In the competitive retail industry of the digital era,data-driven insights into gender-specific customer behavior are essential.They support the optimization of store performance,layout design,product placement,and ta...In the competitive retail industry of the digital era,data-driven insights into gender-specific customer behavior are essential.They support the optimization of store performance,layout design,product placement,and targeted marketing.However,existing computer vision solutions often rely on facial recognition to gather such insights,raising significant privacy and ethical concerns.To address these issues,this paper presents a privacypreserving customer analytics system through two key strategies.First,we deploy a deep learning framework using YOLOv9s,trained on the RCA-TVGender dataset.Cameras are positioned perpendicular to observation areas to reduce facial visibility while maintaining accurate gender classification.Second,we apply AES-128 encryption to customer position data,ensuring secure access and regulatory compliance.Our system achieved overall performance,with 81.5%mAP@50,77.7%precision,and 75.7%recall.Moreover,a 90-min observational study confirmed the system’s ability to generate privacy-protected heatmaps revealing distinct behavioral patterns between male and female customers.For instance,women spent more time in certain areas and showed interest in different products.These results confirm the system’s effectiveness in enabling personalized layout and marketing strategies without compromising privacy.展开更多
Keeping customers engaged remains a major challenge in appointment-based services,where user behavior continuously shifts due to seasonal,market,and social factors.These dynamic changes often cause concept drift,rende...Keeping customers engaged remains a major challenge in appointment-based services,where user behavior continuously shifts due to seasonal,market,and social factors.These dynamic changes often cause concept drift,rendering traditional deep clustering models unreliable because they assume stable data distributions.Most existing approaches handle representation learning,parameter optimization,and model updating as separate components,limiting their adaptability in real-world streaming environments.This study proposes Hybrid-RL,a novel adaptive clustering framework that unifies incremental deep representation learning,multi-head reinforcement learning for joint hyperparameter optimization(number of clusters,latent dimension,and clustering method),incremental model updating,bandit-based decision making,surrogate-model explainable artificial intelligence(XAI),and continuous Gini-based fairness monitoring within a single closed-loop pipeline.The framework updates incrementally via autoencoder fine-tuning and MiniBatchKMeans partial_fit without requiring full retraining,enabling efficient adaptation to evolving customer behavior.Experiments conducted on real proprietary appointment data(10,212 records collected from 2021 to 2025)with natural concept drift demonstrate that Hybrid-RL achieves superior clustering quality,recording a Silhouette score of 0.7542,Davies–Bouldin Index(DBI)of 0.3150,and Calinski–Harabasz(CH)index of 1810.34,while maintaining an ultra-low inference time of 0.0001 s per sample.The model significantly outperforms 13 baseline methods.Under controlled synthetic drift,Hybrid-RL exhibits only a 6.1%drop in Silhouette score,confirming strong robustness.Additional validation on the public UCI Online Retail dataset further confirms the framework’s generalizability.Fairness analysis reports an average Gini coefficient of 0.49 across clusters,indicating balanced action distribution.展开更多
Customer churn is the rate at which customers discontinue doing business with a company over a given time period.It is an essential measure for businesses to monitor high churn rates,as they often indicate underlying ...Customer churn is the rate at which customers discontinue doing business with a company over a given time period.It is an essential measure for businesses to monitor high churn rates,as they often indicate underlying issues with services,products,or customer experience,resulting in considerable income loss.Prediction of customer churn is a crucial task aimed at retaining customers and maintaining revenue growth.Traditional machine learning(ML)models often struggle to capture complex temporal dependencies in client behavior data.To address this,an optimized deep learning(DL)approach using a Regularized Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory(RBiLSTM)model is proposed to mitigate overfitting and improve generalization error.The model integrates dropout,L2-regularization,and early stopping to enhance predictive accuracy while preventing over-reliance on specific patterns.Moreover,this study investigates the effect of optimization techniques on boosting the training efficiency of the developed model.Experimental results on a recent public customer churn dataset demonstrate that the trained model outperforms the traditional ML models and some other DL models,such as Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM)and Deep Neural Network(DNN),in churn prediction performance and stability.The proposed approach achieves 96.1%accuracy,compared with LSTM and DNN,which attain 94.5%and 94.1%accuracy,respectively.These results confirm that the proposed approach can be used as a valuable tool for businesses to identify at-risk consumers proactively and implement targeted retention strategies.展开更多
Yunnan is the region in China with the greatest ethnic diversity,the richest aromatic plant resources,and the most intact preservation of traditional ecological wisdom.It has nurtured a pluralistic yet integrated syst...Yunnan is the region in China with the greatest ethnic diversity,the richest aromatic plant resources,and the most intact preservation of traditional ecological wisdom.It has nurtured a pluralistic yet integrated system of aromatic therapy and incense culture among ethnic groups such as the Dai,Naxi,Bai,Yi,and Pumi.Based on local flora and traditional medical knowledge,these ethnic groups have fused aromatic therapy practices,ritual beliefs,daily customs,and ecological ethics,forming a cultural paradigm characterized by the“homology of medicine and incense,the symbiosis of incense and custom,and the shared fragrance connecting humans and deities”.Employing theoretical frameworks from ethnobotany,cultural anthropology,and traditional ethnic medicine,this paper proposes for the first time an“Ecology-Culture-Health”tripartite symbiotic analytical model.It systematically examines the aromatic therapy techniques,application mechanisms,aromatic plant resources,and folkloric contexts of representative ethnic groups in Yunnan.The study elucidates the multiple functions of incense culture in disease prevention and treatment,spiritual beliefs,social order,and ecological conservation.It analyzes the crises of inheritance faced in the process of modernization and innovatively proposes a trinity development pathway of“scientific preservation,living inheritance,and industrial transformation”.The research indicates that the ethnic minority aromatic therapy system in Yunnan is a living heritage deeply integrating traditional wellness wisdom with regional culture.This study not only enriches the pedigree of Chinese incense culture but also provides novel theoretical perspectives and practical approaches for the modernization of traditional medicine and the development of the ecological wellness industry.展开更多

Frontline employees often experience customer incivility,which may increase their intention to leave service organizations.Drawing on conservation of resources theory,this study examines how customer incivility affect...Frontline employees often experience customer incivility,which may increase their intention to leave service organizations.Drawing on conservation of resources theory,this study examines how customer incivility affects turnover intention through perceived overqualification and career commitment,and whether coworker support moderates these relationships.Survey data were collected from 483 hotel employees in China and analyzed using reliability tests,correlation analysis,mediation,and moderated mediation procedures.The results show that customer incivility is positively related to turnover intention.Career commitment significantly mediates this relationship,and perceived overqualification and career commitment form a significant serial mediation path.However,the single mediation effect of perceived overqualification is not significant.Coworker support weakens the positive effects of customer incivility and perceived overqualification on turnover intention and strengthens the protective effect of career commitment.展开更多

The novel fabrication of multiple components and unique heterostructure can inject infinite vitality into the electromagnetic wave(EMW)attenuation field.Herein,through the self-assembly of polyimide com-plexes and cat...The novel fabrication of multiple components and unique heterostructure can inject infinite vitality into the electromagnetic wave(EMW)attenuation field.Herein,through the self-assembly of polyimide com-plexes and catalytic chemical vapor deposition,porous carbon microflowers were synthesized accompa-nied by carbon nanotubes(CNTs).By regulating the metal ions,the composition and structure of the as-obtained hybrids are modified correspondingly,and thus the adjustable thermal management and EMW absorption capabilities are obtained.In detail,the rich pores and huge specific surface area endow the hierarchical structures with distinguished thermal insulation ability(λ<0.07).The carbon framework and CNTs are beneficial for consuming EMWs via conductive loss and defect polarization loss while reduc-ing the filling ratio and thickness.The doped heteroatoms and abundant heterointerfaces generate ample dipole polarization and interface polarization losses(supported by DFT calculation).The metal nanopar-ticles uniformly embedded in the carbon framework offer optimized impedance matching,proper de-fect polarization,and suitable magnetic loss.Accordingly,the synergy of magnetic-dielectric balance and flower-like superstructure enables FNCFN2 and NNCFN2 to accomplish remarkable microwave absorbing capacity with thin thickness(14 wt.%).Therefore,respectable specific reflection loss and specific effec-tive absorption bandwidth are acquired(215.39 dB mm-1 and 22.10 GHz mm-1,257.23 dB mm-1 and 22.12 GHz mm-1 respectively),superior to those of certain renowned carbon-based absorbers.The simu-lation results of electric field intensity distributions,power loss density,and radar cross section reduction(maximum value of 36.02 dBm2)also verify the prominent radar stealth capability.Moreover,the cus-tomizable approach can be applied to other metals to obtain fulfilling behaviors.Henceforth,this work provides profound insights into the relationship between structure and performance,and proposes an efficient path for mass-producing multifunctional and high-performance EMW absorbers with excellent thermal properties.展开更多
Cyber-Physical Networks(CPN)are comprehensive systems that integrate information and physical domains,and are widely used in various fields such as online social networking,smart grids,and the Internet of Vehicles(IoV...Cyber-Physical Networks(CPN)are comprehensive systems that integrate information and physical domains,and are widely used in various fields such as online social networking,smart grids,and the Internet of Vehicles(IoV).With the increasing popularity of digital photography and Internet technology,more and more users are sharing images on CPN.However,many images are shared without any privacy processing,exposing hidden privacy risks and making sensitive content easily accessible to Artificial Intelligence(AI)algorithms.Existing image sharing methods lack fine-grained image sharing policies and cannot protect user privacy.To address this issue,we propose a social relationship-driven privacy customization protection model for publishers and co-photographers.We construct a heterogeneous social information network centered on social relationships,introduce a user intimacy evaluation method with time decay,and evaluate privacy levels considering user interest similarity.To protect user privacy while maintaining image appreciation,we design a lightweight face-swapping algorithm based on Generative Adversarial Network(GAN)to swap faces that need to be protected.Our proposed method minimizes the loss of image utility while satisfying privacy requirements,as shown by extensive theoretical and simulation analyses.展开更多
Custom 465(C465)is a martensitic stainless steel known for its high strength,toughness,and corrosion resistance,widely used in aerospace,automotive,and medical industries.However,limited work has been conducted on its...Custom 465(C465)is a martensitic stainless steel known for its high strength,toughness,and corrosion resistance,widely used in aerospace,automotive,and medical industries.However,limited work has been conducted on its additive manufacturing(AM)and no dedicated heat treatments have been developed for additively manufactured C465 to optimize its strength-ductility trade-off.In this work,the C465 was fabricated via laser powder bed fusion.The effect of hot isostatic pressing,solid solution,cryogenic treatment(−78.5℃),and aging on the composition homogenization,austenite-to-martensite transition,and Ni3Ti precipitation were systemically investigated.The atom probe tomography analysis reveals that Mo atoms accumulate on Ni3Ti precipitate surfaces and inhibits the Ni3Ti growth,con-tributing to the enhanced strength of C465.The modified heat treatment for additively manufactured C465 reaches comparable tensile strength with the wrought counterpart,yielding an ultimate tensile strength of 1773 MPa,yield strength of 1686 MPa,and elongation of 6.5%.A yield strength calculation model was proposed and validated with measured strength under various heat treatments,providing valuable insight for heat treatment design towards diverse industrial applications.展开更多

Facial recognition payment(FRP),a new method of contactless payment,has attracted considerable attention over the past few years.However,the research on this topic remains nascent.This study assessed the drivers of cu...Facial recognition payment(FRP),a new method of contactless payment,has attracted considerable attention over the past few years.However,the research on this topic remains nascent.This study assessed the drivers of customers’FRP continuance intention from the perspectives of coolness and inspiration.We use online survey data from 610 Chinese FRP customers as the basis for our conceptual model.The results show that the coolness factors of subculture,attractiveness,utility,and originality have positive and significant effects on customers’inspired-by states and that subculture and utility also promote inspired-to.Inspired-by is positively associated with inspiredto,which in turn enhances customers’FRP continuance intention.Furthermore,the relationship between inspired-to and FRP continuance intention is negatively moderated by financial risk.In addition to contributing to the literature on FRP,coolness,and customer inspiration,this study offers several suggestions for implementing and developing FRP systems.展开更多

摘要Yunnan is the region in China with the greatest ethnic diversity,the richest aromatic plant resources,and the most intact preservation of traditional ecological wisdom.It has nurtured a pluralistic yet integrated system of aromatic therapy and incense culture among ethnic groups such as the Dai,Naxi,Bai,Yi,and Pumi.Based on local flora and traditional medical knowledge,these ethnic groups have fused aromatic therapy practices,ritual beliefs,daily customs,and ecological ethics,forming a cultural paradigm characterized by the“homology of medicine and incense,the symbiosis of incense and custom,and the shared fragrance connecting humans and deities”.Employing theoretical frameworks from ethnobotany,cultural anthropology,and traditional ethnic medicine,this paper proposes for the first time an“Ecology-Culture-Health”tripartite symbiotic analytical model.It systematically examines the aromatic therapy techniques,application mechanisms,aromatic plant resources,and folkloric contexts of representative ethnic groups in Yunnan.The study elucidates the multiple functions of incense culture in disease prevention and treatment,spiritual beliefs,social order,and ecological conservation.It analyzes the crises of inheritance faced in the process of modernization and innovatively proposes a trinity development pathway of“scientific preservation,living inheritance,and industrial transformation”.The research indicates that the ethnic minority aromatic therapy system in Yunnan is a living heritage deeply integrating traditional wellness wisdom with regional culture.This study not only enriches the pedigree of Chinese incense culture but also provides novel theoretical perspectives and practical approaches for the modernization of traditional medicine and the development of the ecological wellness industry.

摘要This study focuses on the "Yuyue Brewing" brand and employs grounded theory in conjunction with NVivo 11 software analysis to identify the key factors and dimensions influencing the cultivation of customer mindset, thereby constructing a theoretical model. The findings suggest that the three fundamental components of an entrepreneur s personal mindset—energy, ability, and wisdom—collectively constitute the foundation of entrepreneurial leadership. Establishing a clear brand positioning and developing its core values accordingly are essential aspects of the brand mindset. Furthermore, articulating the customer mindset involves comprehending the emotions and perspectives of target customers within specific contexts. The success of a brand depends not only on the product itself but also on the synergistic interaction among the entrepreneur s personal mindset, the brand mindset, and the customer mindset.
摘要For ordinary tourists, simpler entry and exit procedures and a broader range of duty-free goods in Hainan create a better travel and shopping experience.For China’s earnest endeavor to deepen reform and opening-up, implementation of the special customs operations policy in Hainan represents a significant step forward. For businesses in Malaysia and other ASEAN member states, especially export-oriented small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), Hainan serves as a“transit hub” for accessing the Chinese market and even other Asian markets.

摘要At 11:00 p.m. on January 13, 2026, floodlights illuminated the launch pad at the Hainan Commercial Space Launch Site in Wenchang,south China’s Hainan Province. A Long March-8A (CZ-8A) carrier rocket lifted off with a steady roar, its exhaust lighting up the night sky as it delivered a satellite into its designated orbit.The development of China’s first commercial space launch site has been striking. Since its inaugural launch in2024, it has completed 11 missions in less than 14 months—each a success.
摘要In the context of deepening digital economy development and intensifying global technological competition,the collaborative application of single-agent and multi-agent systems(MAS)is becoming a core driving force for high-tech enterprises to reconstruct their innovation(Innovation),creation(Creation),and value creation(Value Creation)capabilities(referred to as the“three-creation”capabilities).This paper focuses on the perspective of customer value creation,systematically exploring how the collaboration between single agents and multi-agents drives strategic management transformation,business process reengineering,and organizational capability upgrading in high-tech enterprises.Through case studies of Microsoft and China Mobile,literature reviews,and survey research methods,the paper analyzes the current status and challenges of domestic and international tech enterprises,interprets key theoretical models,and reveals the core mechanisms of agent collaboration in enhancing organizational efficiency and effectiveness through in-depth analysis of typical cases such as Microsoft,Huawei,and China Mobile.The study proposes key pathways for the evolution from single-agent to multi-agent applications,covering four dimensions:technical architecture,human-machine collaboration,organizational mechanisms,and data governance,and provides targeted policy recommendations for China’s tech enterprises to achieve digital and intelligent transformation through multi-agent systems.The research indicates that building an efficient single-multi-agent collaboration system is a strategic choice for high-tech enterprises to cope with complex environments and achieve sustainable competitive advantages.
摘要Frontline employees often experience customer incivility,which may increase their intention to leave service organizations.Drawing on conservation of resources theory,this study examines how customer incivility affects turnover intention through perceived overqualification and career commitment,and whether coworker support moderates these relationships.Survey data were collected from 483 hotel employees in China and analyzed using reliability tests,correlation analysis,mediation,and moderated mediation procedures.The results show that customer incivility is positively related to turnover intention.Career commitment significantly mediates this relationship,and perceived overqualification and career commitment form a significant serial mediation path.However,the single mediation effect of perceived overqualification is not significant.Coworker support weakens the positive effects of customer incivility and perceived overqualification on turnover intention and strengthens the protective effect of career commitment.

摘要The novel fabrication of multiple components and unique heterostructure can inject infinite vitality into the electromagnetic wave(EMW)attenuation field.Herein,through the self-assembly of polyimide com-plexes and catalytic chemical vapor deposition,porous carbon microflowers were synthesized accompa-nied by carbon nanotubes(CNTs).By regulating the metal ions,the composition and structure of the as-obtained hybrids are modified correspondingly,and thus the adjustable thermal management and EMW absorption capabilities are obtained.In detail,the rich pores and huge specific surface area endow the hierarchical structures with distinguished thermal insulation ability(λ<0.07).The carbon framework and CNTs are beneficial for consuming EMWs via conductive loss and defect polarization loss while reduc-ing the filling ratio and thickness.The doped heteroatoms and abundant heterointerfaces generate ample dipole polarization and interface polarization losses(supported by DFT calculation).The metal nanopar-ticles uniformly embedded in the carbon framework offer optimized impedance matching,proper de-fect polarization,and suitable magnetic loss.Accordingly,the synergy of magnetic-dielectric balance and flower-like superstructure enables FNCFN2 and NNCFN2 to accomplish remarkable microwave absorbing capacity with thin thickness(14 wt.%).Therefore,respectable specific reflection loss and specific effec-tive absorption bandwidth are acquired(215.39 dB mm-1 and 22.10 GHz mm-1,257.23 dB mm-1 and 22.12 GHz mm-1 respectively),superior to those of certain renowned carbon-based absorbers.The simu-lation results of electric field intensity distributions,power loss density,and radar cross section reduction(maximum value of 36.02 dBm2)also verify the prominent radar stealth capability.Moreover,the cus-tomizable approach can be applied to other metals to obtain fulfilling behaviors.Henceforth,this work provides profound insights into the relationship between structure and performance,and proposes an efficient path for mass-producing multifunctional and high-performance EMW absorbers with excellent thermal properties.

摘要Cyber-Physical Networks(CPN)are comprehensive systems that integrate information and physical domains,and are widely used in various fields such as online social networking,smart grids,and the Internet of Vehicles(IoV).With the increasing popularity of digital photography and Internet technology,more and more users are sharing images on CPN.However,many images are shared without any privacy processing,exposing hidden privacy risks and making sensitive content easily accessible to Artificial Intelligence(AI)algorithms.Existing image sharing methods lack fine-grained image sharing policies and cannot protect user privacy.To address this issue,we propose a social relationship-driven privacy customization protection model for publishers and co-photographers.We construct a heterogeneous social information network centered on social relationships,introduce a user intimacy evaluation method with time decay,and evaluate privacy levels considering user interest similarity.To protect user privacy while maintaining image appreciation,we design a lightweight face-swapping algorithm based on Generative Adversarial Network(GAN)to swap faces that need to be protected.Our proposed method minimizes the loss of image utility while satisfying privacy requirements,as shown by extensive theoretical and simulation analyses.

摘要Custom 465(C465)is a martensitic stainless steel known for its high strength,toughness,and corrosion resistance,widely used in aerospace,automotive,and medical industries.However,limited work has been conducted on its additive manufacturing(AM)and no dedicated heat treatments have been developed for additively manufactured C465 to optimize its strength-ductility trade-off.In this work,the C465 was fabricated via laser powder bed fusion.The effect of hot isostatic pressing,solid solution,cryogenic treatment(−78.5℃),and aging on the composition homogenization,austenite-to-martensite transition,and Ni3Ti precipitation were systemically investigated.The atom probe tomography analysis reveals that Mo atoms accumulate on Ni3Ti precipitate surfaces and inhibits the Ni3Ti growth,con-tributing to the enhanced strength of C465.The modified heat treatment for additively manufactured C465 reaches comparable tensile strength with the wrought counterpart,yielding an ultimate tensile strength of 1773 MPa,yield strength of 1686 MPa,and elongation of 6.5%.A yield strength calculation model was proposed and validated with measured strength under various heat treatments,providing valuable insight for heat treatment design towards diverse industrial applications.

摘要Facial recognition payment(FRP),a new method of contactless payment,has attracted considerable attention over the past few years.However,the research on this topic remains nascent.This study assessed the drivers of customers’FRP continuance intention from the perspectives of coolness and inspiration.We use online survey data from 610 Chinese FRP customers as the basis for our conceptual model.The results show that the coolness factors of subculture,attractiveness,utility,and originality have positive and significant effects on customers’inspired-by states and that subculture and utility also promote inspired-to.Inspired-by is positively associated with inspiredto,which in turn enhances customers’FRP continuance intention.Furthermore,the relationship between inspired-to and FRP continuance intention is negatively moderated by financial risk.In addition to contributing to the literature on FRP,coolness,and customer inspiration,this study offers several suggestions for implementing and developing FRP systems.
