Underground pipeline networks constitute a major component of urban infrastructure,and thus,it is imperative to have an efficient mechanism to manage them.This study introduces a secondary development system to effici...Underground pipeline networks constitute a major component of urban infrastructure,and thus,it is imperative to have an efficient mechanism to manage them.This study introduces a secondary development system to efficiently model underground pipeline networks,using the building information modeling(BIM)-based software Revit.The system comprises separate pipe point and tubulation models.Using a Revit application programming interface(API),the spatial position and attribute data of the pipe points are extracted from a pipeline database,and the corresponding tubulation data are extracted from a tubulation database.Using the Family class in Revit API,the cluster in the self-built library of pipe point is inserted into the spatial location and the attribute data is added;in the same way,all pipeline instances in the pipeline system are created.The extension and localization of the model accelerated the modeling speed.The system was then used in a real construction project.The expansion of the model database and rapid modeling made the application of BIM technology in three-dimensional visualization of underground pipeline networks more convenient.Furthermore,it has applications in pipeline engineering construction and management.展开更多

It is essential to study it by the component analysis method from the view of system science. The urban developmental sustainability is one of focuses that people has paid more attention to, however, little common understanding how to measure and evaluate the sustainability has been gotten. In this paper, a framework is designed to evaluate the developmental sustainability of Suihua City, Heilongiiang Province in China from the aspects of economy, society, population, resources and environment. We adopt the Principal Components Analysis (PCA) to decrease dimensions and simplify the original indexes into 12 indexes. Also, the hierarchy and comprehensive multiple-criterion evaluative methods are employed to assess the sustainable development system in Suihua City. Then, the weights of indexes are attained by Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Furthermore, urban comprehensive development level, developmental sustainability, coordinate degree are calculated and analyzed. By analyzing, we know the fluctuation of development level of subsystem, especially resources and environment subsystem, is acute. The comprehensive development level of sustainable development system in Suihua has been on the rise since 1999. That results from the effect of traditional economic development mode with high energy-consumed being decreased in the city after 1999. Using the coupled coordination degree model,DEA coupled coordination efficiency model,and spatial autocorrelation model,this study explored the dynamic coupled coordination relationship and spatial correlation between...Using the coupled coordination degree model,DEA coupled coordination efficiency model,and spatial autocorrelation model,this study explored the dynamic coupled coordination relationship and spatial correlation between the ice-snow tourism network attention and tourism industry development in 31 Chinese provinces and proposed suggestions pertaining to development.Our findings showed that(1)most provinces have not yet achieved excellent coordinated development between the two systems,and the coupled coordination efficiency is low.Each province's coupled coordination degree and coordination efficiency exhibited a small increase.(2)Spatial differences in the coupled coordination level and coordination efficiency of the two systems in each province were more evident.In seven provinces,including Heilongjiang,tourism industry development demonstrated a relatively high utilization rate and enhanced ice-snow tourism network attention.(3)The rankings of the coupled coordination degree and coordination efficiency of the two systems in each province remained relatively stable at the upper and lower ends,with large changes in the central provinces.The coupled coordination efficiency of Heilongjiang,Beijing,Jilin,and Shanghai remained at the top of the list steadily,whereas Xizang,Anhui,and Qinghai stayed at the bottom.In contrast,the ranking of the coupled coordination efficiency of Inner Mongolia,Henan,and Jiangsu displayed a great change.(4)The spatial correlation analysis revealed a positive correlation that decreased annually.Some provinces exhibited characteristics of spatial aggregation,with a high-high aggregation effect in Liaoning and Jilin,a low-low aggregation effect in Gansu and Qinghai,and no spatial aggregation effect in most other provinces.展开更多

Moderate land use is the key factor to ensure the coordinative and sustainable development between land use and PRED system. Based on the internal relationship between land use and PRED system, a PRED evaluation index system and a Press-Status-Response (PSR) model were established in this study. According to the expounding on the mechanism of the PSR model, we investigated the coordinative development between the changes of regional land use and PRED system taking Jiangsu Province as an example. The results showed that the orders of the Synthetic Index of Land Use (SILU) and the Variation of PRED Index (VPI) in Jiangsu are both the southern Jiangsu>the central Jiangsu>the northern Jiangsu. A cubic curve model was used to fit the relationship between the VPI and SILU. The inflection point of VPI was situated in 5.0 of SILU. When SILU was below 5.0, VPI increased with SILU, which will be helpful to the coordinative development between land use and PRED system. Based on those results, it is suggested that the land use degree of the southern Jiangsu, especially that of Nanjing City, should be moderately controlled at present, while land resources of the central Jiangsu and the northern Jiangsu should be further exploited.展开更多

Group A rotaviruses(RVs)continue to be one of the most important pathogens causing severe acute gastroenteritis in infants and young animals worldwide.Recently,the prevalence of porcine RV(PoRV)from pig farms has stri...Group A rotaviruses(RVs)continue to be one of the most important pathogens causing severe acute gastroenteritis in infants and young animals worldwide.Recently,the prevalence of porcine RV(PoRV)from pig farms has strikingly increased,adversely affecting the swine industry,particularly with the G9 genotype of PoRV VP7 emerging as the predominant genotype spreading in China.Current vaccines against PoRV fail to provide sufficient protective immunity,necessitating urgent development of effective vaccines and antiviral drugs against PoRV.Here,we successfully established and improved the entirely plasmid-based reverse genetics(RG)system to rescue a G9 genotype of recombinant PoRV AHFY2022 strain(G9P[23]).Using the improved RG system,we rescued recombinant AHFY2022 harboring the fluorescent UnaG protein or nano-luciferase(NLuc)reporter within gene segment 7 that encodes non-structural protein 3(NSP3).Furthermore,we adopted the UnaG reporter virus to screen anti-PoRV drugs and identified two promising antiviral drugs,C8 and C9.Moreover,we generated the recombinant PoRV(rAHFY2022-G5-VP7)containing G5 genotype of VP7 from PoRV-positive samples in the backbone of AHFY2022 strain.The reassortant strain exhibited efficient replication and genetic stability.Mouse models were utilized to evaluate the immune responses elicited by rAHFY2022-G5-VP7 strain in vivo,revealing similar neutralizing antibodies and cellular immune response compared to the parental AHFY2022 strain in mice.Together,this study provides an important tool for screening potential anti-PoRV drugs and developing novel vaccines against prevalent PoRV strains.展开更多
Background:Cardiorespiratory fitness(CRF)is a powerful predictor of mortality and chronic disease risk,yet global patterns and determinants of CRF remain poorly defined,particularly in females and underrepresented pop...Background:Cardiorespiratory fitness(CRF)is a powerful predictor of mortality and chronic disease risk,yet global patterns and determinants of CRF remain poorly defined,particularly in females and underrepresented populations.We conducted a systematic review and quantitative synthesis of directly measured peak oxygen uptake(VO2peak)internationally and examined its association with human development and gender ine quality.Methods:Studies were eligible if VO2peakwas assessed via direct gas analysis during maximal exercise testing,and if the countries had scores for the Human Development Index(HDI)and Gender Inequality Index(GII).Studies were identified through MEDLINE/PubMed,Embase,CINAHL,and Web of Science.Risks of bias were assessed by an adaptation of the Newcastle-Ottawa Scale.Multivariable linear regression models examined associations between VO2peak,age,sex,exercise modality,HDI,GII,and study year.Results:Data included 95 studies from 24 countries with HDI and GII scores,comprising 119,435 adults(42%females)with VO2peakassessed via direct gas analysis during maximal exercise testing.The risk of bias was low.VO2peakwas positively associated with HDI(β=14.1)and negatively associated with GII(β=-3.6).Slightly stronger associations were observed in females than males(HDI:β=18.9 vs.β=13.9,GII:β=-4.6vs.β=-3.6).Young females in middle-HDI countries had higher VO2peakthan those in low-HDI countries(31.2mL/kg/min vs.28.5 mL/kg/min),with limited additional gams in high-HDI contexts.VO2peakdecreased with higher gender inequality,with the largest disparities observed in young females between high-and low-GII countries(26.3 mL/kg/min vs.32.8 mL/kg/min).Conclusion:Global variation in CRF is tied to national levels of human development and gender equality.These findings support prioritizing structural and policy-level interventions that address social and gender disparities in physical activity access and health promotion.Studies from countries with lower HDI and information on ethnicity and socioeconomic status will bridge crucial gaps in understanding factors involved in global CRF levels.展开更多
Floodplain wetlands are invaluable ecosystems providing numerous ecological benefits,yet they face a global crisis necessitating sustainable preservation efforts.This study examines the depletion of floodplain wetland...Floodplain wetlands are invaluable ecosystems providing numerous ecological benefits,yet they face a global crisis necessitating sustainable preservation efforts.This study examines the depletion of floodplain wetlands within the Hastinapur Wildlife Sanctuary(HWLS)in Uttar Pradesh.Encroachment activities such as grazing,agriculture,and human settlements have fragmented and degraded critical wetland ecosystems.Additionally,irrigation projects,dam construction,and water diversion have disrupted natural water flow and availability.To assess wetland inundation in 2023,five classification techniques were employed:Random Forest(RF),Support Vector Machine(SVM),artificial neural network(ANN),Spectral Information Divergence(SID),and Maximum Likelihood Classifier(MLC).SVM emerged as the most precise method,as determined by kappa coefficient and index-based validation.Consequently,the SVM classifier was used to model wetland inundation areas from 1983 to 2023 and analyze spatiotemporal changes and fragmentation patterns.The findings revealed that the SVM clas-sifier accurately mapped 2023 wetland areas.The modeled time-series data demonstrated a 62.55%and 38.12%reduction in inundated wetland areas over the past 40 years in the pre-and post-monsoon periods,respectively.Fragmentation analysis indicated an 86.27%decrease in large core wetland areas in the pre-monsoon period,signifying severe habitat degradation.This rapid decline in wetlands within protected areas raises concerns about their ecological impacts.By linking wetland loss to global sustainability objectives,this study underscores the global urgency for strengthened wetland protection measures and highlights the need for integrating wetland conservation into broader sustainable development goals.Effective policies and adaptive management strategies are crucial for preserving these ecosystems and their vital services,which are essential for biodiversity,climate regulation,and human well-being.展开更多

Crassostrea ariakensis(Jinjiang oyster)is characterized by rapid growth,strong stress resistance,and large body size.It mainly occurs in estuarine areas with salinities ranging from 10 to 25,with salinity notably affe...Crassostrea ariakensis(Jinjiang oyster)is characterized by rapid growth,strong stress resistance,and large body size.It mainly occurs in estuarine areas with salinities ranging from 10 to 25,with salinity notably affecting its growth,development,and reproduction.Therefore,this study evaluated the effects of varying salinity levels(15,18,21,24,27,and 30)on these characteristics and on immune responses in C.ariakensis.The survival rate of adult oysters was considerably lower at salinity 30 than that of the other groups(P<0.05).Gonadal development was in the most advanced stage in the 18 group,whereas it was significantly delayed in the 30 group.Compared to other salinity levels,oocyte diameter was the largest and significantly smaller in these two groups(P<0.05).Similarly,larvae reared at salinity 18 or 30 exhibited the highest and lowest growth and survival rates,respectively(P<0.05).Immune indices of larvae revealed the lowest activities of superoxide dismutase,catalase,alkaline phosphatase,and levels of malondialdehyde at salinity 18.However,the activities of the three enzymes were elevated at salinity 21.Malondialdehyde content was markedly higher in the salinity 30 group than in the others(P<0.05).These findings suggest that salinity 18 is the optimal for gonadal development in adult C.ariakensis as well as for larval growth and survival,unlike 27 and 30,which are unsuitable.展开更多

Expanding economic potential and protecting the environment,while facing mounting climate and biodiversity stress,is becoming the challenge of environmental resource management.This review explores developments and on...Expanding economic potential and protecting the environment,while facing mounting climate and biodiversity stress,is becoming the challenge of environmental resource management.This review explores developments and ongoing obstacles in six areas of resource of the Sustainable Development Goal(SDG)that include water;land,soils,and food systems;forests and terrestrial carbon biodiversity governance;oceans,coasts,and fisheries;biodiversity connectivity;and extractives and energy-transition supply chains.Most of the interventions continue to ignore ecological thresholds,accruing effects,and cross-system feedbacks,whereas monitoring systems focus on measures of activity rather than confirmed results.Conversely,sustained improvement is most frequently associated with integrated governance,which incorporates open measurement,implementation,rights-based participation,and fair distribution of benefits.Local conservation is often overwhelmed by market forces of demand and structural forces,including subsidies,supply chains,and investment in infrastructure,which fail to stop leakage or war,unless accountability mechanisms are in place.Climate change also aggravates set baselines and puts forward the importance of adaptive regulation,spatial planning,and diversified portfolios,which combine engineered reliability with ecosystem resilience.The review brings out current SDG priorities,which include outcome-based indicators,causal evaluation,governance structures that enhance legitimacy,and transition planning that harmonizes the mineral sourcing,renewable deployment,biodiversity,and water limits.Combined,these observations indicate that striking the balance between ecology and economy is possible when ecological boundaries are under consideration as binding constraints and equity is perceived as a source of sustainability.展开更多

By analyzing, we know the fluctuation of development level of subsystem, especially resources and environment subsystem, is acute. The comprehensive development level of sustainable development system in Suihua has been on the rise since 1999. That results from the effect of traditional economic development mode with high energy-consumed being decreased in the city after 1999. At the same time, it is obvious that there was an instability of development level in Suihua City during 1990-2002, the status'trend was more harmonious in 1999-2002. with a turn in 1998, and the development could be sustainable,

摘要Using the coupled coordination degree model,DEA coupled coordination efficiency model,and spatial autocorrelation model,this study explored the dynamic coupled coordination relationship and spatial correlation between the ice-snow tourism network attention and tourism industry development in 31 Chinese provinces and proposed suggestions pertaining to development.Our findings showed that(1)most provinces have not yet achieved excellent coordinated development between the two systems,and the coupled coordination efficiency is low.Each province's coupled coordination degree and coordination efficiency exhibited a small increase.(2)Spatial differences in the coupled coordination level and coordination efficiency of the two systems in each province were more evident.In seven provinces,including Heilongjiang,tourism industry development demonstrated a relatively high utilization rate and enhanced ice-snow tourism network attention.(3)The rankings of the coupled coordination degree and coordination efficiency of the two systems in each province remained relatively stable at the upper and lower ends,with large changes in the central provinces.The coupled coordination efficiency of Heilongjiang,Beijing,Jilin,and Shanghai remained at the top of the list steadily,whereas Xizang,Anhui,and Qinghai stayed at the bottom.In contrast,the ranking of the coupled coordination efficiency of Inner Mongolia,Henan,and Jiangsu displayed a great change.(4)The spatial correlation analysis revealed a positive correlation that decreased annually.Some provinces exhibited characteristics of spatial aggregation,with a high-high aggregation effect in Liaoning and Jilin,a low-low aggregation effect in Gansu and Qinghai,and no spatial aggregation effect in most other provinces.

摘要Land use change has significant influence on the operation of the PopulationResources-Environment-De-velopment (PRED) System. Moderate land use is the key factor to ensure the coordinative and sustainable development between land use and PRED system. Based on the internal relationship between land use and PRED system, a PRED evaluation index system and a Press-Status-Response (PSR) model were established in this study. According to the expounding on the mechanism of the PSR model, we investigated the coordinative development between the changes of regional land use and PRED system taking Jiangsu Province as an example. The results showed that the orders of the Synthetic Index of Land Use (SILU) and the Variation of PRED Index (VPI) in Jiangsu are both the southern Jiangsu>the central Jiangsu>the northern Jiangsu. A cubic curve model was used to fit the relationship between the VPI and SILU. The inflection point of VPI was situated in 5.0 of SILU. When SILU was below 5.0, VPI increased with SILU, which will be helpful to the coordinative development between land use and PRED system. Based on those results, it is suggested that the land use degree of the southern Jiangsu, especially that of Nanjing City, should be moderately controlled at present, while land resources of the central Jiangsu and the northern Jiangsu should be further exploited.
摘要The United Nations Sustainable Development Goal(SDG) 2 aims to achieve Zero Hunger by 2030.However,global hunger and food insecurity have continued to rise at an alarming rate(UN 2023).Subtropical regions are home to more than 30% of the world's population,predominantly in developing countries where per capita farmland and food supply are only 40% of those in developed nations(FAO 2018).Meeting the Zero Hunger target amid ongoing population growth in these regions requires a substantial increase in agricultural production while minimizing soil degradation and adverse ecological impacts.This challenge is shared by many countries across South Asia,Africa,and Central and South America.

摘要The advancement of marine fishery constitutes a vital element in the endeavor to build a maritime power and safeguard food security.In light of the strategic requirements of the national marine fishery and marine ranching,In this article,three pivotal aspects are focused on:marine fishery environmental monitoring systems,core monitoring equipment,and key monitoring techniques.A feasibility assessment of the integrated implementation was conducted,probing into the interplay between the development of the marine economy and the marine fishery environment.Notably,the significance of establishing a sound marine fishery environmental monitoring system was underscored.Through in-depth analysis and systematic collation,a comprehensive understanding of the status of demands,industrial policies,technical capabilities,and future trends in the global marine fishery environmental monitoring system was analyzed.In addition,the core challenges and strategic approaches confronting the development of China's marine fishery environmental monitoring system were clarified.In the near future,by practical development requirements,an ecosystem with monitoring platforms and sensors will be gradually established.Novel organizational models will be explored with key technologies,and major scientific schemes and core tasks in this field will be put forward.In combination with relevant policies regarding fishery environmental monitoring,constructive suggestions for industrial development were provided,and future direction for its progress was outlined.

摘要Group A rotaviruses(RVs)continue to be one of the most important pathogens causing severe acute gastroenteritis in infants and young animals worldwide.Recently,the prevalence of porcine RV(PoRV)from pig farms has strikingly increased,adversely affecting the swine industry,particularly with the G9 genotype of PoRV VP7 emerging as the predominant genotype spreading in China.Current vaccines against PoRV fail to provide sufficient protective immunity,necessitating urgent development of effective vaccines and antiviral drugs against PoRV.Here,we successfully established and improved the entirely plasmid-based reverse genetics(RG)system to rescue a G9 genotype of recombinant PoRV AHFY2022 strain(G9P[23]).Using the improved RG system,we rescued recombinant AHFY2022 harboring the fluorescent UnaG protein or nano-luciferase(NLuc)reporter within gene segment 7 that encodes non-structural protein 3(NSP3).Furthermore,we adopted the UnaG reporter virus to screen anti-PoRV drugs and identified two promising antiviral drugs,C8 and C9.Moreover,we generated the recombinant PoRV(rAHFY2022-G5-VP7)containing G5 genotype of VP7 from PoRV-positive samples in the backbone of AHFY2022 strain.The reassortant strain exhibited efficient replication and genetic stability.Mouse models were utilized to evaluate the immune responses elicited by rAHFY2022-G5-VP7 strain in vivo,revealing similar neutralizing antibodies and cellular immune response compared to the parental AHFY2022 strain in mice.Together,this study provides an important tool for screening potential anti-PoRV drugs and developing novel vaccines against prevalent PoRV strains.

摘要Background:Cardiorespiratory fitness(CRF)is a powerful predictor of mortality and chronic disease risk,yet global patterns and determinants of CRF remain poorly defined,particularly in females and underrepresented populations.We conducted a systematic review and quantitative synthesis of directly measured peak oxygen uptake(VO2peak)internationally and examined its association with human development and gender ine quality.Methods:Studies were eligible if VO2peakwas assessed via direct gas analysis during maximal exercise testing,and if the countries had scores for the Human Development Index(HDI)and Gender Inequality Index(GII).Studies were identified through MEDLINE/PubMed,Embase,CINAHL,and Web of Science.Risks of bias were assessed by an adaptation of the Newcastle-Ottawa Scale.Multivariable linear regression models examined associations between VO2peak,age,sex,exercise modality,HDI,GII,and study year.Results:Data included 95 studies from 24 countries with HDI and GII scores,comprising 119,435 adults(42%females)with VO2peakassessed via direct gas analysis during maximal exercise testing.The risk of bias was low.VO2peakwas positively associated with HDI(β=14.1)and negatively associated with GII(β=-3.6).Slightly stronger associations were observed in females than males(HDI:β=18.9 vs.β=13.9,GII:β=-4.6vs.β=-3.6).Young females in middle-HDI countries had higher VO2peakthan those in low-HDI countries(31.2mL/kg/min vs.28.5 mL/kg/min),with limited additional gams in high-HDI contexts.VO2peakdecreased with higher gender inequality,with the largest disparities observed in young females between high-and low-GII countries(26.3 mL/kg/min vs.32.8 mL/kg/min).Conclusion:Global variation in CRF is tied to national levels of human development and gender equality.These findings support prioritizing structural and policy-level interventions that address social and gender disparities in physical activity access and health promotion.Studies from countries with lower HDI and information on ethnicity and socioeconomic status will bridge crucial gaps in understanding factors involved in global CRF levels.

摘要Floodplain wetlands are invaluable ecosystems providing numerous ecological benefits,yet they face a global crisis necessitating sustainable preservation efforts.This study examines the depletion of floodplain wetlands within the Hastinapur Wildlife Sanctuary(HWLS)in Uttar Pradesh.Encroachment activities such as grazing,agriculture,and human settlements have fragmented and degraded critical wetland ecosystems.Additionally,irrigation projects,dam construction,and water diversion have disrupted natural water flow and availability.To assess wetland inundation in 2023,five classification techniques were employed:Random Forest(RF),Support Vector Machine(SVM),artificial neural network(ANN),Spectral Information Divergence(SID),and Maximum Likelihood Classifier(MLC).SVM emerged as the most precise method,as determined by kappa coefficient and index-based validation.Consequently,the SVM classifier was used to model wetland inundation areas from 1983 to 2023 and analyze spatiotemporal changes and fragmentation patterns.The findings revealed that the SVM clas-sifier accurately mapped 2023 wetland areas.The modeled time-series data demonstrated a 62.55%and 38.12%reduction in inundated wetland areas over the past 40 years in the pre-and post-monsoon periods,respectively.Fragmentation analysis indicated an 86.27%decrease in large core wetland areas in the pre-monsoon period,signifying severe habitat degradation.This rapid decline in wetlands within protected areas raises concerns about their ecological impacts.By linking wetland loss to global sustainability objectives,this study underscores the global urgency for strengthened wetland protection measures and highlights the need for integrating wetland conservation into broader sustainable development goals.Effective policies and adaptive management strategies are crucial for preserving these ecosystems and their vital services,which are essential for biodiversity,climate regulation,and human well-being.

摘要Crassostrea ariakensis(Jinjiang oyster)is characterized by rapid growth,strong stress resistance,and large body size.It mainly occurs in estuarine areas with salinities ranging from 10 to 25,with salinity notably affecting its growth,development,and reproduction.Therefore,this study evaluated the effects of varying salinity levels(15,18,21,24,27,and 30)on these characteristics and on immune responses in C.ariakensis.The survival rate of adult oysters was considerably lower at salinity 30 than that of the other groups(P<0.05).Gonadal development was in the most advanced stage in the 18 group,whereas it was significantly delayed in the 30 group.Compared to other salinity levels,oocyte diameter was the largest and significantly smaller in these two groups(P<0.05).Similarly,larvae reared at salinity 18 or 30 exhibited the highest and lowest growth and survival rates,respectively(P<0.05).Immune indices of larvae revealed the lowest activities of superoxide dismutase,catalase,alkaline phosphatase,and levels of malondialdehyde at salinity 18.However,the activities of the three enzymes were elevated at salinity 21.Malondialdehyde content was markedly higher in the salinity 30 group than in the others(P<0.05).These findings suggest that salinity 18 is the optimal for gonadal development in adult C.ariakensis as well as for larval growth and survival,unlike 27 and 30,which are unsuitable.

摘要Expanding economic potential and protecting the environment,while facing mounting climate and biodiversity stress,is becoming the challenge of environmental resource management.This review explores developments and ongoing obstacles in six areas of resource of the Sustainable Development Goal(SDG)that include water;land,soils,and food systems;forests and terrestrial carbon biodiversity governance;oceans,coasts,and fisheries;biodiversity connectivity;and extractives and energy-transition supply chains.Most of the interventions continue to ignore ecological thresholds,accruing effects,and cross-system feedbacks,whereas monitoring systems focus on measures of activity rather than confirmed results.Conversely,sustained improvement is most frequently associated with integrated governance,which incorporates open measurement,implementation,rights-based participation,and fair distribution of benefits.Local conservation is often overwhelmed by market forces of demand and structural forces,including subsidies,supply chains,and investment in infrastructure,which fail to stop leakage or war,unless accountability mechanisms are in place.Climate change also aggravates set baselines and puts forward the importance of adaptive regulation,spatial planning,and diversified portfolios,which combine engineered reliability with ecosystem resilience.The review brings out current SDG priorities,which include outcome-based indicators,causal evaluation,governance structures that enhance legitimacy,and transition planning that harmonizes the mineral sourcing,renewable deployment,biodiversity,and water limits.Combined,these observations indicate that striking the balance between ecology and economy is possible when ecological boundaries are under consideration as binding constraints and equity is perceived as a source of sustainability.

摘要Objective:Taking the reform of the Diagnosis-Related Groups(DRG)payment system for medical insurance as an opportunity,we aim to construct a closed-loop management system for lean hospital operations under the trusteeship of urban medical groups,thereby promoting high-quality hospital development.Methods:Led by the Medical Insurance DRG Management Committee,we established a closed-loop MDT-DRG management system,data analysis system,pharmaceutical and consumable management system,discipline construction management system,and standardized medical record front page filling management system.These measures enabled refined operational management,fostering high-quality hospital development.Results:After the trusteeship of Qingdao Municipal Hospital from 2024 to 2025,leveraging the reform of the medical insurance DRG payment system,combined with the integration of medical disciplines and improved performance management,lean operational management effectively achieved six improvements(15.25%year-on-year increase in outpatient and emergency visits,7.62%increase in discharges,50.08%increase in surgeries,71.89%increase in Level IV surgeries,10.76%increase in Case Mix Index,and 45.99%increase in cases with weights>2),two reductions(41.18%decrease in average inpatient drug costs and 28.69%decrease in average outpatient drug costs),and one innovation(78.92%year-on-year increase in Level IV surgeries for national examinations).Conclusion:This effectively promoted the overall operational efficiency and competitiveness of the hospital,laying a solid foundation for the establishment of a tertiary hospital and achieving the goal of satisfaction for the government,hospital,medical insurance,and patients.

摘要In the context of Sino-foreign cooperative education programs,college students’career development exhibits cross-cultural characteristics,multiple pathways,and high uncertainty.The traditional guidance model,focused primarily on employment services at graduation stages,can no longer meet the comprehensive educational needs throughout the entire learning process.This study investigates the construction,implementation,and optimization of a phased progressive career development guidance system.Centered on the four-year undergraduate growth trajectory,it establishes a step-by-step guidance framework encompassing“career awareness awakening,pathway diversification,competency accumulation,and decision implementation.”Leveraging career development profiling and artificial intelligence technologies,the system utilizes concentrated practical training in senior years as a critical implementation domain to achieve job matching,risk prediction,and decision support.The study suggests that this system enhances the continuity,precision,and effectiveness of career guidance,facilitating the transition of career development support for international students from end-stage services to holistic educational cultivation throughout their academic journey.
