Soybean(Glycine max L.)is a globally vital crop for oil production and food security.High-quality genomic resources are instrumental for both functional genomics and breeding.Here,we report a near-complete,high-qualit...Soybean(Glycine max L.)is a globally vital crop for oil production and food security.High-quality genomic resources are instrumental for both functional genomics and breeding.Here,we report a near-complete,high-quality genome assembly of the elite cultivar Tianlong 1(TL1),featuring fully resolved telomeres and centromeres,as well as a gap-free assembly of 14 of its 20 chromosomes.On the basis of the genome assembly,we generate an ethyl methanesulfonate(EMS)-mutagenized population comprising 2555 M7 plants.Whole-genome resequencing of 288 EMS mutants uncovers 1,163,869 high-confidence single-nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)and 542,709 insertions/deletions(InDels),achieving 91.89%coverage of predicted protein-coding genes.Phenotypic screening demonstrates robust genotype–phenotype associations,with two nonsynonymous mutants displaying pronounced defects in seed and leaf development.Collectively,the chromosome-scale TL1 genome assembly and the extensively characterized mutant population establish valuable resources for functional genomics and precision breeding in soybean and related legume species.展开更多

The research suggests that the current high-quality development of the coalbed methane industry faces challenges including a lack of original innovation in theory, insufficient synergy mechanisms within the industrial chain, and prominent overlapping mining rights issues. Efforts should be made in three aspects: theory, market, and policy. This study,taking Shaanxi Province as an example,systematically analyzed the coupling and coordination relationship between the digital economy and high-quality agricultural development from 2015 to 2024 by comprehens...This study,taking Shaanxi Province as an example,systematically analyzed the coupling and coordination relationship between the digital economy and high-quality agricultural development from 2015 to 2024 by comprehensively employing the coupling coordination model and the entropy method.The findings reveal that both the digital economy and high-quality agricultural development indices in Shaanxi Province exhibit a consistent upward trend.The level of coupling coordination has progressively transitioned from a low degree of coupling to a coordinated development stage,establishing a virtuous interactive pattern characterized by"digital enabling agriculture"and"agriculture driving innovation".The driving force behind this coupling primarily stems from the synergistic interplay of a triple mechanism involving"policy guidance,technological breakthroughs,and industrial support".However,structural imbalances persist across regions and agricultural segments,chiefly manifested as the digital divide between the Guanzhong Plain and the Northern(Shaanbei)and Southern(Shaannan)regions,alongside insufficient integration depth of digital technologies in the latter stages of the agricultural industry chain.To address these challenges,the study proposes recommendations including building a"tri-chain integrated"technological ecosystem,optimizing a differentiated policy support mechanism,and implementing regionally targeted strategies.These measures aim to foster deep integration of the digital economy with the entire agricultural value chain across diverse regions,offering pathways for western agricultural provinces to bridge the digital divide and achieve rural revitalization.展开更多

Objective To analyze the impact of high-quality nursing care on postoperative bone pain relief, complication prevention and control, rehabilitation progress, and nursing satisfaction in patients with bone tuberculosis...Objective To analyze the impact of high-quality nursing care on postoperative bone pain relief, complication prevention and control, rehabilitation progress, and nursing satisfaction in patients with bone tuberculosis. Methods A total of 60 postoperative bone tuberculosis patients admitted to Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Chest Hospital from January to December 2024 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing care, while the observation group received high-quality nursing interventions in addition to conventional care. The digital pain score (NRS), complication incidence rate, nursing satisfaction, and rehabilitation-related indicators (bed rest time and hospital stay duration) were compared between the two groups at 3 months postoperatively. Results After intervention, the NRS score in the observation group decreased to (2.14 ± 0.76), significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). The complication rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). The overall nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). In terms of rehabilitation progress, the bed rest time and hospital stay duration in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion High-quality nursing care effectively alleviates pain, reduces complication incidence, improves satisfaction, and shortens rehabilitation time in patients with bone tuberculosis, making it worthy of clinical promotion.展开更多

Methods: A total of 72 patients with kidney stones treated with PCNL from November 2024 to November 2025 were selected as samples and randomly divided into groups using a random number table. Group A received high-quality nursing care, while Group B received conventional nursing care. Indicators such as pain, anxiety, nursing satisfaction, and complications were compared between the two groups. Results: The Visual Analog Scale (VAS) scores for pain and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) scores for anxiety in Group A were lower than those in Group B (p < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate in Group A was higher than that in Group B (p < 0.05). The complication rate of PCNL in Group A was lower than that in Group B (p < 0.05). Conclusion: For patients with kidney stones treated with PCNL, receiving high-quality nursing care can alleviate anxiety, relieve pain, and reduce the risk of postoperative complications.展开更多

摘要As a clean and efficient fossil energy source, the high-quality development of coalbed methane is of critical significance for promoting the low-carbon transformation of China's coal industry, optimizing the energy structure, and reducing energy dependence. This paper analyzes the role and value of the coalbed methane industry in helping China achieve its dual carbon goals. The research suggests that the current high-quality development of the coalbed methane industry faces challenges including a lack of original innovation in theory, insufficient synergy mechanisms within the industrial chain, and prominent overlapping mining rights issues. Efforts should be made in three aspects: theory, market, and policy. By strengthening original theoretical innovation, improving industrial chain collaboration mechanisms, and reforming mineral rights management systems, these strategies will promote the high-quality development of the coalbed methane industry.
摘要This study,taking Shaanxi Province as an example,systematically analyzed the coupling and coordination relationship between the digital economy and high-quality agricultural development from 2015 to 2024 by comprehensively employing the coupling coordination model and the entropy method.The findings reveal that both the digital economy and high-quality agricultural development indices in Shaanxi Province exhibit a consistent upward trend.The level of coupling coordination has progressively transitioned from a low degree of coupling to a coordinated development stage,establishing a virtuous interactive pattern characterized by"digital enabling agriculture"and"agriculture driving innovation".The driving force behind this coupling primarily stems from the synergistic interplay of a triple mechanism involving"policy guidance,technological breakthroughs,and industrial support".However,structural imbalances persist across regions and agricultural segments,chiefly manifested as the digital divide between the Guanzhong Plain and the Northern(Shaanbei)and Southern(Shaannan)regions,alongside insufficient integration depth of digital technologies in the latter stages of the agricultural industry chain.To address these challenges,the study proposes recommendations including building a"tri-chain integrated"technological ecosystem,optimizing a differentiated policy support mechanism,and implementing regionally targeted strategies.These measures aim to foster deep integration of the digital economy with the entire agricultural value chain across diverse regions,offering pathways for western agricultural provinces to bridge the digital divide and achieve rural revitalization.

摘要The high-quality development of cultural tourism is an important way to enhance the tourism industry and promote comprehensive rural revitalization.This article studies the cultural heritage resources of the Wuling Mountain Area from aspects such as key cultural relics protection units,museums,traditional villages,historical and cultural towns,agricultural cultural heritage,and intangible cultural heritage.It also studies cultural tourism from aspects such as tourist attractions and routes,summer resorts,key villages and towns for rural tourism,homestays,traditional medicine and health tourism,well-known trademarks,and cultural parks.This paper analyzes five major problems existing in the development of cultural tourism and proposes strategies such as promoting the in-depth integration of intangible cultural heritage and tourism,developing traditional medical and health tourism,strengthening intellectual property protection,and establishing a national cultural park in the Wuling Mountain Area.
摘要Taking the energy development planning of the 15 th Five-Year Plan as the background,this paper summarizes the remarkable achievements of China's energy green and low-carbon transformation during the 14 th FiveYear Plan period,analyzes the challenges faced by energy transformation such as the balance between energy supply security and carbon reduction and the breakthrough of core technologies,expounds the unique value and development bottlenecks of natural gas in the transition period of energy transformation,and constructs the implementation path for promoting the high-quality development of energy through systemic reform in the 15 th Five-Year Plan from four aspects:supply system,scientific and technological innovation,practical benchmarks and governance guarantee,so as to provide reference for the formulation of energy development planning.
摘要This paper examines the core distinctions between an energy power and a major energy country,analyzes the practical foundations and historical opportunities for China's transition from the latter to the former,and proposes five implementation pathways for high-quality international cooperation within the context of the restructuring global energy landscape and the emerging logic of energy security.These pathways encompass integrated overseas expansion,the export of standards and rules,the global localization of production capacity,the coordinated overseas deployment of electricity and computing power,and the reshaping of the global energy security concept.The aim is to advance the development of an energy power and enhance China's leadership in global energy governance.

摘要On the basis of clarifying the connotation of agricultural new quality productivity and high-quality development,the value implication of new quality productivity empowering high-quality development through deconstructing traditional factor constraints,driving industrial level transitions,building a solid foundation for ecological modernization,and ensuring national food security is systematically explained.Currently,China has the practical foundation of technological innovation,talent support,facility elements,and policy systems.Based on this,a practical path should be constructed from the aspects of tackling core technological innovation and deepening scenario applications,reconstructing industrial spatial layout to optimize regional coordination,innovating green trading systems to accelerate ecological value transformation,and improving inclusive governance frameworks to ensure fair sharing of development dividends,providing theoretical reference for the construction of a strong agricultural country.

摘要Taking the Changli Institute of Pomology,Hebei Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences(hereinafter referred to as the Changli Institute of Pomology)as a case study,this paper explores the practical pathways through which Party building leads to the high-quality development of fruit tree research from three dimensions:theoretical convergence points,current development status,and functional mechanisms.It proposes that Party building should focus on its core roles of steering political direction,enhancing team cohesion,and upholding ethical standards.Deep integration of Party building and scientific research should be achieved through concrete platforms,with the effectiveness measured by breakthroughs in critical"bottleneck"technologies and increased income for fruit growers.The study aims to provide a practical reference for integrating Party building with professional work in the agricultural research sector.
摘要Artificial intelligence(AI)technology has been developing rapidly recently.High-quality early childhood education has become the key focus of preschool development in current educational reform,and the integration of AI technology can bring new opportunities for progress in teaching practice that traditional methods cannot achieve.We examine the practical situation of early childhood education.Also,we outline the key principles of how AI can be adapted in this field based on current research and practical requirements that teachers face every day when they try to use new technologies in their classrooms.We analyze the compatibility logic and selection criteria.At the same time,we examine how AI applications align with children’s physical and mental development in the education scenarios,which is very important for ensuring the teaching quality and safety in preschool education when technology is introduced to young learners.The study examines the value of AI for the physical education of young children.We propose some implementation strategies,such as optimizing AI application models,enhancing teacher competencies,strengthening full support for child development,and building a holistic support system that can work together to improve the overall effect of AI applications in preschools.These measures can support the deep integration of AI with early childhood education,overcome the limitations of traditional approaches,and drive the sector toward high-quality,personalized,and intelligent development that can meet the diverse needs of different children.It is worth noting that this can provide strong support for children’s holistic growth and well-being in the long term when the system is implemented and maintained by professional teachers.

摘要High-quality development is the primary task in comprehensively building a modern socialist country,and advancing it requires a high-quality business environment.Focusing on the Guangxi border ethnic region that is both coastal and adjacent to national borders,this paper examines the significance of optimizing the business environment for promoting high-quality development in Guangxi.It then analyzes the current state of the business environment from three perspectives:attracting foreign investment,promoting investment,and reforming government services.The analysis identifies several salient problems,including low efficiency in administrative service approval,a lack of overall coordination and interdepartmental linkage,difficulties and high costs for micro and small enterprises to obtain financing,shortages of human resources,challenges in attracting and retaining talent,an insufficient level of digitalization,and limited resource sharing.Drawing on international experiences from Singapore and Ireland as well as domestic cases from Hong Kong and Zhejiang,this paper proposes policy measures such as deepening the“streamlining administration,delegating powers,improving regulation,and optimizing services”reform,ensuring that pro-enterprise policies are implemented in a targeted and effective manner,strengthening science-and technology-enabled financial services,enhancing mechanisms for talent cultivation and recruitment,and improving the regulatory framework and transparency.These recommendations provide a reference for building a high-quality business environment in Guangxi.
摘要Against the dual backdrop of the full implementation of the national education digitalization strategy and the intelligent transformation of industries,the deep integration of artificial intelligence(AI)and vocational education has become the core driver for advancing the high-quality development of vocational education.As an education type most closely aligned with industrial development,vocational education is undergoing systematic reforms in its cultivation model,teaching form,evaluation system,and governance mechanism with the support of big data,generative AI,digital twin,and other intelligent technologies.Intelligent technologies have effectively addressed long-standing pain points in traditional vocational education,such as homogeneous training,limited practical training resources,difficulties in implementing personalized instruction,and mismatches between industry supply and educational demand.Nevertheless,technology-enabled development carries significant dual attributes:while unleashing reform momentum,it also gives rise to practical problems including disembodied teaching risks,algorithmic ethical imbalance,insufficient digital competence of teachers,lagging institutional support,and weakened innovative competence of students.Grounded in the theories of embodied cognition and human-AI collaborative education,this paper systematically explains the internal logic of AI empowering the high-quality development of vocational education,sorts out the development opportunities and realistic dilemmas in the current integration process,and analyzes the deep-seated causes behind these problems.Finally,it constructs a practical path suitable for the development of vocational education in China from five dimensions:education philosophy,faculty development,technology adaptation,institutional governance,and innovation cultivation,so as to provide theoretical references and practical guidelines for the digital transformation of vocational education and the construction of a high-quality education system in the new era.
摘要Objective:To explore the application effect of humanistic care in high-quality nursing services of the gastroenterology department.Methods:A total of 40 patients in the gastroenterology department admitted to our hospital from July 2024 to July 2025 were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group(20 cases)received high-quality nursing services integrated with humanistic care,while the control group(20 cases)only received high-quality nursing services.Results:The scores of depression(SDS)and anxiety(SAS)in the control group were significantly higher than those in the experimental group;the understanding and mastery of dietary health knowledge in the control group were significantly lower than those in the experimental group;the satisfaction degree of the control group was significantly lower than that of the experimental group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:The application of humanistic care in high-quality nursing services of the gastroenterology department can not only promote the rapid recovery of the body,but also improve patients’compliance,effectively alleviate their negative emotions,guide patients to develop good dietary and living habits,and effectively improve their quality of life.Therefore,it has high clinical application value and is worthy of vigorous promotion and active reference.

摘要Objective To analyze the impact of high-quality nursing care on postoperative bone pain relief, complication prevention and control, rehabilitation progress, and nursing satisfaction in patients with bone tuberculosis. Methods A total of 60 postoperative bone tuberculosis patients admitted to Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Chest Hospital from January to December 2024 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing care, while the observation group received high-quality nursing interventions in addition to conventional care. The digital pain score (NRS), complication incidence rate, nursing satisfaction, and rehabilitation-related indicators (bed rest time and hospital stay duration) were compared between the two groups at 3 months postoperatively. Results After intervention, the NRS score in the observation group decreased to (2.14 ± 0.76), significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). The complication rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). The overall nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). In terms of rehabilitation progress, the bed rest time and hospital stay duration in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion High-quality nursing care effectively alleviates pain, reduces complication incidence, improves satisfaction, and shortens rehabilitation time in patients with bone tuberculosis, making it worthy of clinical promotion.
摘要Objective: To analyze the value of high-quality nursing care for patients with kidney stones undergoing percutaneous nephrolithotomy with holmium laser lithotripsy (PCNL). Methods: A total of 72 patients with kidney stones treated with PCNL from November 2024 to November 2025 were selected as samples and randomly divided into groups using a random number table. Group A received high-quality nursing care, while Group B received conventional nursing care. Indicators such as pain, anxiety, nursing satisfaction, and complications were compared between the two groups. Results: The Visual Analog Scale (VAS) scores for pain and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) scores for anxiety in Group A were lower than those in Group B (p < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate in Group A was higher than that in Group B (p < 0.05). The complication rate of PCNL in Group A was lower than that in Group B (p < 0.05). Conclusion: For patients with kidney stones treated with PCNL, receiving high-quality nursing care can alleviate anxiety, relieve pain, and reduce the risk of postoperative complications.

摘要The new quality productivity,dominated by technological innovation,centered on data,and oriented towards green and intelligent development,is the core driving force for the high-end,intelligent,green and service-oriented transformation of the equipment manufacturing industry.Currently,China’s equipment manufacturing industry has entered the second stage of industrial upgrading,with digital transformation and digital intelligence application accelerating.However,it still faces prominent problems such as being constrained by core technologies,uneven digital intelligence transformation,low efficiency in factor allocation,and imperfect mechanisms and systems.This article,based on the logic of the integrated development of new quality productivity and the equipment manufacturing industry,systematically reviews the current development status,analyzes the bottleneck problems,and proposes targeted countermeasures,providing theoretical references and practical guidance for the new quality productivity to empower the high-quality development of the equipment manufacturing industry.
