[Objective]The aim was to overcome the shortage of being difficult to build land evaluation model when the impact factors had continuous value in the traditional land evaluation process,as well as to improve the intel...[Objective]The aim was to overcome the shortage of being difficult to build land evaluation model when the impact factors had continuous value in the traditional land evaluation process,as well as to improve the intelligibility of the land evaluation knowledge.[Method] The land evaluation method combining classification rule extracted by C4.5 algorithm with fuzzy decision was proposed in this study.[Result] The result of Second General Soil Survey of Guangdong Province had demonstrated that the method was convenient to extract classification rules,and by using only 100 rules,quantity correct rate 86.67% and area correct rate 84.80% of land evaluation could be obtained.[Conclusions] The use of C4.5 algorithm to obtain the rules,combined with fuzzy decision algorithm to build classifiers had got satisfactory results,which provided a practical algorithm for the land evaluation.展开更多

Based on the 74 circulation indexes provided by National Climate Center of China(NCC) and the 24 indexes compiled by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration(NOAA) of the US, the study used the C4.5 algorithm i...Based on the 74 circulation indexes provided by National Climate Center of China(NCC) and the 24 indexes compiled by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration(NOAA) of the US, the study used the C4.5 algorithm in data mining to establish a decision tree prediction model to predict whether the spring persistent rains(SPR) of 55 years(from 1961 to 2015) is more than the normal, and obtained 5 rules to determine whether the SPR is more than the normal. The accuracy rate of the test set, namely "whether the SPR is more than the normal", is 98.18%. After the evaluation of the model by conducting ten 10-fold cross validations to take the average value, the test accuracy rate gained is 84%. There are differences between the three types of years with a SPR more than the normal when it comes to intensity and distribution. In spring, they have respective anomalous 850 hPa monthly mean wind fields and water-vapor flux distribution, and 700 hPa forms the zone where the vertical speed is anomalously negative. As indicated by the results, the SPR prediction model based on the C4.5 algorithm has a high prediction accuracy rate, the model is reasonably and effectively constructed, and the decision rules take comprehensive factors into consideration. The anomalous rainfall and circulation distribution characteristics obtained based on the decision classification results provide new ideas and methods for the prediction of SPR.展开更多
With the deepening of educational informatization,universities have accumulated massive amounts of student performance data.Extracting valuable information from these data to support instructional decisionmaking has b...With the deepening of educational informatization,universities have accumulated massive amounts of student performance data.Extracting valuable information from these data to support instructional decisionmaking has become an important research topic.This paper constructs a student performance prediction model based on the decision tree algorithm.First,the basic principles of decision tree classification techniques are systematically reviewed,with particular focus on the information gain ratio mechanism and post-pruning method of the C4.5 algorithm.Second,a complete prediction workflow is designed,encompassing data acquisition,preprocessing,feature selection,and model construction and evaluation.Third,an empirical analysis is conducted using student performance data from a university,resulting in a decision tree model with strong interpretability.Finally,the model's performance is evaluated using a confusion matrix.Experimental results indicate that the proposed decision tree model achieves a prediction accuracy exceeding 85%and can effectively identify key factors influencing student performance.The findings provide data support and decision-making references for teachers to improve instructional methods and for universities to optimize teaching management.展开更多

摘要新能源发电具有随机性和波动性,“沙戈荒”大型风光基地的新能源并网导致电网潮流复杂多变,线路阻塞几率增大,这对电网规划带来新挑战。动态热定值(dynamic thermalrating,DTR)技术能根据天气条件和设备状态评估线路的载流能力,可有效挖掘电网侧的灵活调节潜力。此外,储能的双向快速调节可缓解电网传输压力,具有一定的输电替代作用。因此,该文集成DTR技术,提出储能与输电网协同的鲁棒规划模型。为充分考虑输电线路DTR技术和储能的协同效果,规划模型中嵌入了基于典型日的运行模拟。通过基于多区域气象数据的DTR评估方法量化典型日内线路的动态传输能力,并在典型日运行模拟中采用鲁棒优化方法考虑新能源出力的不确定性,以更好地发挥储能的灵活调节作用。针对建立的鲁棒规划模型,提出一种适用于混合整数线性规划的改进列约束生成(column and constraint generation,C&CG)算法对模型进行求解,并引入一种新的不精确C&CG迭代过程进行加速。通过西北电网实际系统分析表明,考虑DTR的输–储协同规划将规划线路数量从29条减少到10条,并提升了线路利用效率。此外,系统运行成本降低了9.6%,新能源消纳率从87.7%提升到95.1%。
