The ternary transition-metal telluride TaCo2Te2has been reported to host a topological band structure characterized by a nontrivial Berry phase.While transport properties have been investigated in both bulk crystals and thick flakes(>150 nm),studies on thin flakes(<100 nm)of this van der Waals(vdW)material remain scarce.We investigate the low-temperature transport properties of TaCo2Te2thin flakes by fabricating Hall bar devices on mechanically exfoliated flakes with different thicknesses(15 nm and 90 nm).Temperature-dependent resistance measurements reveal that the 15-nm-thick sample exhibits a lower residual resistivity ratio and Debye temperature compared to the 90-nm-thick one.Magnetotransport measurements under perpendicular magnetic fields up to±14 T demonstrate lower magnetoresistance,carrier concentration,and mobility in the thinner sample,suggesting increased phonon scattering due to defect-induced disorder.Remarkably,pronounced Shubnikov-de Haas(SdH)oscillations are observed above 8 T in both samples in spite of the defect-induced disorder.Analysis of the Landau fan diagram yields a non-zero Berry phase in both samples,indicating the existence of a topologically non-trivial phase in TaCo2Te2thin flakes.Our findings establish TaCo2Te2as a promising candidate for exploring intrinsic topological states in layered materials. 展开更多

Ti3C2Tx,a most studied member of MXene family,shows promise as a candidate electrode for pseudocapacitor due to its electronic conductivity and hydrophilic surface.However,the unsatisfactory yield of Ti3C2Tx few-layer flakes significantly restricted it in real applications.Here,we proposed a simple solution to boost the yield of Ti3C2Tx few-layer flakes by decreasing precursor size.When using the small500 mesh Ti3AlC2 powders as raw material,high yield of 65%was successfully achieved.Moreover,the asreceived small flakes also exhibit an enhanced pseudocapacior performance owing to their excellent electrical conductivity,expanded inte rlayer space and more O content on the surface.This work not only sheds light on the cost effective mass production of Ti3C2Tx few-layer flakes,but also provides an efficient solution for the design of MXene electrodes with high pseudocapacior performance. 展开更多

We study systematically the negative magnetoresistance(MR)effect in WTe2±αflakes with different thicknesses and doping concentrations.The negative MR is sensitive to the relative orientation between electrical-/magnetic-field and crystallographic orientation of WTe2±α.The analysis proves that the negative MR originates from chiral anomaly and is anisotropic.Maximum entropy mobility spectrum is used to analyze the electron and hole concentrations in the flake samples.It is found that the negative MR observed in WTe2±αflakes with low doping concentration is small,and the high doping concentration is large.The doping-induced disorder obviously inhibits the positive MR,so the negative MR can be more easily observed.In a word,we introduce disorder to suppress positive MR by doping,and successfully obtain the negative MR in WTe2±αflakes with different thicknesses and doping concentrations,which indicates that the chiral anomaly effect in WTe2is robust. 展开更多

Research interests in recent years have expanded into quantum materials that display novel magnetism incorporating strong correlations,topological effects,and dimensional crossovers.Fe3GeTe2represents such a twodimensional van der Waals platform exhibiting itinerant ferromagnetism with many intriguing properties.Up to date,most electronic transport studies on Fe3GeTe2have been limited to its anomalous Hall responses while the longitudinal counterpart(such as magnetoresistance)remains largely unexplored.Here,we report a few unusual transport behaviors on thin flakes of Fe3GeTe2.Upon cooling to the base temperature,the sample develops a resistivity upturn that shows a crossover from a marginally-ln T to a-T1/2dependence,followed by a lowertemperature deviation.Moreover,we observe a negative and non-saturating linear magnetoresistance when the magnetization is parallel or antiparallel to the external magnetic field.The slope of the linear magnetoresistance also shows a nonmonotonic temperature dependence.We deduce an anomalous contribution to the magnetoresistance at low temperatures with a scaling function proportional-HT1/2,as well as a temperature-independent linear term.Possible mechanisms that could account for our observations are discussed. 展开更多

A novel wet-chemical method for the preparation of silver flakes was studied. The well-defined particles were prepared by directly adding FeSO4 solution into AgNO3 solution containing citric acid at an agitation speed of 150 r/min at room temperature. The products were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results show that particles are irregular thin silver flakes. And the sizes of them range from 2 to 10 μm. It is found that citric acid plays an important role in the formation of sliver flakes. There is an optimum amount of citric acid for the preparation of silver flakes by this method. It is also found that high reduction rate is favorable for the formation of silver flakes. 展开更多

The deformation behaviors of Al2O3/Al composites were investigated by compressive tests conducted at temperature of 300-450 °C and strain rates of 0.001-1.0 s-1 with Gleeble-1500 D thermal simulator system. The results show that the flow stress increases with increasing strain rate and decreasing temperature. The hyperbolic sine constitutive equation can describe the flow stress behavior of Al2O3/Al composites, and the deformation activation energy and constitutive equations were calculated. The processing maps of Al2O3/Al-2 μm and Al2O3/Al-1 μm composites at strain of 0.6 were obtained and the optimum processing domains are in ranges of 300-330 °C, 0.007-0.03 s-1 and 335-360 °C, 0.015-0.06 s-1 for hot working, respectively. The instability zones of flow behavior can also be recognized by the maps. 展开更多

Rational structure design and regulation are of paramount importance for obtaining electrode materials with desirable electrochemical performance.Here,a novel binder-free electrode with the hollow Co9S8 core@multi-shell structure(CS-x@MXene@Bi2O3)derived from metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)precursor is well designed by the electrospinning,sulfuration,carbonization,and hydrothermal processes.In this architecture,the concentration of Co9S8(CS-x)is optimized for an ideal flexible substrate,which alleviates the dimensional variation for long cycle life.The unique cores and the MXene flakes engineered by Bi2O3 multiple shells can be responsible for the superior characteristics,including a fast electronic pathway,large specific surface area,enhanced electrical conductivity,and improved electrochemical performance.As expected,the obtained CS-2@MXene@Bi2O3 binder-free electrode exhibits a high discharge capacitance of 646.1 F g–1(1 A g–1).Two binder-free electrodes can be assembled into a solid-state supercapacitor with desirable energy and power density,and long-term cyclic stability is demonstrated through 5000 cycles.Given these advantages,the CS-2@MXene@Bi2O3 is selected as the electrode in a foldable supercapacitor.More importantly,the specific capacitance is reserved after various deformations.Therefore,it is expected that binder-free electrode materials with the unique core@shell structure design could be applied in wearable and portable energy conversion devices. 展开更多

Exploring zinc-free anode materials is one of the effective strategies to get the zinc dendrites problem of flexible zinc ion battery(ZIB)solved.In this work,an analogous heterostructure(AHS)is constructed from the excellent MXene(Ti3C2Tx)and TiSe2 nanosheets.The AHS not only possesses numerous diffu-sion paths and Zn2+storage sites but also possesses a stable conductive network to accelerate charge transfer in the electrode.As a collaborative advantage,electrochemical measurement results show that MXene/TiSe2 electrodes display an excellent specific capacity of 177.9 mAh g-1 at 0.10 A g-1 and a long-term cycling stability of 77.4%capacity retention after 400 cycles.DFT computations further demon-strate the excellent performance of MXene/TiSe2 electrodes including desirable electronic conductivity and low Zn2+migration barriers.The assembled flexible ZIB not only delivers a good specific capacity of 42.2μAh cm-2 at 0.20 mA cm-2 and a competitive energy density of 37.4μWh cm-2 but also exhibits excellent flexibility and thermostability.Furthermore,after 400 cycles at 0.60 A g-1,flexible ZIB shows a capacity retention of 73.8%.This work gives a successful attempt to design 2D layered materials as Zn metal-free anode for flexible ZIB. 展开更多

为开发高性能含碳浇注料,首先以Si粉和鳞片石墨为原料,采用熔盐隔离法,经1350℃保温3 h制备了SiC包覆石墨;然后以板状刚玉颗粒、白刚玉粉、电熔镁砂粉、氧化铝微粉、Secar 71水泥、SiO2微粉等为主要原料,分别将鳞片石墨和SiC包覆石... 为开发高性能含碳浇注料,首先以Si粉和鳞片石墨为原料,采用熔盐隔离法,经1350℃保温3 h制备了SiC包覆石墨;然后以板状刚玉颗粒、白刚玉粉、电熔镁砂粉、氧化铝微粉、Secar 71水泥、SiO2微粉等为主要原料,分别将鳞片石墨和SiC包覆石墨引入其中,经1100、1600℃埋碳热处理后制备了Al2O3-MgO浇注料空白试样以及Al2O3-MgO-C浇注料试样,研究了石墨类型对浇注料性能的影响。结果表明:1)与未添加石墨的Al2O3-MgO浇注料试样相比,加入鳞片石墨的浇注料试样成型所需加水量显著增加,常温抗折强度明显降低,显气孔率明显升高,但抗热震性和抗渣性有所改善;加入SiC包覆石墨的浇注料试样加水量略有增加,常温抗折强度有所降低,显气孔率略有增加,高温强度、抗热震性和抗渣性改善。2)随着热处理温度的升高,试样的常温强度、加热永久线变化率均明显增加。3)当加入5%(w)SiC包覆石墨,热处理温度为1600℃时,试样综合性能最佳,其常温抗折强度为16.9 MPa,显气孔率为16.0%,高温抗折强度为2.0 MPa,抗热震性和抗侵蚀性能良好。 展开更多

水洞沟遗址第2地点2014-2015年的发掘集中于2003-2007发掘区北侧的T3区域,面积约80m^2。对应2003-2007发掘的层位划分,本次发掘共揭露6个文化层(Culture Layer/CL),各层位都有发现文化遗物,其中2003-2007发掘揭露的CL4在T3发掘区缺失。... 水洞沟遗址第2地点2014-2015年的发掘集中于2003-2007发掘区北侧的T3区域,面积约80m^2。对应2003-2007发掘的层位划分,本次发掘共揭露6个文化层(Culture Layer/CL),各层位都有发现文化遗物,其中2003-2007发掘揭露的CL4在T3发掘区缺失。本文对2014-2015年系统发掘的T3区6个层位中出土的2723件石制品进行研究。此次初步分析显示,CL1-CL5是T3发掘区的主要石制品出土层位,又以CL3遗存最为密集。硅质白云岩和燧石是主要的原料,其中硅质白云岩在各层中比例均接近半数。石器技术以锤击法为主,砸击法比例在后期有所增加。遗址整体文化面貌表现为典型的中国北方简单石片技术传统并有着较低的石核利用率,但在CL2和CL3石核利用率稍有提升,其石片产品总体以宽型石片为主。二次修理工具比例较低,并且以边刃刮削器为主,但也有比较有特色的楔形器发现出土。与2003-2007年T1-T2发掘区出土石制品进行简单对比发现,原料利用和石制品的层位组成都存在一定差异,这很可能是因为分析标准和发掘位置的差异所致。 展开更多

采用醇热法合成了具有不同掺杂能级的S/N共掺杂的片状镶嵌立方中空TiO2纳米晶(SN-CHT),以提高其在可见光下的光催化活性.通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(... 采用醇热法合成了具有不同掺杂能级的S/N共掺杂的片状镶嵌立方中空TiO2纳米晶(SN-CHT),以提高其在可见光下的光催化活性.通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、紫外可见光漫反射光谱(UV-Vis DRS)、光致发光(PL)、莫特-肖特基和RhB降解实验,研究了所制备样品的形态、光学和光催化性能.结果表明:甲硫氨酸含量为0.25 g的SN-CHT样品表现出最优异的光催化活性,是纯立方中空TiO2纳米晶的3.17倍.RhB的可见光降解率在90 min后可以达到99.9%,其一阶动力学常数为0.86×10-2 min-1.其可见光催化活性主要归因于引入硫和氮元素后形成的新的掺杂能级和变窄TiO2的带隙促进了光生电子-空穴对的分离,这在莫特-肖特基图和Tauc图中得到了证实.故用S/N元素共同修饰立方体空心TiO2纳米晶是一种能提高光催化性能的有前景的方法. 展开更多

A facile colloidal route to synthesize MoSe2 porous microspheres with diameters of 400-600 nm made up of MoSe2 monolayer flakes (-0.7 nm in thickness) is reported. The solvents trioctylamine (TOA) and oleylamine (OAM) are found to play important roles in the formation of MoSe2 microspheres, whereby TOA determines the three-dimensional (3D) microspherical morphology and OAM directs the formation of MoSes monolayer flakes. The robust 3D MoSe2 microspheres exhibit remarkable activity and durability for the electrocatalytic hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) in acid, maintaining a small onset overpotential of -77 mV and keeping a small overpotential of 100 mV for a current density of 5 mA/cm2 after 1,000 cycles. In addition, similar 3D WSe2 microspheres can also be prepared by using this method. We expect this facile colloidal route could further be expanded to synthesize other porous structures which will find applications in fields such as in energy storage, catalysis, and sensing. 展开更多

SiO_2/Si substrate has been widely used to support two-dimensional (2-D) crystal flakes grown by chemical vapor deposition or prepared by micromechanical cleavage. The visibility of 2-D flakes is very sensitive to the thickness of the SiO_2 layer (hsiO_2), which can not be determined precisely after the deposit of 2-D flakes. Here, we demonstrated a simple, fast and nondestructive tech- nique to precisely determine hsiO_2 of SiO_2 films on Si substrate only by optical contrast measurement with a typical micro-Raman confocal system. Because of its small lateral resolution down to the micrometer scale, this tech- nique can be used to access hsiO_2 on SiO_2/Si substrate that has been partially covered by 2-D crystal flakes, and then further determine the layer number of the 2-D crystal flakes. A synergistic strategy was established for the controllable synthesis of flakyα-Al2O3 by integrating the sol-gel method,molten salt method,seed-induced epitaxial growth,and optimized calcination.α-Al2O3 seeds with a diameter of approximately 8μm and a regular hexagonal shape were introduced to direct crystal growth.Programmed cooling from 1100 to 900℃ over 120 min,followed by further cooling to 600℃ over 90 min,was applied to relieve thermal stress and promote ordered crystallization.The resulting flakyα-Al2O3 exhibited an average particle size of 49.28μm,a thickness of 600 nm,and an aspect ratio of 82.This method not only doubled the particle size but also maintained a high degree of regularity in crystal morphology,providing a novel material solution with large particle size and excellent shape for applications such as ceramic reinforcement materials,thermal-conductive fillers,and pearlescent pigments. 展开更多

The mixed matrix membranes(MMMs) were developed by incorporating graphite oxide(GO) flakes functionalized with iron oxide(Fe_3O_4) into Pebax matrix. The Pebax/Fe_3O_4–GO MMMs were used to separate CO_2/CH_4 and CO_2/N_2 gas mixture. The results showed that the MMMs with magnetic alignment presented the better gas separation performance than that of random arrangement of Pebax/Fe_3O_4–GO mixed matrix membranes. The reason was that the Fe_3O_4–GO flakes arranged magnetically in the membrane played a multiple role in improving the performance of MMMs. Firstly, under the action of the magnetic field,the magnetic alignment of Fe_3O_4–GO flakes in Pebax matrix constructed the shorter transfer path for gas molecule, increasing the CO_2 permeability. Secondly, the hydroxyl groups in GO flakes and the presence of Fe_3O_4 have stronger binding force for water, improving the CO_2 solubility selectivity. Thirdly, the better interaction between the magnetic alignment of GO composites and polymer matrix, reduced the interface defects. Especially, the optimum gas separation performance was obtained at the Fe_3O_4–GO flakes content of 3 wt% in Pebax matrix at vertical arrangement with selectivity of 47 and 75 for CO_2/CH_4 and CO_2/N_2, respectively, and CO_2 permeability of 538 Barrer at 0.2 MPa and room temperature. 展开更多

The self-dissipation and attenuation capacity of materials play an important role in realizing efficient electromagnetic absorption,in this case,the roles of macroscopic composition and micro-structure should be emphasized simultaneously in the reasonable design of microwave absorbent.Given that,Fe3N alloy embedded in two-dimensional porous carbon composites were fabricated via facile sol-gel and sacrificial template methods.Satisfactorily,the magnetic/dielectric materials combination and porous structure introduction are conductive to the optimization of impedance matching property,as result of the enhancement of microwave absorption capacity.In addition,sufficient magnetic loss capacity,strong conductivity as well as polarization attenuation bring about the outstanding microwave absorbing performance with an effective absorption bandwidth of 6.76 GHz and a minimum reflection loss value of-65.6 d B.It is believed that this work not only lay a foundation to achieve microwave response materials in a wide frequency range,but also emphasize the significant role of the component selection and structural design. 展开更多

Nonlayered two-dimensional(2D)materials have attracted increasing attention,due to novel physical properties,unique surface structure,and high compatibility with microfabrication technique.However,owing to the inherent strong covalent bonds,the direct synthesis of 2D planar structure from nonlayered materials,especially for the realization of large-size ultrathin 2D nonlayered materials,is still a huge challenge.Here,a general atomic substitution conversion strategy is proposed to synthesize large-size,ultrathin nonlayered 2D materials.Taking nonlayered CdS as a typical example,large-size ultrathin nonlayered CdS single-crystalline flakes are successfully achieved via a facile low-temperature chemical sulfurization method,where pre-grown layered CdI2 flakes are employed as the precursor via a simple hot plate assisted vertical vapor deposition method.The size and thickness of CdS flakes can be controlled by the CdI2 precursor.The growth mechanism is ascribed to the chemical substitution reaction from I to S atoms between CdI2 and CdS,which has been evidenced by experiments and theoretical calculations.The atomic substitution conversion strategy demonstrates that the existing 2D layered materials can serve as the precursor for difficult-to-synthesize nonlayered 2D materials,providing a bridge between layered and nonlayered materials,meanwhile realizing the fabrication of large-size ultrathin nonlayered 2D materials. 展开更多
