Methods: A total of 40 eligible lung cancer chemotherapy patients were included in 2025 as the observation subjects. Using the principle of random allocation, they were evenly divided into two groups: each consisting of 20 patients. The control group members received the standard oncology nursing process, while the intervention group members implemented a structured, problem-oriented nursing intervention measure within the framework of the standard nursing. Results: The research data showed that the intervention group patients had a significantly higher proportion of complete treatment compliance. Anxiety and depression scores were significantly lower than those of the control group. The assessment results of quality of life further indicated that the intervention group had higher scores in overall health perception, emotional function, social function, etc., and lower scores in fatigue and pain symptoms. The overall satisfaction rate of nursing services was also significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion: Applying a problem-oriented nursing approach to lung cancer chemotherapy patients can effectively promote their treatment compliance behavior, significantly reduce the burden of anxiety and depression, and improve their quality of life in multiple aspects. This indicates that this nursing model has clear clinical application and promotion prospects.展开更多

In this paper, four kinds of nursing intervention models, family-centered nursing, evidence-based nursing, self-care and emotional nursing, were selected for classroom teaching in higher vocational colleges. The specific teaching significance of problem-oriented teaching in learning these four kinds of nursing intervention models was discussed respectively, so as to provide reference and guidance for clinical nursing. This article selected four common nursing interventions in clinical nursing: family-centered nursing and self-nursing, which are suitable for home relatives of discharged patients to take care of them or patients to take self-care after orthopedic replacement. Emotional nursing is suitable for psychological counseling of patients with benign and malignant tumors;Evidence-based nursing is suitable for clinical nursing intervention based on evidence, and is commonly used in TCM diagnosis and treatment.展开更多

Methods: in this paper, 40 live-in students of traditional Chinese medicine from September 2021 to September 2022 in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group (20 students) and control group (20 students). On the traditional teaching mode, the experimental group carried out problem-oriented teaching combined with standardized patients. Each round of 4-5 students in the two groups entered the pulmonary diseases department in turn, and the study period was February. The differences of clinical teaching effect evaluation and satisfaction evaluation were compared and analyzed. Results: by summarizing the effects of the combination of problem-oriented teaching and standardized patients on the improvement of clinical ability and satisfaction evaluation, it is concluded that the practical application of problem-oriented teaching and standardized patients in the teaching of traditional Chinese medicine has obvious advantages compared with the traditional teaching mode. Conclusion: through the analysis and discussion, it is concluded that the problem-oriented teaching and student standardization of patients have obvious advantages, which provides new ideas for cultivating high-quality and high-level medical talents.展开更多
