underscores the importance of species-specific factors in bridging experimental research and patient care.Future progress requires rigorously designed,adequately powered,multicenter randomized controlled trials with standardized protocols to validate efficacy and define their role in precision diabetes management.展开更多

摘要Basic research is the source of the entire scientific system and the driving force behind all technological advancements.Strengthening basic research is an urgent requirement for achieving high-level self-reliance and self-strengthening in science and technology,and it is the only path to building a world-class scientific and technological powerhouse.National laboratories are the core strategic force for basic research in China,serving as the main body and backbone network for systematic basic research.The publishing experience of Petroleum Exploration and Development demonstrates that the journal's high-quality development and steadily growing influence are inseparable from the continuous output of original basic research results from laboratories at all levels,including national,corporate,and university-affliated institutions,as well as the publication of a series of high-level academic papers.

摘要The preschool stage is not only an important period for children to receive enlightenment education,but also a golden period for them to learn and accumulate basic musical knowledge.As an educational carrier conforming to children’s cognitive rules and growth characteristics,music picture books feature intuitive and interesting presentation forms and possess strong advantages in content bearing.Their application in preschool music education can provide a new direction and path to get rid of the predicament of traditional preschool music enlightenment education.This paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the effect of music picture books on improving preschool children’s basic musical knowledge reserve,aiming to provide a reference for improving the effect of preschool music teaching and promoting the reform of preschool education.
摘要Basic Nursing in higher vocational education undertakes the basic functions of cultivating nursing students’ professional cognition, technical standards and post awareness. Situational virtual simulation teaching takes typical basic care tasks as the carrier, and builds a learning field close to clinical practice relying on virtual wards, interactive cases and operation feedback systems. Students complete continuous training in patient assessment, technical implementation, risk identification, communication explanation and nursing records, which can break through the limitations of single operation training. This paper discusses the connotation, curriculum design and implementation path of situational virtual simulation teaching, emphasizing that teaching objectives, content, methods and evaluation should jointly point to the improvement of clinical practice ability, so as to provide operable ideas for the curriculum reform of Basic Nursing in higher vocational colleges.

摘要During the continuous casting process of high-Mn high-Al steels,various types of gases such as Ar need to escape through the top of the mold.In which,the behavior of bubbles traversing the liquid slag serves as a restrictive link,closely associated with viscosity and the thickness of liquid slag.In contrast to two-dimensional surface observation,three-dimensional(3D)analysis method can offer a more intuitive,accurate,and comprehensive information.Therefore,this study employs a 3D X-ray microscope(3D-XRM)to obtained spatial distribution and 3D morphological characteristics of residual bubbles in mold flux under different basicity of liquid slag,different temperatures,and different holding times.The results indicate that as basicity of slag increases from 0.52 to 1.03,temperature increases from 1423 to 1573 K,the viscosity of slag decreases,the floating rate of bubbles increases.In addition,when holding time increases from 10 to 30 s,the bubbles floating distance increases,and the volume fraction and average equivalent sphere diameter of the bubbles solidified in the mold flux gradually decreases.In one word,increasing the basicity,temperature,and holding time leading to an increase in the removal rate of bubbles especially for the large.These findings of bubbles escape behavior provide valuable insights into optimizing low basicity mold flux for high-Mn high-Al steels.

摘要The presence of endogenous neural stem/progenitor cells in the adult mammalian brain suggests that the central nervous system can be repaired and regenerated after injury.However,whether it is possible to stimulate neurogenesis and reconstruct cortical layers II to VI in non-neurogenic regions,such as the cortex,remains unknown.In this study,we implanted a hyaluronic acid collagen gel loaded with basic fibroblast growth factor into the motor cortex immediately following traumatic injury.Our findings reveal that this gel effectively stimulated the proliferation and migration of endogenous neural stem/progenitor cells,as well as their differentiation into mature and functionally integrated neurons.Importantly,these new neurons reconstructed the architecture of cortical layers II to VI,integrated into the existing neural circuitry,and ultimately led to improved brain function.These findings offer novel insight into potential clinical treatments for traumatic cerebral cortex injuries.

摘要Diabetes is a major global metabolic disorder,with the type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)population in China expected to reach 168 million by 2050.Electroacupuncture(EA)and auricular acupuncture represent safe,accessible,and multitargeted strategies for glycemic control with strong translational potential.Clinical studies indicate that EA,targeting trunk and limb acupoints,can significantly reduce fasting plasma glucose and glycated hemoglobin.Mechanistically,EA modulates the neuro-endocrine-immune axis,regulates gut microbiota,and activates insulin signaling pathways.Auricular acupuncture,through vagal innervation,may also exert rapid effects on glucose homeostasis via autonomic modulation.The review’s objective is to synthesize and critically evaluate current clinical trials and animal studies on EA and auricular acupuncture for glycemic control in diabetes,particularly T2DM,and to highlight translational implications,mechanistic insights,and evidence gaps.This review also emphasizes translational considerations by highlighting species differences between rodents and humans-an underappreciated yet critical factor influencing the clinical applicability of preclinical findings.Through the integration of recent research advances,the present review not only consolidates clinical and preclinical evidence but also advances a deeper mechanistic framework and underscores the importance of species-specific factors in bridging experimental research and patient care.Future progress requires rigorously designed,adequately powered,multicenter randomized controlled trials with standardized protocols to validate efficacy and define their role in precision diabetes management.
