In this paper, we propose two hybrid inertial CQ projection algorithms with linesearch process for the split feasibility problem. Based on the hybrid CQ projection algorithm, we firstly add the inertial term into the iteration to accelerate the convergence of the algorithm, and adopt flexible rules for selecting the stepsize and the shrinking projection region, which makes an optimal stepsize available at each iteration. The shrinking projection region is the intersection of three sets, which are the set C and two hyperplanes. Furthermore, we modify the Armijo-type line-search step in the presented algorithm to get a new algorithm.The algorithms are shown to be convergent under certain mild assumptions. Besides, numerical examples are given to show that the proposed algorithms have better performance than the general CQ algorithm. 展开更多

Cloud detection and classification form a basis in weather analysis. Split window algorithm (SWA) is one of the simple and matured algorithms used to detect and classify water and ice clouds in the atmosphere using satellite data. The recent availability of Himawari-8 data has considerably strengthened the possibility of better cloud classification owing to its enhanced multi-band configuration as well as high temporal resolution. In SWA, cloud classification is attained by considering the spatial distributions of the brightness temperature (BT) and brightness temperature difference (BTD) of thermal infrared bands. In this study, we compare unsupervised classification results of SWA using the band pair of band 13 and 15 (SWA13-15, 10 and 12 μm bands), versus that of band 15 and 16 (SWA15-16, 12 and 13 μm bands) over the Japan area. Different threshold values of BT and BTD are chosen in winter and summer seasons to categorize cloud regions into nine different types. The accuracy of classification is verified by using the cloud-top height information derived from the data of Cloud-Aerosol Lidar and Infrared Pathfinder Satellite Observations (CALIPSO). For this purpose, six different paths of the space-borne lidar are selected in both summer and winter seasons, on the condition that the time span of overpass falls within the time ranges between 01:00 and 05:00 UTC, which corresponds to the local time around noon. The result of verification indicates that the classification based on SWA13-15 can detect more cloud types as compared with that based on SWA15-16 in both summer and winter seasons, though the latter combination is useful for delineating cumulonimbus underneath dense cirrus 展开更多

The increased concern over global climate change and lack of long-term sustainability of fossil fuels in the projected future has prompted further research into advanced alternative fuel vehicles to reduce vehicle emissions and fuel consumption. One of the primary advanced vehicle research areas involves electrification and hybridization of vehicles. As hybrid-electric vehicle technology has advanced, so has the need for more innovative control schemes for hybrid vehicles, including the development and optimization of hybrid powertrain transmission shift schedules. The hybrid shift schedule works in tandem with a cost function-based torque split algorithm that dynamically determines the optimal torque command for the electric motor and engine. The focus of this work is to develop and analyze the benefits and limitations of two different shift schedules for a position-3 (P3) parallel hybrid-electric vehicle. a traditional two-parameter shift schedule that operates as a function of vehicle accelerator position and vehicle speed (state of charge (SOC) independent shift schedule), and a three-parameter shift schedule that also adapts to fluctuations in the state of charge of the high voltage batteries (SOC dependent shift schedule). The shift schedules were generated using an exhaustive search coupled with a fitness function to evaluate all possible vehicle operating points. The generated shift schedules were then tested in the software-in-the-loop (SIL) environment and the vehicle-in-the-loop (VIL) environment and compared to each other, as well as to the stock 8L45 8-speed transmission shift schedule. The results show that both generated shift schedules improved upon the stock transmission shift schedule used in the hybrid powertrain comparing component efficiency, vehicle efficiency, engine fuel economy, and vehicle fuel economy. 展开更多

Moreover, our algorithm does not need any prior information of the operator norm. Weak and strong convergence theorems are given under some mild assumptions. In this paper,we make use of the boosting method to introduce a new learning algorithm for Gaussian Mixture Models (GMMs) called adapted Boosted Mixture Learning (BML). The method possesses the ability to rectify the existing problems in other conventional techniques for estimating the GMM parameters, due in part to a new mixing-up strategy to increase the number of Gaussian components. The discriminative splitting idea is employed for Gaussian mixture densities followed by learning via the introduced method. Then, the GMM classifier was applied to distinguish between healthy infants and those that present a selected set of medical conditions. Each group includes both full-term and premature infants. Cry-pattern for each pathological condition is created by using the adapted BML method and 13-dimensional Mel-Frequency Cepstral Coefficients (MFCCs) feature vector. The test results demonstrate that the introduced method for training GMMs has a better performance than the traditional method based upon random splitting and EM-based re-estimation as a reference system in multi-pathological classification task. 展开更多

面波频散曲线拾取是面波数据处理的重要步骤之一.目前频散曲线拾取主要依靠大量的人工处理,当大量频散曲线需要拾取时非常耗时费力,难以满足现代面波勘探高效处理的需求.随着勘探需求的增加和勘探技术的进步,如何高效、准确地自动拾取... 面波频散曲线拾取是面波数据处理的重要步骤之一.目前频散曲线拾取主要依靠大量的人工处理,当大量频散曲线需要拾取时非常耗时费力,难以满足现代面波勘探高效处理的需求.随着勘探需求的增加和勘探技术的进步,如何高效、准确地自动拾取面波频散曲线成为亟待解决的问题.本文将频散曲线的拾取视为一个图像分割问题,提出采用一种区域分裂合并算法快速、准确地从频散能量图中自动拾取频散曲线.该算法利用频散能量图区域内像素点的灰度值的标准差和平均值建立区域分裂合并的一致性准则,利用一致性准则不断地对其进行分裂与合并,分割出频散能量区域,最后通过跟踪频散能量区域中不同频率的峰值,实现频散曲线自动拾取.为验证该算法的有效性,使用了含软夹层模型和速度递增模型进行全面测试.结果表明,自动拾取的频散曲线与理论频散曲线高度吻合.同时,实际面波数据测试进一步证实了区域分裂合并算法的精确性. 展开更多

传统通信频段资源短缺导致波分复用器无法实现对光谱的有效利用.针对这一挑战,利用逆向设计算法设计了一种超紧凑的三波长功率分束解复用器(three-wavelength power-splitting(de)multiplexer,3W-PSDM).该器件不仅可以同时实现功率分束... 传统通信频段资源短缺导致波分复用器无法实现对光谱的有效利用.针对这一挑战,利用逆向设计算法设计了一种超紧凑的三波长功率分束解复用器(three-wavelength power-splitting(de)multiplexer,3W-PSDM).该器件不仅可以同时实现功率分束和波分解复用的功能,而且工作带宽覆盖1310,1550和2000 nm波长.在1310,1550和2000 nm波长处,对应单通道的仿真插入损耗(insertion loss,IL)分别约为3.7,3.6和3.6 dB,仿真串扰(crosstalk,CT)分别小于–23.2,–23.4和–22.0 dB,3 dB带宽分别约为56,54和893 nm.此外,提出了工作在不同波段的光子晶体带通滤波器,与3W-PSDM对应的输出波导连接,能够进一步减小3 dB带宽.结合对应波长的带通滤波器后,在1310,1550和2000 nm波长处,3W-PSDM的仿真IL分别约为4.0,4.8和4.1 dB,仿真CT分别小于–19.6,–15.1和–26.2 dB,3 dB带宽分别约为2,6和8 nm. 展开更多

针对锂离子电池循环使用中的容量回升现象及其精准预估问题,提出了一种整合特征分析与创新变分金字塔切分注意力长短期记忆V-PSA-LSTM(variational pyramid split attention long short-term memory)网络模型的方法。该方法对锂离子电... 针对锂离子电池循环使用中的容量回升现象及其精准预估问题,提出了一种整合特征分析与创新变分金字塔切分注意力长短期记忆V-PSA-LSTM(variational pyramid split attention long short-term memory)网络模型的方法。该方法对锂离子电池进行特征分析,通过Pearson相关系数筛选出与电池健康状态SOH(state of health)密切相关的健康特征,以揭示电池容量动态恢复等关键特性。提出的创新V-PSA-LSTM网络模型方案,将周期变异激活机制融入金字塔切分注意力PSA(pyramid split attention)算法中优化长短期记忆LSTM(long short-term memory)网络,旨在强化LSTM模型对锂离子电池SOH的演化规律,特别是循环过程中容量起伏变化的精准捕获能力。经验证,V-PSA-LSTM模型在预估锂离子电池SOH时,显著减小了预估误差,均方根误差RMSE(root mean square error)和平均绝对误差MAE(mean absolute error)分别为0.0022和0.0018,展示了在解决电池容量回升问题和其精准预估问题上的优越性能。 展开更多

众包是社会车辆接受偏离自己的路线向其他人递送物品并获得少量补偿的运输模式。当企业雇佣车辆和社会众包车辆共同参与物流配送时,如何协调这两者的运输路线是企业降低运输成本的关键。本文在这一背景下,考虑客户需求被任意拆分的情况... 众包是社会车辆接受偏离自己的路线向其他人递送物品并获得少量补偿的运输模式。当企业雇佣车辆和社会众包车辆共同参与物流配送时,如何协调这两者的运输路线是企业降低运输成本的关键。本文在这一背景下,考虑客户需求被任意拆分的情况,建立了需求可拆分的协同运输路径规划模型。然后,设计关系模型辅助评价的遗传算法求解模型,算法框架包括上下两层,上层采用0-1编码的遗传算法将客户分配给不同类型的车辆,下层针对上层的分配结果采用自然数编码的遗传算法,分别解决雇佣车辆和众包车辆的路径规划子问题。为了加快下层遗传算法的求解效率,利用支持向量机模型学习解对之间的优劣关系辅助下层遗传算法搜索。最后,基于标准算例库设计测试集并进行数值实验,结果表明,所提出的算法具有较好的性能。企业可以采用协同运输模式,同时,优先使用高容量的众包车辆以降低企业运营成本。 展开更多

Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV)has emerged as a promising technology for the support of human activities,such as target tracking,disaster rescue,and surveillance.However,these tasks require a large computation load of image or video processing,which imposes enormous pressure on the UAV computation platform.To solve this issue,in this work,we propose an intelligent Task Offloading Algorithm(iTOA)for UAV edge computing network.Compared with existing methods,iTOA is able to perceive the network’s environment intelligently to decide the offloading action based on deep Monte Calor Tree Search(MCTS),the core algorithm of Alpha Go.MCTS will simulate the offloading decision trajectories to acquire the best decision by maximizing the reward,such as lowest latency or power consumption.To accelerate the search convergence of MCTS,we also proposed a splitting Deep Neural Network(sDNN)to supply the prior probability for MCTS.The sDNN is trained by a self-supervised learning manager.Here,the training data set is obtained from iTOA itself as its own teacher.Compared with game theory and greedy search-based methods,the proposed iTOA improves service latency performance by 33%and 60%,respectively. 展开更多

【目的】配电网中电动汽车充电桩多为单相负荷,大规模电动汽车随机接入使得配电网分相电压质量等问题凸显。针对电动汽车的大量无序接入问题,提出一种基于鹦鹉优化算法和分相电压质量的双层电动汽车充电引导策略,以配电网分相电压谐波... 【目的】配电网中电动汽车充电桩多为单相负荷,大规模电动汽车随机接入使得配电网分相电压质量等问题凸显。针对电动汽车的大量无序接入问题,提出一种基于鹦鹉优化算法和分相电压质量的双层电动汽车充电引导策略,以配电网分相电压谐波、分相电压偏差和三相电压不平衡建立多目标双层优化模型。【方法】模型内层采用鹦鹉优化算法计算电动汽车各相并网功率,外层构建了基于前推回代法的分相谐波潮流算法,代入内层优化的并网功率,以使电动汽车并网后配电网的分相电压质量最优。【结果】算例结果表明,所提电动汽车充电策略,可以有效改善配电网三相电压不平衡、分相电压偏差以及分相谐波电压问题,实现新能源消纳,提升配电网运行能效。 展开更多

种植业碳排放是温室气体排放的重要来源之一,对其进行准确预测与有效管理能够减缓气候变化和推动农业可持续发展。传统预测模型难以捕捉种植业碳排放系统中复杂的非线性关系,且模型鲁棒性不足,易引发过拟合。为了优化现有种植业碳排放... 种植业碳排放是温室气体排放的重要来源之一,对其进行准确预测与有效管理能够减缓气候变化和推动农业可持续发展。传统预测模型难以捕捉种植业碳排放系统中复杂的非线性关系,且模型鲁棒性不足,易引发过拟合。为了优化现有种植业碳排放预测方法,本研究以黑龙江省为例,开展种植业碳排放预测研究。首先,采用联合国政府间气候变化专门委员会(IPCC)碳排放系数法,综合考虑农地利用碳排放、稻田CH4排放和农地N2O排放,对2001—2022年黑龙江省种植业碳排放量进行系统测算。在此基础上,构建涵盖社会经济驱动、生产规模效应和技术能耗强度3个维度的长短期记忆网络(LSTM)模型,并引入改进鲸鱼优化算法(IWOA)对LSTM模型的隐藏单元数、学习率、批量大小和训练轮次4个超参数进行优化,以提升模型的预测性能。最后,利用IWOA-LSTM模型预测了基准情景和低碳情景下2023—2027年黑龙江省种植业碳排放。研究结果显示:1)黑龙江省种植业碳排放量呈“先快速增长后波动下降”的趋势,2015年达到峰值(2045.28万t)。主要的碳排放源包括稻田CH4排放、农地N2O排放以及化肥生产和施用导致的碳排放,年平均占比分别为41.42%、38.26%和11.65%。2)与未经优化的LSTM模型相比,IWOA-LSTM模型在预测准确性和稳定性方面均有显著提升,其平均绝对误差为55.82万t,均方根误差为61.74万t,平均绝对百分比误差为2.83%,分别低于LSTM模型的114.41万t、124.72万t和5.78%。3)采用IWOA-LSTM模型,对2023—2027年黑龙江省种植业基准情景和低碳情景碳排放预测的结果显示,通过控制农作物种植面积、提升化肥施用效率以及减少单位面积农机柴油消耗量,能够有效抑制黑龙江省种植业的碳排放增长。 展开更多

In the proposed iFOA,a solution is encoded as two vectors to determine the splitting of jobs and the sequence of the sub-lots simultaneously. Based on the encoding scheme,three kinds of neighborhoods are developed for generating new solutions. To well balance the exploitation and exploration,two main search procedures are designed within the evolutionary search framework of the iFOA,including the neighborhood-based search( smell-vision-based search) and the global cooperation-based search. Finally,numerical testing results are provided,and the comparisons demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed iFOA for solving the LSFSP. 展开更多

Transfer of Improvement Strategies Between DRS and ADMM:A Unified Classification Framework 认领 引用

Douglas-Rachford splitting(DRS)and the alternating direction method of multipliers(ADMM)are two fundamental first-order methods for structured convex optimization.Although derived from different viewpoints,ADMM can be interpreted as the application of DRS to the dual problem.Based on this structural equivalence,this paper studies how algorithmic improvement strategies can be transferred between the two methods.We classify transferable strategies into three categories:exact operator-level transfer,parameterdriven transfer,and heuristic transfer.Representative examples including relaxation,metric scaling,adaptive parameter updates,and residual balancing are discussed to illustrate the different levels of transferability.This perspective provides a systematic way to understand the relationship between DRS and ADMM and clarifies how algorithmic ideas developed for one method may inform the design of variants of the other,offering a unified framework that both explains existing variants and guides the design of new ones. 展开更多
