Computer information integration project has encountered more difficulties in risk management due to numerous risk factors. In order to complete the risk assessment more effectively, different risk prediction, assessment and analysis methods need to be adopted throughout the process. The development of information technology has greatly promoted the innovation of system integration in the computer industry, and has extended to all fields of society, becoming an important part of social and economic construction. At the same time, the establishment of the computer information system integration project has brought new innovation opportunities to the traditional industry management model, changed the previous production and life style, and promoted the transformation and upgrading of the industry. But at the same time, there are still some risk factors in the system integration project management. In order to effectively promote the work of computer information system integration project, effective control measures need to be taken. According to the use of computer information system, the risk factors of the project are analyzed, the risks of the construction unit are reduced to the maximum extent during the operation of the project, the economic benefits of the project are improved through scientific control, the safe and reliable operation of the project is ensured, and the economic benefits of the construction unit are high. 展开更多
