OBJECTIVE:To investigate the distribution of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)constitution among individuals with functional constipation,which would provide insights for developing constitution-targeted prevention an...OBJECTIVE:To investigate the distribution of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)constitution among individuals with functional constipation,which would provide insights for developing constitution-targeted prevention and treatment strategies.METHODS:A systematic search was conducted across eight databases(China National Knowledge Infrastructure Database,Wanfang Database,China Science and Technology Journal for Chinese Technical Periodicals,Sino Med,Pub Med,Web of Science,Embase,and the Cochrane Library)to identify relevant observational studies assessing Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)constitution types among people with functional constipation.The protocol for this review has been registered on International Prospective Register of Systematic Reviews(registration number:CRD42022345996).RESULTS:A total of sixteen cross-sectional studies involving 2976 participants were included in this review.Among functional constipation patients,the proportions of Yin-deficiency,Yang-deficiency,and Qi-deficiency constitution were 27.0%[95%confidence interval(CI)19.9%to 36.7%],25.2%(95%CI 17.5%to 35.0%)and 23.7%(95%CI 15.8%to 34.0%),respectively.Besides,females accounted for a higher percentage of the population with functional constipation in the included studies,and most patients were aged 45 years or older.These findings may reflect the demographic characteristics of the general functional constipation population,where older adults and women are more commonly affected.The impact of gender and age on TCM constitution distribution merits further exploration.CONCLUSION:Our finding revealed that Yin-deficiency,Yang-deficiency,and Qi-deficiency are the predominant TCM constitution types in people with functional constipation.This study suggests that clinicians should focus on patients with these TCM constitution types in the prevention and management of functional constipation.Larger sample sizes and more rigorous methodological designs are needed in future studies.Furthermore,future researches should also focus on developing individualized prevention and treatment strategies based on different TCM constitution types.展开更多
OBJECTIVE:To develop an automated system for identifying and classifying constitution types in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)by leveraging multi-model fusion algorithms.METHODS:A condensed version of a physical inf...OBJECTIVE:To develop an automated system for identifying and classifying constitution types in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)by leveraging multi-model fusion algorithms.METHODS:A condensed version of a physical information collection form was designed to facilitate efficient data acquisition.The collected data were analyzed using a multi-model fusion approach,which integrated several machine learning techniques.These included support vector machines,Naive Bayes,decision trees,random forests,logistic regression,multilayer perceptrons,K-nearest neighbors,gradient boosting,adaptive ensemble learning,and recurrent neural networks.A soft voting strategy was used to combine the predictive outputs of each model,enabling the selection of the most effective model combination.RESULTS:The classification models demonstrated consistent and robust performance across most TCM constitution types when enhanced by the multi-model fusion strategy.In particular,high levels of accuracy,precision,recall,and F1-score were achieved for constitution types such as Yang deficiency,Qi deficiency,and Qi stagnation.However,the classification performance for the Yin deficiency constitution was relatively lower,indicating the need for further refinement and optimization in future research.CONCLUSION:This study introduces a novel,automated method for classifying TCM constitution types through the application of multi-model fusion algorithms.The approach simplifies the complex task of constitution identification while offering a practical and theoretical framework for the intelligent diagnosis of TCM body types.The findings have the potential to enhance personalized health management and support clinical decision-making in TCM diagnosis and treatment.展开更多
Objective:This study aimed to predict biased traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)constitutions among individuals aged≥65 years using machine learning models and to identify the key predictors of biased TCM constitutions...Objective:This study aimed to predict biased traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)constitutions among individuals aged≥65 years using machine learning models and to identify the key predictors of biased TCM constitutions.Methods:This cross-sectional study enrolled 4403 older adults in Shanghai,China.Demographic,lifestyle and clinical data were collected.Six machine learning models were trained and compared:random forest(RF),gradient boosting machine(GBM),support vector machine(SVM),extreme gradient boosting(XGBoost),adaptive boosting classifier(Ada Boost)and logistic regression(LR).Results:Among these 4403 participants,29.2%presented with biased TCM constitutions.RF demonstrated the highest predictive performance with an area under the curve(AUC)of 0.847(indicating excellent discrimination),followed by GBM(AUC=0.842),XGBoost(AUC=0.840),Ada Boost(AUC=0.830),SVM(AUC=0.764)and LR(AUC=0.759).Key predictors included age,heart rate,and specific blood parameters such as monocytes,alanine aminotransferase,platelet distribution width,total bilirubin,and creatinine.Conclusion:The high prevalence of biased TCM constitutions among elderly adults underscores the need for targeted health management strategies.Machine learning models,particularly RF,can accurately predict biased TCM constitutions,enabling early identification of at-risk individuals.The identified predictors provide valuable insights for developing personalised preventive strategies and inform future research on TCM-based elderly healthcare.展开更多
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the association between Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)constitution and fear of cancer recurrence(FCR)in breast cancer survivors.METHODS:A cross-sectional study was conducted among breast ca...OBJECTIVE:To investigate the association between Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)constitution and fear of cancer recurrence(FCR)in breast cancer survivors.METHODS:A cross-sectional study was conducted among breast cancer patients at Guang'anmen Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine,China,during the period from April 9,2023,to July 2,2024.Data were collected on participants'common sociodemographic characteristics,medical history,scores on the Fear of Cancer Recurrence Inventory(FCRI),and TCM constitution classification.Statistical analyses employed independent samples t-test,χ2test,Fisher's exact test,one-way analysis of variance,Spearman's correlation coefficient,multiple linear regression analysis,and multivariate logistic regression analysis.RESULTS:A total of 279 eligible breast cancer patients enrolled in this study.The most prevalent TCM constitutions were‘Qi-depression',‘Peaceful'and‘Yangdeficiency'.All nine TCM constitutions of breast cancer patients exhibited significant correlations with FCR scores.The strongest positive correlation was observed between‘Qi-stagnation'and FCR(r=0.5576,P<0.0001),followed by‘Qi-deficiency'(r=0.4465,P<0.0001).By contrast,the Peaceful correlation showed a significant negative correlation with FCR(r=-0.363,P<0.0001).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that TCM constitution,lymph node metastasis,and endocrine therapy were influencing factors for FCR in breast cancer patients(P<0.05).Additionally,multivariate logistic regression analysis was performed to identify factors associated with TCM constitution in breast cancer patients.After adjusting for potential confounding factors including age,disease stage,pathological type,immunohistochemical status,lymph node metastasis,disease duration,and treatment modality,FCR,disease stage,age,and surgical modality were found to be significantly associated with TCM constitution(all P<0.05).CONCLUSION:This study demonstrates a significant association between TCM constitution and FCR in breast cancer patients,suggesting that FCR can potentially be interpreted within the theoretical framework of TCM.These findings thus provide a theoretical foundation for TCMC-informed management strategies targeting FCR in breast cancer patients.展开更多

Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of TCM syndrome differentiation-guided herbal intervention for patients with five constitutions during the high-risk window period of acute exacerbation of chronic obstruct...Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of TCM syndrome differentiation-guided herbal intervention for patients with five constitutions during the high-risk window period of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)based on TCM constitution theory.Methods:A total of 300 AECOPD patients in the high-risk window period(54-66 cases for each constitution)were randomly divided into two groups(150 cases each).The control group received fluticasone furoate/umeclidinium/vilanterol inhalation therapy,while the experimental group was additionally given constitution-specific TCM decoctions(e.g.,Erchen Decoction combined with Sanzi Yangqin Decoction for Phlegm-Dampness constitution).The treatment course was 8 weeks with a 6-month follow-up.CAT score,TCM syndrome score,pulmonary function,6-minute walking distance(6MWD),and levels of CRP and IL-6 were observed.Recurrence and safety indicators were recorded.Results:After treatment,all indicators improved significantly in both groups(p<0.05),with the experimental group showing superior improvements in CAT score,TCM syndrome score,FEV1,6MWD,and inflammatory indicators(p<0.01).The recurrence rate was lower in the experimental group during follow-up(p<0.05).No severe adverse reactions or abnormalities in liver/kidney function were observed in either group.Conclusion:TCM syndrome differentiation treatment guided by constitution theory can improve symptoms,quality of life,and pulmonary function,reduce inflammatory levels and recurrence rate in AECOPD patients during the high-risk window period,with good safety.展开更多
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the difference in gut microbiota between population with damp-heat constitution(DHC)and balanced constitution(BC).METHODS:A multi-centered cross-sectional casecontrol study was conducted,which...OBJECTIVE:To investigate the difference in gut microbiota between population with damp-heat constitution(DHC)and balanced constitution(BC).METHODS:A multi-centered cross-sectional casecontrol study was conducted,which included 249 participants with damp-heat constitution or balanced constitution.Baseline information of participants was collected,and stool samples were collected for gut microbiota analysis.Principal coordinate analysis,linear discriminant analysis effect size analysis,receiver operating characteristic,random forest model,and phylogenetic investigation of communities by reconstruction of unobserved states methods were used to reveal the relationship between gut microbiota and the damp-heat constitution.RESULTS:Compared to those in the BC group,the richness and diversity of the microbiota,specifically those of several short-chain fatty acid producing genera such as Barnesiella,Coprobacter,and Butyricimonas,were significantly decreased in the DHC group.Regarding biological functions,flavonoid biosynthesis,propanoate metabolism,and nucleotide sugar metabolism were suppressed,while arachidonic acid metabolism and glutathione metabolism were enriched in the DHC group.Finally,a classifier based on the microbiota was constructed to discriminate between the DHC and BC populations.CONCLUSION:The gut microbiota of the DHC population exhibits significantly reduced diversity and is closely related to inflammation,metabolic disorders,and liver steatosis,which is consistent with clinical observations,thus serving as a potential diagnostic tool for traditional Chinese medicine constitution discrimination.展开更多
Objective:The concept of constitution in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has been increasingly recognized as a crucial factor in both the prevention and treatment of insomnia.However,rigorous statistical evidence on ...Objective:The concept of constitution in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has been increasingly recognized as a crucial factor in both the prevention and treatment of insomnia.However,rigorous statistical evidence on the correlation between TCM constitutions—particularly mixed constitutions—and insomnia disorder remains limited.This study aimed to investigate the association between specific TCM constitutions and insomnia disorder.Methods:A cross-sectional study was conducted at the Department of Preventive Medicine,Yueyang Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine,Shanghai,from November 2022 to December 2023.TCM constitutions were assessed using the Constitution in Chinese Medicine Questionnaire.Insomnia disorder was diagnosed by experienced internal medicine physicians according to the criteria of the International Classification of Sleep Disorders,Third Edition.A total of 1065 eligible participants(242 with insomnia disorder and 823 controls)were included in the final analysis.Results:Among the participants,862(80.94%)exhibited biased constitutions,with 75.30%of these having mixed constitutions.Logistic regression analysis revealed a negative association between the gentleness constitution and insomnia disorder,whereas qi-deficiency,yang-deficiency,phlegm-dampness and qidepression constitutions were positively associated with insomnia disorder.These associations remained significant after adjusting for potential confounders and were further validated through sensitivity analysis using propensity score matching.Conclusion:Significant associations between TCM constitutions and insomnia disorder were demonstrated.Future research should further investigate these relationships and explore the underlying mechanisms through rigorous longitudinal and interventional studies to improve understanding and clinical applications.展开更多
Objective:This study aimed to determine the correlation between the incidence of acute mountain sickness(AMS)and the body constitution of Tibetan medicine and other relevant factors to provide a reference for the pred...Objective:This study aimed to determine the correlation between the incidence of acute mountain sickness(AMS)and the body constitution of Tibetan medicine and other relevant factors to provide a reference for the prediction and prevention of AMS.Methods:A caseecontrol study was conducted to recruit participants who experienced or did not experience AMS after entering a plateau.The data was collected through online questionnaires for convenient sampling.Demographic characteristics,body constitution,and related states or behaviors were investigated before and after entering the plateau.The participants were divided into case and control groups based on the incidence of AMS.The distributions of relevant factors were compared.Binary logistic regression analysis was used to screen for risk and protective factors.Results:There were 167 participants who completed the questionnaire.A total of 54 cases were excluded,and 113 participants were included,including 52 in the case group and 61 in the control group.In the case group,37,13,and 2 patients had mild,moderate,and severe AMS,respectively.In terms of the Tibetan medicine constitution,the case group had the highest proportion of Bad-rlung(25.0%)and Rlung types(21.2%),whereas the control group had the highest proportion of Bad-rlung(29.5%)and Mkhrisbad types(24.6%).There was no significant difference in the distribution of the constitutional types between the two groups.Insomnia or insufficient sleep within the week prior to entering the plateau and fatigue after arrival were risk factors for AMS,with odds ratios(OR)and 95%confidence intervals(CI)of 5.012(1.871e13.426)and 3.387(1.393e8.236),respectively.A history of short-term plateau travel is a protective factor for AMS(OR:0.32,95%CI:0.129 to 0.792).Conclusion:Insomnia or lack of sleep before ascending to a plateau and fatigue after arrival are risk factors for AMS.The Rlung constitution might be related to the incidence of AMS;however,this still needs to be verified in large-sample observational studies.The risk factors identified in this study can provide a reference for the prevention practice and research of AMS.展开更多
Objective:To study the relationship between qi stagnation constitution and suboptimal health status(SHS)or lifestyle.Methods:From 2012 to 2013,we conducted a cross-sectional survey of 24159 Chinese individuals aged 12...Objective:To study the relationship between qi stagnation constitution and suboptimal health status(SHS)or lifestyle.Methods:From 2012 to 2013,we conducted a cross-sectional survey of 24159 Chinese individuals aged 12-80 years.The qi stagnation constitution was assessed using the Constitution in Chinese Medicine Questionnaire.Health status was evaluated through medical records and the Subhealth Measurement Scale V1.0(SHMS V1.0).Health-promoting lifestyles were measured using the Health-Promoting Lifestyle Profile Ⅱ(HPLP-Ⅱ).Results:Of the 24159 participants,16.1%and 15.2%were classified as“always”and“sometimes”having the qi stagnation constitution,respectively.Those classified as“rarely”having the qi stagnation constitution scored higher on both the HPLP-Ⅱ and SHMS V1.0.The participants classified as“always”having the qi stagnation constitution showed a significant association with SHS or disease compared to other imbalanced constitutions.Those in the“always”category were approximately 21 times more likely to be classified as having SHS(odds ratio[OR]:21.17,95%confidence interval[CI]:15.74-28.45),whereas those in the“sometimes”category were approximately six times more likely(OR:5.89,95%CI:5.04-6.90).Accordingly,the qi stagnation constitution score was significantly associated with the diagnosis of SHS,with an area under the curve of 0.77(P<.001).A score of 18.75 yielded the highest Youden Index(0.407),with a sensitivity of 60.5%and a specificity of 80.3%.Significant associations were observed between health-promoting lifestyles and qi stagnation constitution severity in an ordinal regression analysis(P<.001).Protective factors included stress management(OR:1.59),self-actualization(OR:1.57),and exercise(OR:1.36).In contrast,poorer interpersonal relationships(OR:0.79),greater health responsibilities(OR:0.86),and poorer nutrition(OR:0.91)were associated with increased severity.Conclusion:Modulating the qi stagnation constitution through lifestyle interventions may help prevent the progression of SHS to disease,which aligns with core preventive principles in traditional Chinese medicine.展开更多

The complex phenomena that occur during the plastic deformation process of aluminum alloys,such as strain rate hardening,dynamic recovery,recrystallization,and damage evolution,can significantly affect the properties ...The complex phenomena that occur during the plastic deformation process of aluminum alloys,such as strain rate hardening,dynamic recovery,recrystallization,and damage evolution,can significantly affect the properties of these alloys and limit their applications.Therefore,studying the high-temperature flow stress characteristics of these materials and developing accurate constitutive models has significant scientific research value.In this study,quasi-static tensile tests were conducted on 5754 aluminum alloy using an electronic testing machine combined with a hightemperature environmental chamber to explore its plastic flow behavior under main deformation parameters(such as deformation temperatures,strain rates,and strain).On the basis of true strain-stress data,a BP neural network constitutive model of the alloy was built,aiming to reveal the influence laws of main deformation parameters on flow stress.To further improve the model performance,the ant colony optimization algorithm is introduced to optimize the BP neural network constitutive model,and the relationship between the prediction stability of the model and the parameter settings is explored.Furthermore,the predictability of the two models was evaluated by the statistical indicators,including the correlation coefficient(R2),RMSE,MAE,and confidence intervals.The research results indicate that the prediction accuracy,stability,and generalization ability of the optimized BP neural network constitutive model have been significantly enhanced.展开更多
Objective:To identify key factors influencing cognitive function in the elderly,including traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)constitutional classification,and to rank their relative importance.Methods:We used cross-sect...Objective:To identify key factors influencing cognitive function in the elderly,including traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)constitutional classification,and to rank their relative importance.Methods:We used cross-sectional data from seven geographical regions across Chinese mainland.The Changsha version of the Montreal Cognitive Assessment was used to assess cognitive function.A“least absolute shrinkage and selection operator”(LASSO)model,multivariate linear regression analysis,and random forest(RF)model were used.Subgroup analyses were performed to examine the correlation between key TCM constitution types and cognitive function in different population subgroups.Results:A total of 24803 individuals aged 60 and above were included in the study.We selected 18 influential factors using the LASSO model.Higher education,being married,and having insurance were positively correlated with cognitive function in the elderly(all P<0.05).In contrast,poor sleep,vision impairment,hearing impairment,basic activities of daily living disability,instrumental activities of daily living disability,depression,hypertension,coronary heart disease,diabetes,stroke,yang-deficiency constitution(YADC),yin-deficiency constitution(YIDC),qi deficiency constitution(QDC),and blood stasis constitution(BSC)were negatively correlated with cognitive function(all P<0.05).YIDC and BSC affected all dimensions of cognitive function(all P<0.05).YADC mainly affected attention,language,abstraction(verbal analogies),memory,and orientation to time and place dimensions(P<0.001).QDC mainly affected language and abstraction(verbal analogies)dimensions(P<0.05).The negative correlations between BSC,YADC,YIDC,and QDC scores and cognitive function revealed statistically significant dif-ferences across most subgroups.The RF model identified education,BSC,and poor sleep quality as the three most influential factors in our study.Conclusion:BSC,YADC,YIDC,and QDC were associated with cognitive decline in the elderly.Our findings provide new perspectives and significant references for interventions for early-stage cognitive disorders.展开更多
BACKGROUND The Asia-Pacific Colorectal Screening(APCS)score was designed with the purpose of distinguishing individuals at high risk(HR)for colorectal advanced neoplasia(AN).Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)constituti...BACKGROUND The Asia-Pacific Colorectal Screening(APCS)score was designed with the purpose of distinguishing individuals at high risk(HR)for colorectal advanced neoplasia(AN).Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)constitution was also linked with colorectal cancer(CRC).AIM To integrate the APCS score with TCM constitution identification as a new algorithm to screen for CRC.METHODS A cross-sectional multicenter study was carried out in three hospitals,enrolling 1430 patients who were asymptomatic and undergoing screening colonoscopy from 2022 to 2023.Patients were considered to have average risk,moderate risk,or HR with their APCS score.Odd ratios assessed the relationship between TCM constitution and disease progression.A TCM constitution risk score was created.The sensitivity and specificity of the new algorithm were calculated to evaluate diagnostic performance in detecting advanced adenoma(AA),CRC,and AN.RESULTS Of the 1430 patients,370(25.9%)were categorized as average risk,755(52.8%)as moderate risk,and 305(21.3%)as HR.Using the combined APCS score and the TCM constitution(damp-heat,qi-deficiency,yang-deficiency,phlegm-dampness,and inherited special constitution as positive)algorithm,72.2%of patients with AA and 73.7%of patients with AN were detected.Compared with the APCS score alone,the new algorithm significantly improved the sensitivity for screening AA[72.2%,95%confidence interval(CI):64.4%-80.0%vs 49.2%,95%CI:40.5%-57.9%]and AN(73.7%,95%CI:66.4%-81.1%vs 51.1%,95%CI:42.7%-59.5%).CONCLUSION The combination of APCS and TCM constitution identification questionnaires was valuable in identifying Chinese individuals who were asymptomatic for colorectal screening prioritization.展开更多
The development of the Constitution of the People’s Republic of China to date has been driven by the will of the people,and it can rightly be called“the constitution of we the people.”However,the justification for ...The development of the Constitution of the People’s Republic of China to date has been driven by the will of the people,and it can rightly be called“the constitution of we the people.”However,the justification for why the constitution deserves our intergenerational recognition does not rely solely on historical narratives;it can also be clarified by exploring its normative characteristics.First,in terms of functional positioning,China’s Constitution is not only the“fundamental charter for governing the country and ensuring national stability”but also ideally expected to be the“guarantee for the people’s happiness.”Only by safeguarding the basic dignity and rights of every individual will future generations recognize the constitution.The normative characteristics of China’s Constitution also lie in its preamble that contains historical narratives,its democratic orientation,the coexistence of two types of programmatic provisions,and its textual feature of combining explicit and implicit content.These characteristics not only mark the uniqueness of China’s Constitution but also enable constitutional practice to continuously develop into a common cause of“we the people.”Moreover,the constitutional spirit of safeguarding human dignity,as a fundamental characteristic,provides the ultimate rationale for“the goodness of the constitution.”In the new era,we must further promote the implementation of the constitution,give play to its function as the“guarantee for the people’s happiness,”carry forward its outstanding normative characteristics,and enable the people to gain a genuine sense of fulfillment and happiness through concrete and vivid constitutional practice.展开更多

OBJECTIVE:To find more influencing factors Qideficiency constitution of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)using dynamic and comprehensive information.METHODS:Because grey relational analysis(GRA)is good at processing i...OBJECTIVE:To find more influencing factors Qideficiency constitution of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)using dynamic and comprehensive information.METHODS:Because grey relational analysis(GRA)is good at processing incomplete information and has no special requirements for sample size and distribution.We acquired 2122 pieces of valid Qi-deficiency constitution dynamic data after preprocessing,and used GRA combing withχ~2 test and multivariate logistic regression analysis to discover and sort the influencing factors of Qideficiency constitution.RESULTS:For the calculation results of GRA,there were 10(62.5%)aspects whose grey correlation degrees were greater than 0.6.The results ofχ~2 test showed that all the above 10 aspects were statistically significant with Qideficiency constitution.The analysis results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed the following factors were positively correlated with Qi-deficiency constitution:premature birth,sleeping late and getting up early,sleeping late and getting up late,irregular sleeping,sleeping 6.0-6.9 h per day,artificial feeding,female,age at 18-19,and father's age at 18-19 years old when a baby at birth.The following factors were negatively correlated with Qi-deficiency constitution:sleeping 8.0-8.9 h per day and≥9.0 h per day,and age at 30-39 and 40-49 years old.CONCLUSIONS:It is necessary to pay attention to these innate and acquired information of individuals which may lead to Qi-deficiency constitution.And our research also provides a novel methodological thinking for analyzing the influential factors of TCM constitution.展开更多

摘要OBJECTIVE:To investigate the distribution of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)constitution among individuals with functional constipation,which would provide insights for developing constitution-targeted prevention and treatment strategies.METHODS:A systematic search was conducted across eight databases(China National Knowledge Infrastructure Database,Wanfang Database,China Science and Technology Journal for Chinese Technical Periodicals,Sino Med,Pub Med,Web of Science,Embase,and the Cochrane Library)to identify relevant observational studies assessing Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)constitution types among people with functional constipation.The protocol for this review has been registered on International Prospective Register of Systematic Reviews(registration number:CRD42022345996).RESULTS:A total of sixteen cross-sectional studies involving 2976 participants were included in this review.Among functional constipation patients,the proportions of Yin-deficiency,Yang-deficiency,and Qi-deficiency constitution were 27.0%[95%confidence interval(CI)19.9%to 36.7%],25.2%(95%CI 17.5%to 35.0%)and 23.7%(95%CI 15.8%to 34.0%),respectively.Besides,females accounted for a higher percentage of the population with functional constipation in the included studies,and most patients were aged 45 years or older.These findings may reflect the demographic characteristics of the general functional constipation population,where older adults and women are more commonly affected.The impact of gender and age on TCM constitution distribution merits further exploration.CONCLUSION:Our finding revealed that Yin-deficiency,Yang-deficiency,and Qi-deficiency are the predominant TCM constitution types in people with functional constipation.This study suggests that clinicians should focus on patients with these TCM constitution types in the prevention and management of functional constipation.Larger sample sizes and more rigorous methodological designs are needed in future studies.Furthermore,future researches should also focus on developing individualized prevention and treatment strategies based on different TCM constitution types.

摘要OBJECTIVE:To develop an automated system for identifying and classifying constitution types in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)by leveraging multi-model fusion algorithms.METHODS:A condensed version of a physical information collection form was designed to facilitate efficient data acquisition.The collected data were analyzed using a multi-model fusion approach,which integrated several machine learning techniques.These included support vector machines,Naive Bayes,decision trees,random forests,logistic regression,multilayer perceptrons,K-nearest neighbors,gradient boosting,adaptive ensemble learning,and recurrent neural networks.A soft voting strategy was used to combine the predictive outputs of each model,enabling the selection of the most effective model combination.RESULTS:The classification models demonstrated consistent and robust performance across most TCM constitution types when enhanced by the multi-model fusion strategy.In particular,high levels of accuracy,precision,recall,and F1-score were achieved for constitution types such as Yang deficiency,Qi deficiency,and Qi stagnation.However,the classification performance for the Yin deficiency constitution was relatively lower,indicating the need for further refinement and optimization in future research.CONCLUSION:This study introduces a novel,automated method for classifying TCM constitution types through the application of multi-model fusion algorithms.The approach simplifies the complex task of constitution identification while offering a practical and theoretical framework for the intelligent diagnosis of TCM body types.The findings have the potential to enhance personalized health management and support clinical decision-making in TCM diagnosis and treatment.

摘要Objective:This study aimed to predict biased traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)constitutions among individuals aged≥65 years using machine learning models and to identify the key predictors of biased TCM constitutions.Methods:This cross-sectional study enrolled 4403 older adults in Shanghai,China.Demographic,lifestyle and clinical data were collected.Six machine learning models were trained and compared:random forest(RF),gradient boosting machine(GBM),support vector machine(SVM),extreme gradient boosting(XGBoost),adaptive boosting classifier(Ada Boost)and logistic regression(LR).Results:Among these 4403 participants,29.2%presented with biased TCM constitutions.RF demonstrated the highest predictive performance with an area under the curve(AUC)of 0.847(indicating excellent discrimination),followed by GBM(AUC=0.842),XGBoost(AUC=0.840),Ada Boost(AUC=0.830),SVM(AUC=0.764)and LR(AUC=0.759).Key predictors included age,heart rate,and specific blood parameters such as monocytes,alanine aminotransferase,platelet distribution width,total bilirubin,and creatinine.Conclusion:The high prevalence of biased TCM constitutions among elderly adults underscores the need for targeted health management strategies.Machine learning models,particularly RF,can accurately predict biased TCM constitutions,enabling early identification of at-risk individuals.The identified predictors provide valuable insights for developing personalised preventive strategies and inform future research on TCM-based elderly healthcare.

摘要OBJECTIVE:To investigate the association between Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)constitution and fear of cancer recurrence(FCR)in breast cancer survivors.METHODS:A cross-sectional study was conducted among breast cancer patients at Guang'anmen Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine,China,during the period from April 9,2023,to July 2,2024.Data were collected on participants'common sociodemographic characteristics,medical history,scores on the Fear of Cancer Recurrence Inventory(FCRI),and TCM constitution classification.Statistical analyses employed independent samples t-test,χ2test,Fisher's exact test,one-way analysis of variance,Spearman's correlation coefficient,multiple linear regression analysis,and multivariate logistic regression analysis.RESULTS:A total of 279 eligible breast cancer patients enrolled in this study.The most prevalent TCM constitutions were‘Qi-depression',‘Peaceful'and‘Yangdeficiency'.All nine TCM constitutions of breast cancer patients exhibited significant correlations with FCR scores.The strongest positive correlation was observed between‘Qi-stagnation'and FCR(r=0.5576,P<0.0001),followed by‘Qi-deficiency'(r=0.4465,P<0.0001).By contrast,the Peaceful correlation showed a significant negative correlation with FCR(r=-0.363,P<0.0001).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that TCM constitution,lymph node metastasis,and endocrine therapy were influencing factors for FCR in breast cancer patients(P<0.05).Additionally,multivariate logistic regression analysis was performed to identify factors associated with TCM constitution in breast cancer patients.After adjusting for potential confounding factors including age,disease stage,pathological type,immunohistochemical status,lymph node metastasis,disease duration,and treatment modality,FCR,disease stage,age,and surgical modality were found to be significantly associated with TCM constitution(all P<0.05).CONCLUSION:This study demonstrates a significant association between TCM constitution and FCR in breast cancer patients,suggesting that FCR can potentially be interpreted within the theoretical framework of TCM.These findings thus provide a theoretical foundation for TCMC-informed management strategies targeting FCR in breast cancer patients.
摘要To reveal the microstructural characteristics at specific locations of a TiAl turbocharger turbine under gravity casting conditions,metallographic observations were conducted on characteristic regions of its longitudinal section.The turbine hub exhibits primarily a columnar microstructure,with an average grain size significantly larger than that of the blade,which exhibits an equiaxed microstructure.The cooling rate varies significantly across the turbine,decreasing from the blade tip to the hub bottom,resulting in a negative correlation with grain size.The center of the turbine hub and the blade tips show higherγphase volume fractions(14.028% and 10.009%,respectively).In terms of phase constitution,both a low Ti/Al atomic ratio and a high cooling rate shift the solidification path to the Al side of the phase diagram,promoting the precipitation of massiveγphase.The average hardness of the blade body(273.89 HV)is higher than that of the turbine hub(238.40 HV),while the blade root(282.66 HV)exhibits similar average hardness to the blade body.
摘要This study develops and empirically tests a structural equation model integrating phenomenological theory and linguistic pragmatics.The proposed framework conceptualizes transcendental intentionality as the foundational dimension from which aesthetic descriptive experience,sign-meaning structuration,pragmatic sense directionality,and communicative teleology emerge.A cross-sectional,non-experimental design was implemented with a sample exceeding the minimum statistical requirement for covariance-based structural equation modeling.Latent variables were operationalized through validated Likert-type scales,and content validity was established via expert judgment.Confirmatory factor analysis demonstrated satisfactory convergent and discriminant validity.Structural path analysis revealed that transcendental intentionality significantly predicts aesthetic descriptive experience and sign-meaning structuration,while pragmatic sense directionality mediates the relationship between meaning formation and communicative teleology.Global fit indices indicated adequate model fit.The findings support the empirical coherence of translating phenomenological and pragmatic constructs into measurable latent variables,contributing to interdisciplinary dialogue between transcendental philosophy and quantitative modeling.

摘要This review systematically summarizes the research progress in artificial intelligence(AI)-based constitution identification and personalized health management,encompassing mobile terminal image acquisition,tongue and facial feature recognition,multimodal fusion,and intelligent intervention strategies.Current systems have preliminarily achieved a"identification-intervention-feedback"closed loop;however,they still face challenges such as inconsistent data quality,poor model interpretability,and a lack of clinical validation.Future efforts should focus on constructing high-quality multimodal databases,enhancing algorithmic transparency,conducting randomized controlled trials,and integrating 5G and AR technologies to advance the precision and universality of TCM intelligent health management.
摘要Objective:To investigate the distribution of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)constitution among night-shift nurses at a public tertiary-level Class A hospital,thereby identifying new approaches for developing effective interventions to enhance their health status.Methods:A total of 601 nurses employed at a public tertiary-level Class A hospital from August 2024 to August 2025 participated in the survey.Analysis was conducted using the Traditional Chinese Medicine Constitution Questionnaire.Results:The most prevalent TCM constitution types among night-shift nurses were Yang Deficiency Constitution(50.4%),Yin Deficiency Constitution(49.8%),Qi Deficiency Constitution(45.4%),and Phlegm-Dampness Constitution(45.1%).Conclusion:A high proportion of clinical night-shift nursing staff exhibit imbalanced constitution types,severely impacting their physical and mental health.Nursing administrators should implement targeted TCM constitution-based health maintenance and regulation to improve the health status of nursing personnel.

摘要Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of TCM syndrome differentiation-guided herbal intervention for patients with five constitutions during the high-risk window period of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)based on TCM constitution theory.Methods:A total of 300 AECOPD patients in the high-risk window period(54-66 cases for each constitution)were randomly divided into two groups(150 cases each).The control group received fluticasone furoate/umeclidinium/vilanterol inhalation therapy,while the experimental group was additionally given constitution-specific TCM decoctions(e.g.,Erchen Decoction combined with Sanzi Yangqin Decoction for Phlegm-Dampness constitution).The treatment course was 8 weeks with a 6-month follow-up.CAT score,TCM syndrome score,pulmonary function,6-minute walking distance(6MWD),and levels of CRP and IL-6 were observed.Recurrence and safety indicators were recorded.Results:After treatment,all indicators improved significantly in both groups(p<0.05),with the experimental group showing superior improvements in CAT score,TCM syndrome score,FEV1,6MWD,and inflammatory indicators(p<0.01).The recurrence rate was lower in the experimental group during follow-up(p<0.05).No severe adverse reactions or abnormalities in liver/kidney function were observed in either group.Conclusion:TCM syndrome differentiation treatment guided by constitution theory can improve symptoms,quality of life,and pulmonary function,reduce inflammatory levels and recurrence rate in AECOPD patients during the high-risk window period,with good safety.

摘要OBJECTIVE:To investigate the difference in gut microbiota between population with damp-heat constitution(DHC)and balanced constitution(BC).METHODS:A multi-centered cross-sectional casecontrol study was conducted,which included 249 participants with damp-heat constitution or balanced constitution.Baseline information of participants was collected,and stool samples were collected for gut microbiota analysis.Principal coordinate analysis,linear discriminant analysis effect size analysis,receiver operating characteristic,random forest model,and phylogenetic investigation of communities by reconstruction of unobserved states methods were used to reveal the relationship between gut microbiota and the damp-heat constitution.RESULTS:Compared to those in the BC group,the richness and diversity of the microbiota,specifically those of several short-chain fatty acid producing genera such as Barnesiella,Coprobacter,and Butyricimonas,were significantly decreased in the DHC group.Regarding biological functions,flavonoid biosynthesis,propanoate metabolism,and nucleotide sugar metabolism were suppressed,while arachidonic acid metabolism and glutathione metabolism were enriched in the DHC group.Finally,a classifier based on the microbiota was constructed to discriminate between the DHC and BC populations.CONCLUSION:The gut microbiota of the DHC population exhibits significantly reduced diversity and is closely related to inflammation,metabolic disorders,and liver steatosis,which is consistent with clinical observations,thus serving as a potential diagnostic tool for traditional Chinese medicine constitution discrimination.

摘要Objective:The concept of constitution in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has been increasingly recognized as a crucial factor in both the prevention and treatment of insomnia.However,rigorous statistical evidence on the correlation between TCM constitutions—particularly mixed constitutions—and insomnia disorder remains limited.This study aimed to investigate the association between specific TCM constitutions and insomnia disorder.Methods:A cross-sectional study was conducted at the Department of Preventive Medicine,Yueyang Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine,Shanghai,from November 2022 to December 2023.TCM constitutions were assessed using the Constitution in Chinese Medicine Questionnaire.Insomnia disorder was diagnosed by experienced internal medicine physicians according to the criteria of the International Classification of Sleep Disorders,Third Edition.A total of 1065 eligible participants(242 with insomnia disorder and 823 controls)were included in the final analysis.Results:Among the participants,862(80.94%)exhibited biased constitutions,with 75.30%of these having mixed constitutions.Logistic regression analysis revealed a negative association between the gentleness constitution and insomnia disorder,whereas qi-deficiency,yang-deficiency,phlegm-dampness and qidepression constitutions were positively associated with insomnia disorder.These associations remained significant after adjusting for potential confounders and were further validated through sensitivity analysis using propensity score matching.Conclusion:Significant associations between TCM constitutions and insomnia disorder were demonstrated.Future research should further investigate these relationships and explore the underlying mechanisms through rigorous longitudinal and interventional studies to improve understanding and clinical applications.

摘要Objective:This study aimed to determine the correlation between the incidence of acute mountain sickness(AMS)and the body constitution of Tibetan medicine and other relevant factors to provide a reference for the prediction and prevention of AMS.Methods:A caseecontrol study was conducted to recruit participants who experienced or did not experience AMS after entering a plateau.The data was collected through online questionnaires for convenient sampling.Demographic characteristics,body constitution,and related states or behaviors were investigated before and after entering the plateau.The participants were divided into case and control groups based on the incidence of AMS.The distributions of relevant factors were compared.Binary logistic regression analysis was used to screen for risk and protective factors.Results:There were 167 participants who completed the questionnaire.A total of 54 cases were excluded,and 113 participants were included,including 52 in the case group and 61 in the control group.In the case group,37,13,and 2 patients had mild,moderate,and severe AMS,respectively.In terms of the Tibetan medicine constitution,the case group had the highest proportion of Bad-rlung(25.0%)and Rlung types(21.2%),whereas the control group had the highest proportion of Bad-rlung(29.5%)and Mkhrisbad types(24.6%).There was no significant difference in the distribution of the constitutional types between the two groups.Insomnia or insufficient sleep within the week prior to entering the plateau and fatigue after arrival were risk factors for AMS,with odds ratios(OR)and 95%confidence intervals(CI)of 5.012(1.871e13.426)and 3.387(1.393e8.236),respectively.A history of short-term plateau travel is a protective factor for AMS(OR:0.32,95%CI:0.129 to 0.792).Conclusion:Insomnia or lack of sleep before ascending to a plateau and fatigue after arrival are risk factors for AMS.The Rlung constitution might be related to the incidence of AMS;however,this still needs to be verified in large-sample observational studies.The risk factors identified in this study can provide a reference for the prevention practice and research of AMS.

摘要Objective:To study the relationship between qi stagnation constitution and suboptimal health status(SHS)or lifestyle.Methods:From 2012 to 2013,we conducted a cross-sectional survey of 24159 Chinese individuals aged 12-80 years.The qi stagnation constitution was assessed using the Constitution in Chinese Medicine Questionnaire.Health status was evaluated through medical records and the Subhealth Measurement Scale V1.0(SHMS V1.0).Health-promoting lifestyles were measured using the Health-Promoting Lifestyle Profile Ⅱ(HPLP-Ⅱ).Results:Of the 24159 participants,16.1%and 15.2%were classified as“always”and“sometimes”having the qi stagnation constitution,respectively.Those classified as“rarely”having the qi stagnation constitution scored higher on both the HPLP-Ⅱ and SHMS V1.0.The participants classified as“always”having the qi stagnation constitution showed a significant association with SHS or disease compared to other imbalanced constitutions.Those in the“always”category were approximately 21 times more likely to be classified as having SHS(odds ratio[OR]:21.17,95%confidence interval[CI]:15.74-28.45),whereas those in the“sometimes”category were approximately six times more likely(OR:5.89,95%CI:5.04-6.90).Accordingly,the qi stagnation constitution score was significantly associated with the diagnosis of SHS,with an area under the curve of 0.77(P<.001).A score of 18.75 yielded the highest Youden Index(0.407),with a sensitivity of 60.5%and a specificity of 80.3%.Significant associations were observed between health-promoting lifestyles and qi stagnation constitution severity in an ordinal regression analysis(P<.001).Protective factors included stress management(OR:1.59),self-actualization(OR:1.57),and exercise(OR:1.36).In contrast,poorer interpersonal relationships(OR:0.79),greater health responsibilities(OR:0.86),and poorer nutrition(OR:0.91)were associated with increased severity.Conclusion:Modulating the qi stagnation constitution through lifestyle interventions may help prevent the progression of SHS to disease,which aligns with core preventive principles in traditional Chinese medicine.

摘要The phase constitution,microstructure,damping capacity,and mechanical properties of as-cast AlxCrFe3Ni(x=0.5,0.52,0.54,and 0.56,respectively)medium entropy alloys were investigated.It is found that the volume fraction of BCC phase increases while that of FCC decreases with increasing the Al content.When the content of Al is 0.54,the alloy is composed of 82.1vol.%BCC matrix and 17.9vol.%FCC phase.Wherein the FCC phase is distributed on the BCC matrix,forming a structure where the hard BCC matrix is surrounded by soft FCC phase.This results in a hindering effect on the propagation process of vibration waves.The damping performance of Al0.54CrFe3Ni alloy,characterized by an internal friction of Q-1 is as high as 0.059,is higher than that of most FeCr damping alloys.The volume fraction of the BCC phase and the peculiar distribution of the FCC phase are identified as the key factors affecting the damping capacity.In addition,the Al0.54CrFe3Ni alloy exhibits a high yield strength of 811.16 MPa.

摘要The complex phenomena that occur during the plastic deformation process of aluminum alloys,such as strain rate hardening,dynamic recovery,recrystallization,and damage evolution,can significantly affect the properties of these alloys and limit their applications.Therefore,studying the high-temperature flow stress characteristics of these materials and developing accurate constitutive models has significant scientific research value.In this study,quasi-static tensile tests were conducted on 5754 aluminum alloy using an electronic testing machine combined with a hightemperature environmental chamber to explore its plastic flow behavior under main deformation parameters(such as deformation temperatures,strain rates,and strain).On the basis of true strain-stress data,a BP neural network constitutive model of the alloy was built,aiming to reveal the influence laws of main deformation parameters on flow stress.To further improve the model performance,the ant colony optimization algorithm is introduced to optimize the BP neural network constitutive model,and the relationship between the prediction stability of the model and the parameter settings is explored.Furthermore,the predictability of the two models was evaluated by the statistical indicators,including the correlation coefficient(R2),RMSE,MAE,and confidence intervals.The research results indicate that the prediction accuracy,stability,and generalization ability of the optimized BP neural network constitutive model have been significantly enhanced.

摘要Objective:To identify key factors influencing cognitive function in the elderly,including traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)constitutional classification,and to rank their relative importance.Methods:We used cross-sectional data from seven geographical regions across Chinese mainland.The Changsha version of the Montreal Cognitive Assessment was used to assess cognitive function.A“least absolute shrinkage and selection operator”(LASSO)model,multivariate linear regression analysis,and random forest(RF)model were used.Subgroup analyses were performed to examine the correlation between key TCM constitution types and cognitive function in different population subgroups.Results:A total of 24803 individuals aged 60 and above were included in the study.We selected 18 influential factors using the LASSO model.Higher education,being married,and having insurance were positively correlated with cognitive function in the elderly(all P<0.05).In contrast,poor sleep,vision impairment,hearing impairment,basic activities of daily living disability,instrumental activities of daily living disability,depression,hypertension,coronary heart disease,diabetes,stroke,yang-deficiency constitution(YADC),yin-deficiency constitution(YIDC),qi deficiency constitution(QDC),and blood stasis constitution(BSC)were negatively correlated with cognitive function(all P<0.05).YIDC and BSC affected all dimensions of cognitive function(all P<0.05).YADC mainly affected attention,language,abstraction(verbal analogies),memory,and orientation to time and place dimensions(P<0.001).QDC mainly affected language and abstraction(verbal analogies)dimensions(P<0.05).The negative correlations between BSC,YADC,YIDC,and QDC scores and cognitive function revealed statistically significant dif-ferences across most subgroups.The RF model identified education,BSC,and poor sleep quality as the three most influential factors in our study.Conclusion:BSC,YADC,YIDC,and QDC were associated with cognitive decline in the elderly.Our findings provide new perspectives and significant references for interventions for early-stage cognitive disorders.
摘要BACKGROUND The Asia-Pacific Colorectal Screening(APCS)score was designed with the purpose of distinguishing individuals at high risk(HR)for colorectal advanced neoplasia(AN).Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)constitution was also linked with colorectal cancer(CRC).AIM To integrate the APCS score with TCM constitution identification as a new algorithm to screen for CRC.METHODS A cross-sectional multicenter study was carried out in three hospitals,enrolling 1430 patients who were asymptomatic and undergoing screening colonoscopy from 2022 to 2023.Patients were considered to have average risk,moderate risk,or HR with their APCS score.Odd ratios assessed the relationship between TCM constitution and disease progression.A TCM constitution risk score was created.The sensitivity and specificity of the new algorithm were calculated to evaluate diagnostic performance in detecting advanced adenoma(AA),CRC,and AN.RESULTS Of the 1430 patients,370(25.9%)were categorized as average risk,755(52.8%)as moderate risk,and 305(21.3%)as HR.Using the combined APCS score and the TCM constitution(damp-heat,qi-deficiency,yang-deficiency,phlegm-dampness,and inherited special constitution as positive)algorithm,72.2%of patients with AA and 73.7%of patients with AN were detected.Compared with the APCS score alone,the new algorithm significantly improved the sensitivity for screening AA[72.2%,95%confidence interval(CI):64.4%-80.0%vs 49.2%,95%CI:40.5%-57.9%]and AN(73.7%,95%CI:66.4%-81.1%vs 51.1%,95%CI:42.7%-59.5%).CONCLUSION The combination of APCS and TCM constitution identification questionnaires was valuable in identifying Chinese individuals who were asymptomatic for colorectal screening prioritization.

摘要The development of the Constitution of the People’s Republic of China to date has been driven by the will of the people,and it can rightly be called“the constitution of we the people.”However,the justification for why the constitution deserves our intergenerational recognition does not rely solely on historical narratives;it can also be clarified by exploring its normative characteristics.First,in terms of functional positioning,China’s Constitution is not only the“fundamental charter for governing the country and ensuring national stability”but also ideally expected to be the“guarantee for the people’s happiness.”Only by safeguarding the basic dignity and rights of every individual will future generations recognize the constitution.The normative characteristics of China’s Constitution also lie in its preamble that contains historical narratives,its democratic orientation,the coexistence of two types of programmatic provisions,and its textual feature of combining explicit and implicit content.These characteristics not only mark the uniqueness of China’s Constitution but also enable constitutional practice to continuously develop into a common cause of“we the people.”Moreover,the constitutional spirit of safeguarding human dignity,as a fundamental characteristic,provides the ultimate rationale for“the goodness of the constitution.”In the new era,we must further promote the implementation of the constitution,give play to its function as the“guarantee for the people’s happiness,”carry forward its outstanding normative characteristics,and enable the people to gain a genuine sense of fulfillment and happiness through concrete and vivid constitutional practice.
摘要The understanding of the scope of protection for the right to health should not be limited to fragmented descriptions in departmental laws,such as those focusing on rights,interests,or legal benefits.Instead,it should be analyzed holistically within the constitutional framework of fundamental rights.From the perspective of defense right function,the right to health addresses physiological harm that progresses through stages of“risk-danger-infringement,”psychological harm that targets inner distress,and minor harm arising from challenges in social adaptation,to clarify the negative defensive obligations of the state to prevent health-related harm.From the perspectives of the beneficiary right function and the objective value order function,the right to health requires a minimum level of constitutional protection and delineating the positive obligations of the state to ensure it through the fulfillment of basic obligations in healthcare and health promotion.

摘要OBJECTIVE:To find more influencing factors Qideficiency constitution of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)using dynamic and comprehensive information.METHODS:Because grey relational analysis(GRA)is good at processing incomplete information and has no special requirements for sample size and distribution.We acquired 2122 pieces of valid Qi-deficiency constitution dynamic data after preprocessing,and used GRA combing withχ~2 test and multivariate logistic regression analysis to discover and sort the influencing factors of Qideficiency constitution.RESULTS:For the calculation results of GRA,there were 10(62.5%)aspects whose grey correlation degrees were greater than 0.6.The results ofχ~2 test showed that all the above 10 aspects were statistically significant with Qideficiency constitution.The analysis results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed the following factors were positively correlated with Qi-deficiency constitution:premature birth,sleeping late and getting up early,sleeping late and getting up late,irregular sleeping,sleeping 6.0-6.9 h per day,artificial feeding,female,age at 18-19,and father's age at 18-19 years old when a baby at birth.The following factors were negatively correlated with Qi-deficiency constitution:sleeping 8.0-8.9 h per day and≥9.0 h per day,and age at 30-39 and 40-49 years old.CONCLUSIONS:It is necessary to pay attention to these innate and acquired information of individuals which may lead to Qi-deficiency constitution.And our research also provides a novel methodological thinking for analyzing the influential factors of TCM constitution.
