High school geography is a comprehensive subject with relatively scattered knowledge points, complex knowledge system and wide knowledge coverage. Senior high school geography micro-course is a teaching model which is put forward and applied according to the complexity, wide area and strong comprehensiveness of senior high school geography. The purpose of its application is to achieve better teaching effect of geography, at the same time stimulate students' learning enthusiasm and give full play to their subjective initiative in order to improve the overall teaching quality. 目的 探索基于微课的研究性教学模式在中医骨伤科学教学中的应用效果,通过整合微课资源与研究性教学方法,构建以学生为中心的混合式教学模式。方法 选取河南中医药大学骨伤学院2020—2021级本科生120名为研究对象,分为实验组(微课+研究... 目的 探索基于微课的研究性教学模式在中医骨伤科学教学中的应用效果,通过整合微课资源与研究性教学方法,构建以学生为中心的混合式教学模式。方法 选取河南中医药大学骨伤学院2020—2021级本科生120名为研究对象,分为实验组(微课+研究性教学)和对照组(传统教学),比较两组考试成绩,并调查教学满意度。结果 实验组理论考核成绩(82.53±7.82)分,实践操作考核成绩(82.80±8.86)分,均显著高于对照组的(74.67±7.14)分、(76.08±8.66)分(P<0.05);实验组教学满意度达90.00%,显著高于对照组的65.00%(P<0.05)。结论 基于微课的研究性教学模式能有效提升学生的临床思维能力、实践能力和学习主动性,为中医骨伤科学教学改革提供了新思路。 展开更多

班级微教研作为一种根植于班级真实情境的教研形态,其胜任力结构有别于通用教师胜任力。本研究通过文献梳理及预访谈,初步构建幼儿园教师班级微教研胜任力结构,并根据此结构编制符合心理测量学的“幼儿园教师微教研胜任力调查问卷”,选... 班级微教研作为一种根植于班级真实情境的教研形态,其胜任力结构有别于通用教师胜任力。本研究通过文献梳理及预访谈,初步构建幼儿园教师班级微教研胜任力结构,并根据此结构编制符合心理测量学的“幼儿园教师微教研胜任力调查问卷”,选取全国东部地区、中部地区、西部地区、东北地区的幼儿教师开展初始和正式问卷调查,在对有效数据进行项目分析、探索性因素分析、验证性因子分析研判的基础上,确定幼儿教师班级微教研胜任力结构包括情境与问题识别能力、生成实践与研究能力、内在驱动与归属感、即时协作与对话反思能力四个维度。结合深度半结构访谈,结果显示:幼儿园教师班级微教研胜任力总体状况处于中等水平,其中,即时协作与对话反思能力维度得分最高,生成实践与研究能力维度得分最低,各维度水平在教龄、学历、专业、园所性质上存在显著差异。基于以上研究结果,从建立教研机制、营造良好氛围、赋能教师成长三个方面提出提高幼儿园教师班级微教研胜任力水平的建议。 展开更多

目的:依托杭州师范大学基础医学院病理教研室实验教学平台,制备病理虚拟标本作为教学素材,并录制微课视频建设资源库,探讨微课结合翻转课堂教学模式在病理学实验教学中的应用效果。方法:随机选取杭州师范大学2021级临床医学专业共计182... 目的:依托杭州师范大学基础医学院病理教研室实验教学平台,制备病理虚拟标本作为教学素材,并录制微课视频建设资源库,探讨微课结合翻转课堂教学模式在病理学实验教学中的应用效果。方法:随机选取杭州师范大学2021级临床医学专业共计182名学生纳入研究,其中试验组95人,对照组87人。试验组采用微课结合翻转课堂教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式。最后通过期末考试、问卷调查等方法综合比较评价两种教学模式的效果。结果:试验组的实验成绩为(79.24±6.14)分,理论成绩为(81.32±5.81)分,均优于对照组的实验成绩(67.83±5.41)分和理论成绩(74.93±6.71)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组学生对教学内容、学习形式、学习效果、学习能力提高等方面的教学满意度也明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组教学显著增加了学生的学习兴趣,提高了学生的自主学习能力,增强了学生对知识的理解能力,并促进了学生的团队合作,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在病理实验教学中,通过标本库建设,构建微课结合翻转课堂的教学模式,有利于发挥学生能动性,提升学生素养及教学质量,最终提高病理学实验课堂教学效果。 展开更多

作为小学教育专业的核心课程,《小学班队管理》最终教学目标,不是让学生背熟班级管理理论,而是让师范生真正会带班、会开班会、会处理班级日常小事。结合日常授课不难发现,目前该课程以理论讲解为主,学生听得懂理论,却不会实际开展班会... 作为小学教育专业的核心课程,《小学班队管理》最终教学目标,不是让学生背熟班级管理理论,而是让师范生真正会带班、会开班会、会处理班级日常小事。结合日常授课不难发现,目前该课程以理论讲解为主,学生听得懂理论,却不会实际开展班会,走上讲台临场慌乱,和小学真实班主任岗位需求严重脱节。微班会时长短、主题小、贴近班级日常琐事,非常适合搬进课堂开展实景演练。本文结合本人实际授课经历,用通俗真实的课堂案例,分析当下班队管理课堂教学的常见问题,讲解微班会演练完整开展流程,结合三节不同主题的课堂演练实录做详细案例分析,梳理演练过程中遇到的真实问题和接地气的解决办法。研究发现,常态化开展微班会实景演练,能让师范生在亲身模拟、同伴点评、整改复盘中快速提升带班实操能力,让班队管理课堂从“纸上谈兵”变成“实战练兵”,也能为一线同行开展本课程实践教学提供真实参考。 展开更多

目的探讨微螺钉种植体支抗联合横腭杆在骨性Ⅱ类高角型患者矫治的临床效果。方法采用回顾性分析,选取玉林市第一人民医院2022年1月至2024年12月收治的60例骨性Ⅱ类高角型患者为研究对象,按照不同治疗方法分为研究组(30例)与对照组(30例... 目的探讨微螺钉种植体支抗联合横腭杆在骨性Ⅱ类高角型患者矫治的临床效果。方法采用回顾性分析,选取玉林市第一人民医院2022年1月至2024年12月收治的60例骨性Ⅱ类高角型患者为研究对象,按照不同治疗方法分为研究组(30例)与对照组(30例)。对照组采用微螺钉种植体支抗进行治疗,研究组采用微螺钉种植体支抗联合横腭杆进行治疗,测量并分析矫治前后的头颅侧位片。结果矫治后,研究组SNA角、ANB角、SN-MP角、U1-NA角、FH-AOP角、FH-POP角、U1-PP均减小,对照组SNA角、SNB角、U1-NA角、U1-PP、L1-MP均减小,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微螺钉种植体支抗联合横腭杆矫治骨性Ⅱ类高角型患者的矫治效果良好,矫治后能在一定程度上逆旋下颌骨,改善患者的侧貌美观。 展开更多

目的:明确微课—案例教学法—问题导学法多元化教学模式在临床药理学教学中提升教学效果的作用。方法:选择2018级临床医学专业60名本科生为研究对象,将研究对象随机分为实验组和对照组两组,每组30名。实验组实行多元化教学模式,对照组... 目的:明确微课—案例教学法—问题导学法多元化教学模式在临床药理学教学中提升教学效果的作用。方法:选择2018级临床医学专业60名本科生为研究对象,将研究对象随机分为实验组和对照组两组,每组30名。实验组实行多元化教学模式,对照组则实行传统课堂教学模式。通过理论考试测评两种教学模式的教学效果,通过问卷调查学生满意度。结果:实验组理论考试成绩为(80.30±6.73)分,高于对照组的(72.90±8.17)分,实验组在记忆性试题、理解性试题、分析性试题上得分均高于对照组。问卷调查结果显示,实验组对知识点理解掌握程度、提升自主学习能力程度、激发学习兴趣程度及解决实际问题能力评分均高于对照组。结论:微课—案例教学法—问题导学法多元教学模式能够提升临床药理学教学效果,学生对该模式满意度较高。 展开更多

目的 通过综合评价方式比较传统教学模式与“对分课堂+微课”模式在模拟起落航线飞行教学中的效果,探讨心率变化与起落航线飞行实时成绩的相关性,为教学效果客观评估探索新指标。方法 通过采用资深飞行教员对学员模拟飞行考核评分,比较... 目的 通过综合评价方式比较传统教学模式与“对分课堂+微课”模式在模拟起落航线飞行教学中的效果,探讨心率变化与起落航线飞行实时成绩的相关性,为教学效果客观评估探索新指标。方法 通过采用资深飞行教员对学员模拟飞行考核评分,比较学员心率变化、学员满意度调查等方法,综合评价“对分课堂+微课”与传统教学方法的教学效果。基于飞行成绩与心率相关性分析,探讨心率信号在分析学员实时成绩中的作用。结果 相较于对照组,观察组学员模拟飞行成绩更高,两组间成绩具有显著差异(P<0.01)。心电监测结果显示,两组学员考核飞行期间平均心率均显著高于其飞行前静息心率(P<0.01),且观察组飞行全程的平均心率及增幅显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。不同飞行阶段比较发现,对照组在起飞、巡航及降落阶段平均心率均显著升高(P<0.01),观察组仅起飞与降落阶段平均心率与静息态存在显著差异(P<0.01),且观察组的心率平均增幅在起飞、巡航及降落阶段均显著低于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。比较心率和考核成绩发现,两组各飞行阶段心率与考核成绩均呈显著负相关(P<0.01)。满意度调查显示学员对“对分课堂+微课”教学模式满意度较高(P<0.05)。结论 “对分课堂+微课”能够有效提升军校学员模拟飞行实践教学成绩,通过心率监测可以辅助客观评估其效果。 展开更多

目的探讨微课-案例为基础(CBL)教学法在内科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法选择南阳市中心医院2023级内科规培住院医师70名为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组采用单纯CBL教学模式进行培训,观察组采用微课-CBL教学模式培训,培训6个... 目的探讨微课-案例为基础(CBL)教学法在内科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法选择南阳市中心医院2023级内科规培住院医师70名为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组采用单纯CBL教学模式进行培训,观察组采用微课-CBL教学模式培训,培训6个月后对比两组考核成绩、教学效果、临床思维能力、培训满意度。结果培训6个月后观察组基础理论、技能操作考核成绩均大于对照组(P<0.05);培训6个月后观察组在促进理论知识领悟、调动学习主动性、提升团队合作能力、提升语言表达能力、提升问题分析能力、提高自学能力、提高学习效率、提高学习兴趣等方面提高率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);培训6个月后,观察组临床思维能力总分为(102.16±9.33)分,大于对照组的(92.32±8.57)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);培训6个月后观察组培训总满意度为97.14%,高于对照组的74.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在内科住院医师规范化培训中应用微课-CBL教学法,能提高教学效果、临床思维能力、考核成绩、培训满意度。 展开更多
