Using abundant saline water for electrolysis,rather than limited freshwater,presents a promising technique for generating clean hydrogen energy.However,high concentration of corrosive chloride ions in saline water pos...Using abundant saline water for electrolysis,rather than limited freshwater,presents a promising technique for generating clean hydrogen energy.However,high concentration of corrosive chloride ions in saline water poses a great challenge in the stability of anode.In this study,we present a straightforward strategy to protect the anode from corrosion by patching the catalyst layer through a treatment of the anode with a sodium sulfide(Na2S) solution followed by electrochemical activation.The rapid sulfurization of the Ni electrode in Na2S results in the formation of a Na2S layer,which can subsequently be converted to NiOOH upon electrochemical activation,thereby shielding the inner Ni electrode from corrosion.The as-prepared electrode (P-NiFe-LDH/Ni) based on the strategy demonstrated stability over 3,500 h at an industrial current density of 0.5 A cm-2in a 0.5 M NaCl and 1 M KOH solution.This study presents an effective strategy to significantly enhance the stability of anodes for saline water electrolysis by effectively patching the cracks in the catalyst layer.展开更多
Objective:To evaluate the intervention effect of childlike nursing combined with Chinese herbal patching on pediatric bronchopneumonia.Methods:1036 children with bronchopneumonia(one family member included for each ch...Objective:To evaluate the intervention effect of childlike nursing combined with Chinese herbal patching on pediatric bronchopneumonia.Methods:1036 children with bronchopneumonia(one family member included for each child)who were admitted to the hospital between January 2024 and June 2024 were selected and randomly divided into two groups using a random number table.The combined group received childlike nursing combined with Chinese herbal patching,while the control group received routine nursing.Symptom recovery time,treatment compliance,inflammatory factor levels,quality of life of the children,and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The symptom recovery time in the combined group was shorter than that in the control group,treatment compliance was higher,inflammatory factor levels after intervention were lower,quality of life scores of the children were lower,and family satisfaction was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of childlike nursing combined with Chinese herbal patching for children with bronchopneumonia can shorten their symptom recovery time,significantly improve treatment compliance and quality of life,reduce inflammatory reactions,and achieve high satisfaction among family members.展开更多

In the plateau cold region of China,the highway maintenance line is long,the maintenance fund is insufficient,the annual average temperature is low,the air is thin,the temperature difference between day and night is l...In the plateau cold region of China,the highway maintenance line is long,the maintenance fund is insufficient,the annual average temperature is low,the air is thin,the temperature difference between day and night is large,and the freezing and thawing cycle is frequent and intense.These conditions lead to the poor highway maintenance in the cold region of the plateau.At present,cold patching materials are commonly used for daily maintenance in the plateau cold region.Due to the lowtemperature construction environment in the plateau cold region,the moisture of cold patching materials after demulsification is not easy to evaporate,the compaction effect is weak,re-freezing and thawing easily occur after the temperature rises,and the maintenance quality is low.In order to avoid the restriction of season and weather on highway maintenance in plateau cold areas and to solve the problem of poor maintenance and construction quality of cold patching materials in plateau cold areas in low temperature environment,this paper proposes a scheme of heating emulsified asphalt cold patching materials to a certain temperature and then constructing it,and designs a heating and stirring system,a constant temperature control system,a control system circuit and other parts according to the scheme requirements,finally completing the overall design of the heating and stirring device.Then,working parameters such as stirring motor power 2 kW and stirring speed 30 r/min are determined through theoretical calculation.To verify that the design is reasonable,we established a 3D model of the heating device by using ANSYS CFX fluid analysis software.Simulation analysis was carried out on the heating device,and the design parameters were optimized.On the basis of optimized parameters,production equipment of heating device prototype,and prototype field experiment,field experiment results show that the simulation and experimental results are in good fit and that the design parameters are reasonable.The results of this study can serve as a reference for highway maintenance in cold highlands.展开更多

Performance of the whole system can be improved by using patching stream to transmit anterior part of the suffix that had been played back, and by batching all the demands for the suffix arrived in prefix period and patching stream transmission threshold period. AIM:To compare the efficacies of patching and penalization therapies for the treatment of amblyopia patients.METHODS:The records of 64 eyes of 50 patients 7 to16y of age who had presented to our clinics with a diagnos...AIM:To compare the efficacies of patching and penalization therapies for the treatment of amblyopia patients.METHODS:The records of 64 eyes of 50 patients 7 to16y of age who had presented to our clinics with a diagnosis of amblyopia,were evaluated retrospectively.Forty eyes of 26 patients who had received patching therapy and 24 eyes of 24 patients who had received penalization therapy included in this study.The latencies and amplitudes of visual evoked potential(VEP)records and best corrected visual acuities(BCVA)of these two groups were compared before and six months after the treatment.RESULTS:In both patching and the penalization groups,the visual acuities increased significantly following the treatments(P【0.05).The latency measurements of the P100 wave obtained at 1.0°,15 arc min.Patterns of both groups significantly decreased following the 6-months-treatment.However,the amplitude measurements increased(P【0.05).CONCLUSION:The patching and the penalization methods,which are the main methods used in the treatment of amblyopia,were also effective over the age of 7y,which has been accepted as the critical age for the treatment of amblyopia.展开更多

The optimal patching time can be computed in the patching script development and operational costs in fix. The authors present two case studies using the Nimda worm vulnerability in Microsoft Internet Information Services web server and the bug report of the Debian project. Flow correlation is a key technique for deanonymization attacks on Tor,while Tor can be used to achieve anonymous communication between Internet of Things(IoT)nodes in edge intelligence.Recent works treat flows as tim...Flow correlation is a key technique for deanonymization attacks on Tor,while Tor can be used to achieve anonymous communication between Internet of Things(IoT)nodes in edge intelligence.Recent works treat flows as time series and use Convolutional Neural Network(CNN)to extract flow embeddings to improve the effectiveness of flow correlation attacks.However,unlike the consistent time intervals of data points in general time series,the arrival time intervals between flow packets are unequal,so the flow embeddings extracted are temporal inconsistent,which affects the effectiveness of flow correlation attacks.To address this challenge,we propose enhanced Flow Correlation attacks on Tor using Patching and Contrastive Learning(FlowCoPCL).First,FlowCoPCL uses a time-based patching mechanism to split the flow into patches of the same duration.The patch embeddings are extracted as the input of the CNN model to ensure the temporal consistency of the flow embeddings.Second,FlowCoPCL adapts the contrastive learning framework SimCLR to train the feature embedding networks,which enables the model to learn flow embeddings efficiently.The experimental results demonstrate that FlowCoPCL significantly outperforms existing flow correlation attacks on Tor,achieving over 99%True Positive Rate(TPR)at 10-5False Positive Rate(FPR).Additionally,FlowCoPCL shows the robustness against website fingerprinting defenses.展开更多
The alpine grassland vegetation on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau is composed of plant patches in varied sizes.It remains uncertain whether vegetation recovery following grazing exclusion(GE)in degraded grasslands is drive...The alpine grassland vegetation on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau is composed of plant patches in varied sizes.It remains uncertain whether vegetation recovery following grazing exclusion(GE)in degraded grasslands is driven by increases in patches number(NP),patch size(PS),or both.We based our predictions on two hypotheses:GE intensifies plant competition,and facilitation prevails near patches while competition prevails in interpatch spaces.We predicted that the NP would remain stable or decrease and PS would increase under GE treatment.To evaluate these predictions,we conducted a study in six lightly degraded alpine grasslands under free grazing(FG)conditions in Bangor County,Xizang Autonomous Region,China,with corresponding GE treatments using transects in 2017 and 2018.Results revealed that four sites in 2017 and five sites in 2018 had reduced NP and increased PS,with probabilities of 0.033(2017)and 0.004(2018),respectively,and a joint probability of 0.0001 under the null hypothesis that GE does not affect NP or PS.The NP reduction was solely due to the decrease in small patch sizes.An increase in PS was common across species,and a predominant tendency for NP reduction was observed among species across the sites.The overall changes in NP and PS were primarily driven by the three most abundant species(contributing more than 60%in both years),rather than by shifts in floristic composition.Our findings highlight that vegetation recovery in Bangor alpine steppes following GE relies solely on the expansion of existing patches rather than the recruitment of new ones in interpatch gaps.We recommend prioritizing growth-promoting measures,such as nutrient or water management,over seed addition when assisting with GE for restoring lightly degraded grasslands.展开更多
The enzyme activity of redox-related selenoproteins is impaired post-tissue injury or inflammation,exacerbating oxidative stress and apoptosis.In this study,we present a strategy using selenotrisulfide(STS)to enhance ...The enzyme activity of redox-related selenoproteins is impaired post-tissue injury or inflammation,exacerbating oxidative stress and apoptosis.In this study,we present a strategy using selenotrisulfide(STS)to enhance the selenium content and restore selenoprotein-like activity in vivo via thiol-exchange reactions.The exact mass-to-charge ratio(m/z)change was observed at cysteine residue sites by liquid chromatography-mass spectroscopy(LC-MS),demonstrating the feasibility of the thiol-exchange reaction and the modification of selenium with proteins.Compared to the traditional selenium sources such as sodium selenite(Na2SeO3),L-selenomethionine(SeMet)and L-selenocysteine((Sec)2),STS exhibited superior antioxidative and therapeutic efficacy by augmenting selenium levels and oxidoreductase-like activities in vitro and in vivo.Proteomic analysis revealed that STS could better improve myocardial contraction and regulate glucolipid metabolism to enhance energy supply and cardiac repair.Furthermore,the core-shell nanofibrous ZPB@STS patch significantly contributed to lower inflammatory response,less cell death and collagen deposition,and stronger cardiac contraction through the cooperative interaction of selenium-regulation from STS and mechanical support from the elastomeric polyurethane fibrous patch.展开更多
Root exudation-related traits are crucial for a plant acquiring spatially heterogeneous soil phosphorus(P)resources.Integrating root exudation traits into root trait networks reveals plant foraging strategies and trai...Root exudation-related traits are crucial for a plant acquiring spatially heterogeneous soil phosphorus(P)resources.Integrating root exudation traits into root trait networks reveals plant foraging strategies and trait coordination in P-rich patches,thereby providing deeper insights into the adaptation mechanisms employed by species.We constructed root trait networks for seventeen AM-associated tree species from a subtropical evergreen broad-leaved forest,aiming to analyze the regulatory mechanisms of P patch availability on plant belowground strategies by incorporating root exudation traits,mycorrhizal traits,and traditional absorptive root traits.Results showed that the carbon release rate of general root exudates(RE)and root acid phosphatase activity exhibited significant interspecific variations and were accordingly assigned to the exploration and the chemical traits modules,respectively.P addition reduced the connectivity of the trait network(lowering edge density and average path length)and increased modularity,thereby indicating a shift from a highly integrated collaborative strategy to a more flexible modular strategy in plants.Notably,most traits did not show systematic responses across species to P addition,except for RE,which decreased significantly in P-rich patches.This divergency in trait responses shows that co-existing tree species adopt diverse P acquisition strategies.This study elucidates the belowground responses of plants to P heterogeneity by demonstrating the reorganization of root trait networks and the functional differentiation of exudation traits,offering a novel trait-modularity perspective on species coexistence in subtropical forests.展开更多
The implementation of multifunctional metasurfaces through loading diodes has extremely high costs,while increasing the number of channels in the element through polarization multiplexing technology is limited.This pa...The implementation of multifunctional metasurfaces through loading diodes has extremely high costs,while increasing the number of channels in the element through polarization multiplexing technology is limited.This paper proposes a dual-band five-channel(DBFC)1-bit surface,which expands the polarization independent(PD)channels through rotating array.The polarization-independent metasurface element consists of three layers of metal,with the top layer comprising three rectangular patches oriented in the x-direction,the middle layer featuring a Jerusalem cross structure with accompanying resonators,and the bottom layer being a metal ground plane.The middle layer element can easily independently provide the required 1-bit reflection phases for two orthogonal polarizations in every frequency.The rectangular patches in the x-direction on the top layer do not contribute to the phase of y-polarization.By rotating the upper layer dielectric array 90°,the rectangular patches change to the y-direction.Under y-polarized illumination,the current distribution in the middle layer is shielded,providing a fifth set of polarization independent phases.The proposed 1-bit DBFC metasurface array has advantages in terms of structure and cost,while enhancing the utilization rate of the metasurface array.It has high application potential in microwave imaging,wireless power transmission,and other projects.展开更多
现有光伏功率预测方法中,存在大多使用单点映射未能充分挖掘数据中蕴含的局部时序模式、未能深入探究时间数据对光伏出力的全局指导作用和未考虑普遍存在的数据漂移现象对模型的影响等问题,导致模型预测精度不高、鲁棒性不强。针对上述...现有光伏功率预测方法中,存在大多使用单点映射未能充分挖掘数据中蕴含的局部时序模式、未能深入探究时间数据对光伏出力的全局指导作用和未考虑普遍存在的数据漂移现象对模型的影响等问题,导致模型预测精度不高、鲁棒性不强。针对上述问题,提出一种基于改进PatchTST(patch time series transformer)模型的超短期光伏功率预测方法。利用粗糙集既能考虑特征与标签的关系又能考虑特征间耦合关系的特点,进行特征降维,保留决策信息;使用改进通道独立机制的PatchTST模型,提取局部时序模式的同时,捕捉气象要素和光伏出力间的复杂映射关系;此外,使用GLAFF(global-local attention fusion framework)插件获取时间数据中的全局指导信息;使用自适应的权重分配机制动态调整局部信息和全局信息的比例,以缓解数据漂移对模型性能的负面影响。使用内蒙古和澳大利亚两光伏电站的实测数据集进行实验验证,结果表明,所提模型在预测精度和鲁棒性方面具有优势。展开更多
The freemium pricing model has become mainstream in the software industry.A large user base can induce positive network effects while expanding security risks associated with unpatched users.This study explores a two-...The freemium pricing model has become mainstream in the software industry.A large user base can induce positive network effects while expanding security risks associated with unpatched users.This study explores a two-stage decision problem faced by software vendors that involves a freemium versioning strategy and a subsequent security-patching strategy when taking both the positive network externality and negative security externality into consideration.It is noteworthy that a joint effect of the two externalities on the vendor’s management decisions exists.First,we analytically derive three patching strategies for the vendor:PS1(rebates all users),PS2(rebates only freeware users),and PS3(rebates no users).Our results indicate that,if the strength of the positive network externality is relatively low,the optimal security-patching strategy will be significantly affected by the negative security externality.Specifically,when the intensity of the negative security externality is low,the vendor’s optimal patching strategy will be PS1.However,with the increase in the negative security externality,the optimal patching strategy changes to PS2 and then to PS3,whereas the strategy spaces of PS1 and PS2 decrease in the positive network externality to zero.Nevertheless,if the strength of the positive network externality is relatively high,the vendor is better off selecting PS1 when the negative security externality is low.However,when the negative security externality is high,PS3 is optimal.Furthermore,based on optimal patching strategies,we reveal the optimal conditions required for the vendor to adopt the freemium model compared with commercial only.Of interest,we find that the vendor adopting the freemium version is also influenced by the interaction of the two externalities.Finally,through numerical experiments,we find that the vendor and social planner’s interests can be aligned under certain conditions.However,this is not always the case.展开更多
Microneedles(MNs)have been extensively investigated for transdermal delivery of large-sized drugs,including proteins,nucleic acids,and even extracellular vesicles(EVs).However,for their sufficient skin penetration,con...Microneedles(MNs)have been extensively investigated for transdermal delivery of large-sized drugs,including proteins,nucleic acids,and even extracellular vesicles(EVs).However,for their sufficient skin penetration,conventional MNs employ long needles(≥600μm),leading to pain and skin irritation.Moreover,it is critical to stably apply MNs against complex skin surfaces for uniform nanoscale drug delivery.Herein,a dually amplified transdermal patch(MN@EV/SC)is developed as the stem cell-derived EV delivery platform by hierarchically integrating an octopusinspired suction cup(SC)with short MNs(≤300μm).While leveraging the suction effect to induce nanoscale deformation of the stratum corneum,MN@EV/SC minimizes skin damage and enhances the adhesion of MNs,allowing EV to penetrate deeper into the dermis.When MNs of various lengths are applied to mouse skin,the short MNs can elicit comparable corticosterone release to chemical adhesives,whereas long MNs induce a prompt stress response.MN@EV/SC can achieve a remarkable penetration depth(290μm)for EV,compared to that of MN alone(111μm).Consequently,MN@EV/SC facilitates the revitalization of fibroblasts and enhances collagen synthesis in middle-aged mice.Overall,MN@EV/SC exhibits the potential for skin regeneration by modulating the dermal microenvironment and ensuring patient comfort.展开更多

摘要AIM:To compare the efficacies of patching and penalization therapies for the treatment of amblyopia patients.METHODS:The records of 64 eyes of 50 patients 7 to16y of age who had presented to our clinics with a diagnosis of amblyopia,were evaluated retrospectively.Forty eyes of 26 patients who had received patching therapy and 24 eyes of 24 patients who had received penalization therapy included in this study.The latencies and amplitudes of visual evoked potential(VEP)records and best corrected visual acuities(BCVA)of these two groups were compared before and six months after the treatment.RESULTS:In both patching and the penalization groups,the visual acuities increased significantly following the treatments(P【0.05).The latency measurements of the P100 wave obtained at 1.0°,15 arc min.Patterns of both groups significantly decreased following the 6-months-treatment.However,the amplitude measurements increased(P【0.05).CONCLUSION:The patching and the penalization methods,which are the main methods used in the treatment of amblyopia,were also effective over the age of 7y,which has been accepted as the critical age for the treatment of amblyopia.
摘要Background:Patching an eye for a period of 2 hours results in a period of plasticity where inter-ocular balance shifts in favor of the patched eye.Acetylcholine has been shown to improve visual function and augment adult neural plasticity.Here we evaluate whether administering the cholinesterase inhibitor donepezil enhances the magnitude or duration of the patching induced shift in ocular balance.Methods:We used a double-blind drug treatment design to test the effect of donepezil and patching on the shift in ocular balance.We used a well-known binocular phase combination task to measure ocular balance before and after treatment.Results:Our results demonstrate that donepezil does not enhance,and may actually reduce the magnitude and duration of the patching-induced shift in ocular balance.Conclusions:Patching induced adult neural plasticity does not appear to be modulated by the cholinergic system,however,increased dose or longer drug administration periods may yield significant results.Future studies on binocular rivalry are in the pipeline.
摘要New bugs and vulnerabilities are discovered and reported from time to time even after software products are released. One of the common ways to handle these bugs is to patch the software. In this paper, the authors propose a stochastic model for optimizing the patching time for software bugs and vulnerabilities. The optimal patching time can be computed in the patching script development and operational costs in fix. The authors present two case studies using the Nimda worm vulnerability in Microsoft Internet Information Services web server and the bug report of the Debian project. These studies indicate that the patch applications are later than their optimal fix time.

摘要Flow correlation is a key technique for deanonymization attacks on Tor,while Tor can be used to achieve anonymous communication between Internet of Things(IoT)nodes in edge intelligence.Recent works treat flows as time series and use Convolutional Neural Network(CNN)to extract flow embeddings to improve the effectiveness of flow correlation attacks.However,unlike the consistent time intervals of data points in general time series,the arrival time intervals between flow packets are unequal,so the flow embeddings extracted are temporal inconsistent,which affects the effectiveness of flow correlation attacks.To address this challenge,we propose enhanced Flow Correlation attacks on Tor using Patching and Contrastive Learning(FlowCoPCL).First,FlowCoPCL uses a time-based patching mechanism to split the flow into patches of the same duration.The patch embeddings are extracted as the input of the CNN model to ensure the temporal consistency of the flow embeddings.Second,FlowCoPCL adapts the contrastive learning framework SimCLR to train the feature embedding networks,which enables the model to learn flow embeddings efficiently.The experimental results demonstrate that FlowCoPCL significantly outperforms existing flow correlation attacks on Tor,achieving over 99%True Positive Rate(TPR)at 10-5False Positive Rate(FPR).Additionally,FlowCoPCL shows the robustness against website fingerprinting defenses.

摘要The alpine grassland vegetation on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau is composed of plant patches in varied sizes.It remains uncertain whether vegetation recovery following grazing exclusion(GE)in degraded grasslands is driven by increases in patches number(NP),patch size(PS),or both.We based our predictions on two hypotheses:GE intensifies plant competition,and facilitation prevails near patches while competition prevails in interpatch spaces.We predicted that the NP would remain stable or decrease and PS would increase under GE treatment.To evaluate these predictions,we conducted a study in six lightly degraded alpine grasslands under free grazing(FG)conditions in Bangor County,Xizang Autonomous Region,China,with corresponding GE treatments using transects in 2017 and 2018.Results revealed that four sites in 2017 and five sites in 2018 had reduced NP and increased PS,with probabilities of 0.033(2017)and 0.004(2018),respectively,and a joint probability of 0.0001 under the null hypothesis that GE does not affect NP or PS.The NP reduction was solely due to the decrease in small patch sizes.An increase in PS was common across species,and a predominant tendency for NP reduction was observed among species across the sites.The overall changes in NP and PS were primarily driven by the three most abundant species(contributing more than 60%in both years),rather than by shifts in floristic composition.Our findings highlight that vegetation recovery in Bangor alpine steppes following GE relies solely on the expansion of existing patches rather than the recruitment of new ones in interpatch gaps.We recommend prioritizing growth-promoting measures,such as nutrient or water management,over seed addition when assisting with GE for restoring lightly degraded grasslands.

摘要The enzyme activity of redox-related selenoproteins is impaired post-tissue injury or inflammation,exacerbating oxidative stress and apoptosis.In this study,we present a strategy using selenotrisulfide(STS)to enhance the selenium content and restore selenoprotein-like activity in vivo via thiol-exchange reactions.The exact mass-to-charge ratio(m/z)change was observed at cysteine residue sites by liquid chromatography-mass spectroscopy(LC-MS),demonstrating the feasibility of the thiol-exchange reaction and the modification of selenium with proteins.Compared to the traditional selenium sources such as sodium selenite(Na2SeO3),L-selenomethionine(SeMet)and L-selenocysteine((Sec)2),STS exhibited superior antioxidative and therapeutic efficacy by augmenting selenium levels and oxidoreductase-like activities in vitro and in vivo.Proteomic analysis revealed that STS could better improve myocardial contraction and regulate glucolipid metabolism to enhance energy supply and cardiac repair.Furthermore,the core-shell nanofibrous ZPB@STS patch significantly contributed to lower inflammatory response,less cell death and collagen deposition,and stronger cardiac contraction through the cooperative interaction of selenium-regulation from STS and mechanical support from the elastomeric polyurethane fibrous patch.

摘要Root exudation-related traits are crucial for a plant acquiring spatially heterogeneous soil phosphorus(P)resources.Integrating root exudation traits into root trait networks reveals plant foraging strategies and trait coordination in P-rich patches,thereby providing deeper insights into the adaptation mechanisms employed by species.We constructed root trait networks for seventeen AM-associated tree species from a subtropical evergreen broad-leaved forest,aiming to analyze the regulatory mechanisms of P patch availability on plant belowground strategies by incorporating root exudation traits,mycorrhizal traits,and traditional absorptive root traits.Results showed that the carbon release rate of general root exudates(RE)and root acid phosphatase activity exhibited significant interspecific variations and were accordingly assigned to the exploration and the chemical traits modules,respectively.P addition reduced the connectivity of the trait network(lowering edge density and average path length)and increased modularity,thereby indicating a shift from a highly integrated collaborative strategy to a more flexible modular strategy in plants.Notably,most traits did not show systematic responses across species to P addition,except for RE,which decreased significantly in P-rich patches.This divergency in trait responses shows that co-existing tree species adopt diverse P acquisition strategies.This study elucidates the belowground responses of plants to P heterogeneity by demonstrating the reorganization of root trait networks and the functional differentiation of exudation traits,offering a novel trait-modularity perspective on species coexistence in subtropical forests.
摘要The implementation of multifunctional metasurfaces through loading diodes has extremely high costs,while increasing the number of channels in the element through polarization multiplexing technology is limited.This paper proposes a dual-band five-channel(DBFC)1-bit surface,which expands the polarization independent(PD)channels through rotating array.The polarization-independent metasurface element consists of three layers of metal,with the top layer comprising three rectangular patches oriented in the x-direction,the middle layer featuring a Jerusalem cross structure with accompanying resonators,and the bottom layer being a metal ground plane.The middle layer element can easily independently provide the required 1-bit reflection phases for two orthogonal polarizations in every frequency.The rectangular patches in the x-direction on the top layer do not contribute to the phase of y-polarization.By rotating the upper layer dielectric array 90°,the rectangular patches change to the y-direction.Under y-polarized illumination,the current distribution in the middle layer is shielded,providing a fifth set of polarization independent phases.The proposed 1-bit DBFC metasurface array has advantages in terms of structure and cost,while enhancing the utilization rate of the metasurface array.It has high application potential in microwave imaging,wireless power transmission,and other projects.
摘要现有光伏功率预测方法中,存在大多使用单点映射未能充分挖掘数据中蕴含的局部时序模式、未能深入探究时间数据对光伏出力的全局指导作用和未考虑普遍存在的数据漂移现象对模型的影响等问题,导致模型预测精度不高、鲁棒性不强。针对上述问题,提出一种基于改进PatchTST(patch time series transformer)模型的超短期光伏功率预测方法。利用粗糙集既能考虑特征与标签的关系又能考虑特征间耦合关系的特点,进行特征降维,保留决策信息;使用改进通道独立机制的PatchTST模型,提取局部时序模式的同时,捕捉气象要素和光伏出力间的复杂映射关系;此外,使用GLAFF(global-local attention fusion framework)插件获取时间数据中的全局指导信息;使用自适应的权重分配机制动态调整局部信息和全局信息的比例,以缓解数据漂移对模型性能的负面影响。使用内蒙古和澳大利亚两光伏电站的实测数据集进行实验验证,结果表明,所提模型在预测精度和鲁棒性方面具有优势。
摘要The freemium pricing model has become mainstream in the software industry.A large user base can induce positive network effects while expanding security risks associated with unpatched users.This study explores a two-stage decision problem faced by software vendors that involves a freemium versioning strategy and a subsequent security-patching strategy when taking both the positive network externality and negative security externality into consideration.It is noteworthy that a joint effect of the two externalities on the vendor’s management decisions exists.First,we analytically derive three patching strategies for the vendor:PS1(rebates all users),PS2(rebates only freeware users),and PS3(rebates no users).Our results indicate that,if the strength of the positive network externality is relatively low,the optimal security-patching strategy will be significantly affected by the negative security externality.Specifically,when the intensity of the negative security externality is low,the vendor’s optimal patching strategy will be PS1.However,with the increase in the negative security externality,the optimal patching strategy changes to PS2 and then to PS3,whereas the strategy spaces of PS1 and PS2 decrease in the positive network externality to zero.Nevertheless,if the strength of the positive network externality is relatively high,the vendor is better off selecting PS1 when the negative security externality is low.However,when the negative security externality is high,PS3 is optimal.Furthermore,based on optimal patching strategies,we reveal the optimal conditions required for the vendor to adopt the freemium model compared with commercial only.Of interest,we find that the vendor adopting the freemium version is also influenced by the interaction of the two externalities.Finally,through numerical experiments,we find that the vendor and social planner’s interests can be aligned under certain conditions.However,this is not always the case.

摘要Microneedles(MNs)have been extensively investigated for transdermal delivery of large-sized drugs,including proteins,nucleic acids,and even extracellular vesicles(EVs).However,for their sufficient skin penetration,conventional MNs employ long needles(≥600μm),leading to pain and skin irritation.Moreover,it is critical to stably apply MNs against complex skin surfaces for uniform nanoscale drug delivery.Herein,a dually amplified transdermal patch(MN@EV/SC)is developed as the stem cell-derived EV delivery platform by hierarchically integrating an octopusinspired suction cup(SC)with short MNs(≤300μm).While leveraging the suction effect to induce nanoscale deformation of the stratum corneum,MN@EV/SC minimizes skin damage and enhances the adhesion of MNs,allowing EV to penetrate deeper into the dermis.When MNs of various lengths are applied to mouse skin,the short MNs can elicit comparable corticosterone release to chemical adhesives,whereas long MNs induce a prompt stress response.MN@EV/SC can achieve a remarkable penetration depth(290μm)for EV,compared to that of MN alone(111μm).Consequently,MN@EV/SC facilitates the revitalization of fibroblasts and enhances collagen synthesis in middle-aged mice.Overall,MN@EV/SC exhibits the potential for skin regeneration by modulating the dermal microenvironment and ensuring patient comfort.
