The system incorporates an automatic recognition system for different workpiece materials using the added machine fixture,visual detection system for nuts and bolts,and secondary graphical confirmation to ensure the correctness of specification calling. This system achieves reliable,fully automatic selection of welding specifications in resistance welding equipment and has shown significant effects in improving welding quality for massproduced workpieces,while solving the problem of specification calling errors that can occur with traditional methods involving process charts and code adjustments. We designed and developed a mini efficient preparatio...A new fully automatic ^40Ar/^39Ar laboratory with a Thermo Scientific ARGUS VI mass spectrometer has been established in China University of Geosciences (Wuhan). We designed and developed a mini efficient preparation system (80 mL), a CO2 laser for heating samples, a crusher for extracting fluid inclusions within K-poor minerals and an air reservoir (31 L) and pipette (0.1 mL) system. The ARGUS VI mass spectrometer is operated by the Qtegra Noble Gas software, which can control the peripheral accessories, such as pneumatic valves, CO2 laser and crusher through a PeriCon (peripheral controller). The experimental procedures of atmospheric argon ana- lyses, ^40Ar/^39Ar dating by laser stepwise heating and by progressive crushing in vacuo, can be fully automatically performed. The weighted mean of atmospheric ^40Ar/^36Ar ratios is 302.22+0.03 (1σ, MSWD=0.74, n=200), indicating that air reservoir and pipette system and the whole instrument sys- tem are very stable. This laboratory is a successful pioneer example in China to establish a new no- ble gas laboratory with self-made peripheral accessories expect for the mass spectrometer.展开更多

Methods: nine people were used for food poisoning on June 10, 2018, and 6 people were poisoned with food poisoning on December 20, 2018. The total number of bacteria, total coliform bacteria, heat-resistant coliform bacteria, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus cereus, and Salmonella were tested for suspicious food, vomit and anal swabs. Results: salmonella, Staphylococcus, Bacillus cereus were detected in five vomit collected in a village of Xuan’en county: 260,000 cfu / ml, total coliform: > 1600MPN / 100ml; sweet: 4500 cfu / g, Bacillus cereus: 4100cfu / g. Bacillus cereus was detected in a school in Xuan’en county, 410cfu / g in pumpkin soup, 77,000 cfu / g in fried bean food, Bacillus cereus 290cfu / g in rice, and the total number of colonies of 67,000 cfu / g seriously exceeded the standard. All other samples were detected in Bacillus cereus. Conclusion: these two Bacillus cereus food poisoning and container contamination of food and contained food are the main reasons. This paper discusses two urgent problems that need to be solved in fully automatic operation(FAO)for urban rail transit.The first is the analysis of safety in FAO,while another is the analysis of efficiency in FAO.Fir...This paper discusses two urgent problems that need to be solved in fully automatic operation(FAO)for urban rail transit.The first is the analysis of safety in FAO,while another is the analysis of efficiency in FAO.Firstly,this paper establishes an operational safety evaluation index system from the perspective of operation for the unique or typical risk sources of the FAO system,and uses the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to evaluate the indicators,analyzes various factors that affect the safe operation of FAO,and provides safety management recommendations for FAO lines operation to maintain the FAO system specifically.Secondly,taking the Yanfang Line as an example,this paper uses OpenTrack software to analyze the efficiency of FAO operation,and conducts simulation calculations for key links such as the mainline tracking interval,train entry and exit,and return limit interval.The fault impact surface of the FAO trains is simulated and discussed to verify whether FAO can meet the long-term operation requirements of Yanfang Line.Finally,this paper compares the simulation data of FAO on the Yanfang Line with manual operation(MO)to verify the advantages of FAO and guide the engineering construction of subsequent fully automated driving lines.展开更多
