Chinese mitten crab (Eriocheir sinensis) has higher commercial value as food source than any other species of Eriocheir in China. To evaluate the germplasm resources and characterize the genetic diversity and population structure of the crabs in different water systems, two stocks and two farming populations were assessed with 25 polymorphic microsallite loci available in public GenBank. Basic statistics showed that the average observed heterozygosity (Ho) amongst populations ranged from 0.5789 to 0.6824. However, a remarkable presence of inbreeding and heterozygote deficiencies were observed. To analyze population structure, pairwise FST coefficients explained only -10.3% variability from the subdivision of mitten crab populations, the remaining variability stems from the subdivision within subpopulations. Although the four populations had slight differentiation, different allelic frequencies resulted in distinct population structures. Two stocks and one farming population were clustered together to the phylogenetic branch of Yangtze crab, with an approximate membership of 95%. Whereas, another farming population was clustered singly to the phylogenetic branch of the Liaohe crab, with a membership of 97.1%. The tests for individual admixture showed that Yangtze crab had probably been contaminated with individuals from other water systems. Genetic relationships between populations also supported the conclusion that Yangtze crab and Liaohe crab had different gene pools in spite of the origins of the same species. 展开更多

Identifying the geographic origins of Chinese mitten crabs is important for food safety and fair market competition.In this study,we used strontium(Sr) isotopes as a tool to trace the geographic origins of Chinese mitten crabs.Chinese mitten crabs,water,and different types of crab feed were collected from four different lakes for Sr isotope analyses.The results showed that the Sr isotope compositions of the different parts from one single crab were consistent within error,indicating that any piece of a crab could be used to represent the Sr isotope characteristics of the whole crab.The Sr isotope compositions of Chinese mitten crabs from the same lake were consistent within the analytical error,and the values were similar to the Sr isotope composition of the water from the same lake.However,the Sr isotope compositions of water and crabs from different lakes are significantly different.Therefore,the Sr isotope compositions of Chinese mitten crabs are mainly controlled by lake water composition,while the impact of feed is limited.This study provides an effective method for tracing the geographic origins of Chinese mitten crabs. 展开更多

To understand the factors causing frequent outbreaks of harmful algae blooms in the Taihu Lake, China, we studied water quality and nutrient budget in Chinese mitten crab (Eriocheir sinensis) farm ponds in the eastern part of the lake from November 2007 to December 2009. We estimated the nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), and chemical oxygen demand (COD) loads. Materials input and output ponds, water exchange, and applied management practices of 838.5-hm2 crab ponds were surveyed using questionnaires. Water quality of 12 ponds, which were located no more than 2 km from East Taihu Lake, were monitored. The results show that water quality in the crab ponds was better than reference data. Feeds, including corn seed, commercial feed, trash fish, and gastropod, were the major sources of N and P input in the crab ponds, contributing 88.7% and 94.9%, respectively. In total, 60.5% of N and 37.3% of P were sequestered by macrophytes, and only 15.7% and 8.5% of them were discharged as effluent. The net loads of N and P in effluent were 16.43 kg/hm2/cycle and 2.16 kg/hm2/cycle, respectively, while the COD load was -17.88 kg/hm2/cycle. This indicated that crab farming caused minor negative impact on the trophic status of the lake area, which was attenuated by macrophytes. However, wastewater purification is still necessary in crab faming. 展开更多

Despite the many studies on eight-legged animals and the importance of their mechanics of terrestrial locomotion, the mechanical energy of crabs in voluntary locomotion on uneven, unpredictable terrain surfaces has received little attention thus far. In this paper, motion video images of Chinese mitten crab (Eriocheir sinensis Milne-Edwards) locomotion on five types of terrains were recorded using a high-speed three-dimensional (3D) recording video system. The typical variables of locomotion such as gait patterns, duty factor, mechanical energy of the mass center, mass-specific write of the total mechanical power of the mass center, and percentage recovery, were analyzed. Results show that the Chinese mitten crab uses random gaits instead of the alternating tetrapod gait with the increasing terrain roughness. The duty factors of the rows of the leading legs are greater for all terrains than those of the rows of the trailing legs. On smooth terrain, the duty factors of the rows of the trailing legs are greater than that on rough terrains. Kinematic measurements and calculations reveal that similar to mammals, birds, and arthropods, the Chinese mitten crab uses two fundamental gaits to save mechanical energy: the inverted pendulum gait and the bouncing gait. The bouncing gait is the main pattern of mechanical energy conservation. The low probability of injury and energy expenditure due to adaptations to various terrains induce the Chinese mitten crab to modify the mass-specific rate of the total mechanical power of the mass center. The statistical results of percentage recovery also reveal that the Chinese mitten crab has lower energy recovery efficiency over rough terrains compared with smooth terrains. 展开更多

Chinese mitten crab (Eriocheir sinensis) is an indigenous and ecologically and economically important species in the Liao River area, but its identification and genetic diversity remain poorly understood. To evaluate the germplasm resources of this species, samples were collected from these locations: four sub-populations from the Liao River area and one population from the Yangtze River area; one primer was used to distinguish between the Liao River and the Yangtze River crabs. Thirteen loci were used for crab genetic diversity analysis, and basic statistics showed that the collecting samples were purebred in the Liao River area. The average observed heterozygosity (H0) of the Liao River population was 0.5931, and the expected heterozygosity (He) was 0.8064. The polymorphism information content (PIC) was 0.7753, which showed that the Liao River population had high genetic diversity. The genetic differentiation index (FST) averaged 0.0342, meaning a low degree of differentiation; cluster analysis indicated that Hujia (HJ), Xinli (XL) and Chenjia (CJ) sub-populations were allocated to the same cluster, while Baqiangzi (BQZ) sub-population was isolated. In summary, these data demonstrated that the crabs in the Liao River had high genetic diversity, but low genetic differentiation. Thus, the Liao River population had the potential for breeding selection. Furthermore, this study also provided valuable genetic information for the conservation of Chinese mitten crab. 展开更多

Next to excessive nutrient loading,intensive aquaculture is one of the major anthropogenic impacts threatening lake ecosystems.In China,particularly in the shallow lakes of mid-lower Changjiang(Yangtze) River,continuous overstocking of the Chinese mitten crab(Eriocheir sinensis) could deteriorate water quality and exhaust natural resources.A series of crab yield models and a general optimum-stocking rate model have been established,which seek to benefit both crab culture and the environment.In this research,independent investigations were carried out to evaluate the crab yield models and modify the optimum-stocking model.Low percentage errors(average 47%,median 36%) between observed and calculated crab yields were obtained.Specific values were defined for adult crab body mass(135 g/ind.) and recapture rate(18%and 30%in lakes with submerged macrophyte biomass above and below 1 000 g/m^2)to modify the optimum-stocking model.Analysis based on the modified optimum-stocking model indicated that the actual stocking rates in most lakes were much higher than the calculated optimum-stocking rates.This implies that,for most lakes,the current stocking rates should be greatly reduced to maintain healthy lake ecosystems. 展开更多

The genetic differences of 15 mitten crab populations from 6 river systems in China's Mainland and 1 population from Russia were studied based on RFLP analysis of mitochondrial cytochrome oxidase subunit I (CO I). The results showed that Tas I-RFLP pattern could be used as a genetic marker to distinguish Eriocheir hepuensis from Eriocheir sinensis, Eriocheirjaponica and Eriocheir leptognathus; genetic distances among 13 populations of Eriocheir sinensis range from 0 to 0.015, indicating that they were different geographic strains; the subspecies status of Eriocheir sinensis and Eriocheir hepuensis (population from Nanliujiang) were considered owning to their genetic distances of 0.02-0.044, indicating that genetic divergence between them was low; Eriocheir leptognathus (population from Nanpaihe, Tianjin) was the most distant taxon with genetic distances value of 0.147-0.195, which could be defined as genetic distances between species in genus Eriocheir. 展开更多

The tropomyosin(TM)fractions of crab protems may cause allergic reactions in mdividuals susceptible to allergies;however,efficient and safe methods by which to reduce such allergenicity are not currently available.Therefore,in this study,the effects of three different processing methods,i.e.,microwave,ultrasound,and high temperature-pressure(HTP)treatments,on the digestion stability of TM from Chinese mitten crab muscle and the allergenicity of TM digestion products were explored.sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis analysis showed that microwaving had little effect on the digestion stability of TM.In contrast,ultrasound and HTP treatments facilitated the degradation of TM.Similarly,Western blotting and inhibition ELISA indicated that the IgE-binding activity of TM was significantly reduced after treatment with ultrasound or HTP.Among the three different proces sing methods,HTP was the most effective method for improving digestibility of TM and reducing immunoreactivity.This finding provides new insights into treatments for crab allergies. 展开更多

Dioxins are among the common persistent organic pollutants in crabs.To clarify the potential risk of dioxins pollution in Chinese mitten crab,eight types of samples were collected in the South Dongting Lake area for the analysis of 17 PCDD/Fs and 12 dl-PCBs.The results indicate that the concentration ofΣPCDD/Fs andΣdl-PCBs in crabs was between 0.993–10.8 and 35.0–282 pg/g w.w.,respectively.The mean WHO-TEQ value ofΣPCDD/Fs in crabs was 0.248±0.205 pg TEQ/g w.w.,and the mean WHO-TEQ value ofΣPCDD/Fs+dl-PCBs in crabs was 0.359±0.280 pg TEQ/g w.w.The total toxic equivalent of bottom sediment,surrounding soil,crab brown meat and juvenile crab were relatively high,which were 2.88,2.67,1.50 and 1.30 pg TEQ/g w.w.,respectively.In the case of 99th percentile,the WHO-TEQ values ofΣPCDD/Fs andΣPCDD/Fs+dl-PCBs in crab white meat were all within the maximum permitted levels as specified in commission regulation(EU)2023/915.The HQ values of 99th percentile ofΣPCDD/Fs+dl-PCBs were 0.0783,0.00703 and 0.0853 for eating brown meat products,eating white meat products and eating whole crabs,respectively.The coordinate points of the samples are connected to the origin by a straight line in the correspondence analysis map.The angle formed by the straight lines of crab brown meat/crab white meat and juvenile crab was acute angle,as did the feed.The angles between the straight line of bottom sediment/surrounding soil and that of other samples were all obtuse angles.In conclusion,although the dioxins of bottom sediment and surrounding soil are obvious,the dioxins of adult crabs are mainly related to that of the juvenile crabs and feed.At present,the intake of dioxins from Chinese mitten crab by Chinese residents is at a safe level because of low annual consumption.It is recommended that adults limit their weekly crab consumption to 1–4 crabs,or only 23.1–105 g of crab brown meat per week,or solely 435–1242 g of crab white meat per week. 展开更多

The aim of this study is to evaluate the nutritional quality and protein composition differences of Chinese mitten crabs from two production areas,Chongming in Shanghai(CM)and Taixing in Jiangsu(TX),as well as the effects of three different heating times of 15 min(15M),20 min(20M),and 25 min(25M)on their protein degradation characteristics in vitro.The analysis of nutritional quality showed that the CM group had better amino acid composition than the TX group,and the random coil content of the CM group was lower than that of the TX group,resulting in a more stable protein structure in the CM group.The digestion characteristics of 15M reached the best among the three groups,as prolonged heating can disrupt protein structure and cause aggregation,resulting in fewer enzyme cleavage sites and poorer digestion characteristics.In terms of microstructure observation,CM has smaller protein particles than TX group,and in other similar digestive characteristics,the particle size is smaller.Therefore,a heating time of 15 min can improve the digestion characteristics of Chinese mitten crab meat,and the CM group has better nutritional quality and digestion characteristics than the TX group. 展开更多

中华绒螯蟹(Eriocheir sinensis)的头胸甲形态在同一物种的不同个体之间表现出明显差异,这一特征可作为产地溯源和个体识别的重要依据。其中,头胸甲关键点的精准检测是实现个体识别与表型分析等任务的基础环节。然而,传统的人工检测方... 中华绒螯蟹(Eriocheir sinensis)的头胸甲形态在同一物种的不同个体之间表现出明显差异,这一特征可作为产地溯源和个体识别的重要依据。其中,头胸甲关键点的精准检测是实现个体识别与表型分析等任务的基础环节。然而,传统的人工检测方法依赖经验性判断,存在效率低、重复性差等问题,难以满足规模化水产处理的实际需求。为此,该研究提出了一种基于YOLO-FMC-pose的中华绒螯蟹头胸甲关键点自动检测方法,以实现高精度、自动化的特征提取。首先,构建了一个包含大量中华绒螯蟹头胸甲图像的自建数据集,并选取具有代表性的35个地标关键点进行精确标注,同时通过数据增强提升模型的训练效果。其次,该研究基于改进的YOLO11n-pose框架设计了中华绒螯蟹头胸甲关键点检测模型YOLO-FMC-pose。模型中引入了融合频率动态卷积(FDConv)的C3K2FD模块、混合聚合网络(MANet)模块以及CBAM注意力机制,从频域响应、特征融合与空间关注等层面对结构进行了优化。结果表明,所提出的YOLO-FMC-pose模型在关键点检测精度方面均优于现有主流方法,准确率、召回率、mAP0.5和m AP0.5:0.95分别为97.98%、97.00%、98.27%和73.28%,相较于原始YOLO11n-pose,准确率、召回率、mAP0.5和mAP0.5:0.95分别提高了3.33、2.33、2.94和13.08个百分点,标准化平均误差(normalized mean error,NME)降低至3.835%,单帧图片推理时间为7.5 ms,具备良好的实际应用潜力。该研究为中华绒螯蟹的个体智能识别、产地溯源与防伪管控提供了关键技术支撑,也为水产品精细化特征检测提供了路径。 展开更多

本研究选取阳澄湖、洪泽湖、高邮湖及长荡湖的大闸蟹样本,结合传统检测与多组学技术,系统分析其在基础营养成分、脂肪酸、氨基酸、稳定同位素、脂质组学及代谢组学的湖域特异性。研究结果表明,不同湖域的大闸蟹在各项品质上均表现出显... 本研究选取阳澄湖、洪泽湖、高邮湖及长荡湖的大闸蟹样本,结合传统检测与多组学技术,系统分析其在基础营养成分、脂肪酸、氨基酸、稳定同位素、脂质组学及代谢组学的湖域特异性。研究结果表明,不同湖域的大闸蟹在各项品质上均表现出显著差异。在脂肪酸组成方面,阳澄湖大闸蟹中ω-3系列多不饱和脂肪酸含量显著高于其他湖域;长荡湖大闸蟹的亚油酸含量则是其他湖域的2~3倍。氨基酸分析结果显示,长荡湖大闸蟹蟹肉的总氨基酸及必需氨基酸含量显著高于洪泽湖和高邮湖;稳定同位素分析进一步揭示,蟹壳δ13C在不同湖域中具有显著差异,这一指标可作为大闸蟹产地溯源的重要依据;此外,脂质组学分析表明,雄、雌蟹在脂类组成上存在显著差异,雄蟹蟹肉中共鉴定出244种差异脂类物质,而雌蟹蟹肉中则包含260种差异脂类物质,主要包括鞘脂类、甘油脂类及甘油磷脂类物质,这些特征性成分有助于进行产地判别。代谢组学分析也显示,不同湖域的大闸蟹可以通过差异化的代谢物进行区分,本研究共鉴定了13类差异代谢物,其中主要包括游离氨基酸20种、有机酸14种、醇类7种、醛类7种以及脂肪酸6种等。综上所述,本研究通过综合分析大闸蟹的多维品质特征,可为大闸蟹的品质评价、产地溯源及产业高质量发展提供科学依据。 展开更多

为研究大闸蟹围网养殖模式下对温室气体氧化亚氮(N2O)排放的影响机制,以江苏省阳澄湖东部大闸蟹围网养殖区为研究对象,于2024年10月(养殖期)和2025年3月(非养殖期)选择大闸蟹养殖区、排水区以及非养殖区,采用顶空平衡法进行水-气界面... 为研究大闸蟹围网养殖模式下对温室气体氧化亚氮(N2O)排放的影响机制,以江苏省阳澄湖东部大闸蟹围网养殖区为研究对象,于2024年10月(养殖期)和2025年3月(非养殖期)选择大闸蟹养殖区、排水区以及非养殖区,采用顶空平衡法进行水-气界面N2O浓度和扩散通量的观测,并同步测定了表层水和沉积物的理化性质.结果表明,在养殖期大闸蟹养殖区N2O的浓度和通量分别为13.46~14.76nmol/L和9.89~14.61μg/(m2·h),整体表现为N2O的排放源,显著高于非养殖区.排水区作为尾水的公共排放区,在非养殖期出现N2O浓度和排放通量的最高值,表明排水区是一个值得关注的重要释放“源”.N2O浓度和排放通量与硝化AOB amoA基因,反硝化nirS基因呈现显著正相关(P<0.05),与N2O还原nosZ基因呈现显著负相关(P<0.05),表明硝化-反硝化作用显著促进了N2O排放.N2O排放和pH值、溶解氧呈现出显著负相关(P<0.05),而与水体中的碳氮等有机物质呈现出显著正相关(P<0.05).本研究揭示了大闸蟹围网养殖模式对N2O排放的影响机制,为淡水水产养殖温室气体减排和生态环境管理提供了科学依据. 展开更多

优质、适配的水质条件是中华绒螯蟹健康生长的核心要素。为科学评估中华绒螯蟹养殖池塘水质状况,本研究于2024年对上海市崇明区典型中华绒螯蟹成蟹养殖池塘的水质进行了系统的分析与评价,重点考察了总磷(TP)、氨氮(NH4+-N)、总氮(... 优质、适配的水质条件是中华绒螯蟹健康生长的核心要素。为科学评估中华绒螯蟹养殖池塘水质状况,本研究于2024年对上海市崇明区典型中华绒螯蟹成蟹养殖池塘的水质进行了系统的分析与评价,重点考察了总磷(TP)、氨氮(NH4+-N)、总氮(TN)、高锰酸盐指数(CODMn)及叶绿素a(Chl-a)等关键指标。结果表明,与上海市地方标准DB 31/1405—2023《水产养殖尾水排放标准》相比,崇明区中华绒螯蟹成蟹养殖池塘水体中TP仅在9月有8.3%的池塘超标;NH4+-N仅在10月有8.3%的池塘超标;TN仅在10月有16.7%的池塘超标;悬浮颗粒物(SS)在3—10月的超标池塘占比依次为75%、33.3%、50%、100%、8.3%、100%、100%和25.0%。基于水产养殖尾水排放标准的内梅罗综合指数评价结果表明,3、4、5、6、8、9和10月,水质超过标准的池塘占比分别为50%、16.7%、25%、66.7%、100%、100%和16.7%。综合水质指数(WQI)评估结果显示,3、6和7月水质评价等级为一般与中等;4和5月涵盖差、一般、中等;8—10月为差与一般。在池塘营养状态方面,3和6月为富营养化;4、5、7和9月兼具富营养化与重富营养化;8月全为重富营养化;10月呈现富营养化、重富营养化与极重富营养化。富营养化评价表明,8—10月崇明成蟹养殖池塘发生富营养化的风险较高。综上,上海市崇明区中华绒螯蟹成蟹养殖后期,池塘水体不仅面临富营养化加剧的风险,还存在SS浓度超过尾水排放标准的情况。因此,亟须推广生态健康养殖模式,以实现产业的绿色可持续发展。 展开更多

针对现有河蟹养殖无人船所采用的转盘式抛料装置,易受饲料特性、装置结构参数的影响,导致抛料均匀性不足问题,本研究以转盘式抛料装置为研究对象,聚焦玉米及颗粒饲料的抛料均匀性,采用适配颗粒型饲料的Hertz-Mindlin(no slip)接触模型构... 针对现有河蟹养殖无人船所采用的转盘式抛料装置,易受饲料特性、装置结构参数的影响,导致抛料均匀性不足问题,本研究以转盘式抛料装置为研究对象,聚焦玉米及颗粒饲料的抛料均匀性,采用适配颗粒型饲料的Hertz-Mindlin(no slip)接触模型构建EDEM离散元仿真模型,系统分析抛盘折弯角、电机转速、进料口位置3个关键因素对横向抛料均匀性变异系数的影响,明确各因素的主次关系;进一步设计三因素三水平正交试验,探究因素间的交互作用并筛选最优参数组合;最后搭建样机开展抛料验证试验。结果显示:EDEM-Hertz-Mindlin(no slip)仿真模型的预测值与试验实测值的变异系数相对误差小于8%,模型准确性良好;影响抛料均匀性的关键参数最优范围为:进料口与X轴夹角135°~150°、抛盘折弯角25°~40°、电机转速1 200~1 400 r/min,在此参数下抛料均匀性变异系数降至12%以下。本研究建立的仿真与试验方法可为河蟹养殖无人船转盘式抛料装置的优化设计提供技术支撑,助力河蟹养殖业的智能化升级。 展开更多

To reveal the evolutionary relationship of three mitten crabs(Eriocheir sinensis,E.hepuensis,and E.japonica),complete mitogenomes and nuclear 5S rDNA sequences were analyzed.Sequencing revealed that the mitogenomes analyzed shared conserved organization of the coding and non-coding regions but genetic variation was identified.Among the three mitten crabs distinct tandem repeats were identified in the mitochondrial D-loop region.The 5S gene(5S rDNA)sequence was highly conserved across the three species,whereas non-transcribed spacer(NTS)region exhibit high levels of variation including insertions,deletions and point mutations.Cluster analysis suggested that the three mitten crabs had their own independent 5S rDNA sequence variation and evolutionary pattern.Both mitogenome and 5S rDNA sequence analysis revealed significant genetic variation across the mitten crabs species.Phylogenetic analysis using mitogenome and 5S rDNA sequences demonstrated that E.japonica was relatively more distant from E.sinensis and E.hepuensis.This study extended our previous knowledge and confirmed that the three mitten crabs are likely to be genetically differentiated species.In addition,our study also provided insights into the conservation of pure natural resources of E.sinensis,an important aquaculture species. 展开更多

为系统评估不同来源中华绒螯蟹(Eriocheir sinensis)早熟品种(品系)在成蟹养殖阶段的表现,以申江1号、光合1号、未选育辽蟹和“北繁南养”品系为对象开展养殖实验,并对平均体质量、生殖蜕壳、组织系数、成活率及产量等关键指标进行对比... 为系统评估不同来源中华绒螯蟹(Eriocheir sinensis)早熟品种(品系)在成蟹养殖阶段的表现,以申江1号、光合1号、未选育辽蟹和“北繁南养”品系为对象开展养殖实验,并对平均体质量、生殖蜕壳、组织系数、成活率及产量等关键指标进行对比分析。实验结果表明:(1)就生长性能而言,申江1号雌、雄个体在成蟹养殖中后期(7月和9月)的平均体质量均显著高于未选育辽蟹(P<0.05),光合1号和“北繁南养”品系平均体质量居于两者之间。(2)生殖蜕壳和性腺发育方面,未选育辽蟹雌、雄个体在各采样时间点的生殖蜕壳比例和性腺指数(Gonadosomatic index,GSI)均为最高,其中8月10日和8月25日时未选育辽蟹生殖蜕壳比例显著高于申江1号和光合1号个体,10月28日时未选育辽蟹GSI显著高于光合1号个体(P<0.05)。(3)养殖效果方面,未选育辽蟹雄体成活率显著低于申江1号和“北繁南养”品系,且未选育辽蟹雄体单产显著较低(P<0.05)。综上,申江1号在体质量、大规格成蟹所占比例及最终产量方面均优于另外3组成蟹,但其生殖蜕壳比例及性腺发育速度略低于未选育辽蟹,故不同地区在成蟹养殖中可根据实际生产需求选用合适的中华绒螯蟹早熟品种(品系)。 展开更多

[目的/意义]河蟹质量的精准估测对于河蟹精准化养殖具有重要的意义,但是传统的河蟹质量人工测量效率低且易损伤蟹体,面向河蟹水下原位质量估测方法研究非常缺乏。为此研究开发高效无损的河蟹水下原位质量估测方法。[方法]基于双目视觉建立融合关键点检测与三维测量的质量估测方法,克服现有三维重建技术在水下动态场景中关键点定位精度不足的瓶颈,进而实现河蟹水下原位质量精准估测。首先,改进YOLOv11框架,通过将MBConv模块与EffectiveSE注意力机制融合重构C3K2特征提取模块,并引入空间动态特征融合机制表面细节融合模块,构建适应养殖水体浑浊环境的河蟹目标检测模型;其次,建立关键点检测匹配算法替代传统全局立体匹配,结合三角测量原理实现甲壳三维参数精准测量;最后,构建双层反向传播神经网络,融合甲壳形态参数与性别特征进行质量回归预测。[结果和讨论]改进后的目标检测模型在交并比为0.5的平均精度均值(Mean Aver⁃age Precision,mAP)达97.2%,关键点检测精度mAP50达96.7%;河蟹甲壳三维测量平均绝对百分比误差(Mean Absolute Percentage Error,MAPE)仅为2.68%;系统整体质量预测MAPE为7.1%。[结论]建立的非接触式测量方法能够实现水下河蟹形态参数的精准获取与质量估测,为河蟹养殖智能化监测提供了关键技术参数,具有重要的理论和应用价值。 展开更多
