These delays not only increase costs and resource consumption but also frequently lead to contractual disputes and safety risks, significantly impeding the industry's advancement. This paper examines the root causes of construction project delays and proposes targeted solutions. It first outlines common manifestations of such delays and their adverse impacts on project quality, cost control, and timelines. The analysis then identifies three primary causes: design and technical issues—including frequent design changes, inadequate technical solutions, and improper use of new materials or technologies;project management and resource allocation shortcomings—such as poorly formulated plans, insufficient process oversight, and coordination gaps between human resources and material supply;and external factors like policy fluctuations, weather anomalies, market instability, and complex stakeholder relationships. To address these challenges, the paper proposes three key strategies: enhancing design precision and scientific/forward-looking planning during the early stages;implementing real-time monitoring and precise management with advanced tools during construction;and establishing robust riskearly warning systems and external collaboration mechanisms. Finally, concrete implementation measures are proposed across organizational structure optimization, technical support enhancement, and contractual incentive frameworks to ensure effective execution.展开更多

To gain a deeper understanding of the specific operational methods of green construction technology, researchers employed a combination of extensive literature reading and theoretical analysis to comprehensively summarize the practical application experience and specific operational experience of green construction technology at home and abroad, and carefully examined the applicable conditions and existing deficiencies of various technical means. In practical application, green construction technology has indeed optimized the construction process, reduced energy waste, and successfully achieved a close integration of construction management and environmental protection. During the research process, it was also found that there were numerous difficulties and challenges in technology promotion, system integration, and team collaboration. Based on the findings, the researchers put forward several suggestions, namely increasing policy support, accelerating the pace of technology research and development, and strengthening cooperation and communication among industries, hoping that these measures would help green construction technology to be widely used and continuously improved in more construction projects, ultimately shaping a construction method that is both environmentally friendly and energy-efficient as well as fast and convenient. The research findings provide a very important reference basis for technological progress and the accumulation of practical experience in related fields.
摘要This article focuses on construction process optimization and project cost control, delving into how improved construction techniques and technological innovations can facilitate effective cost management in building projects. It elaborates on the fundamental concepts and key components of construction processes, analyzes the constituent elements of project costs and their core management objectives, while comprehensively explaining how construction technology levels decisively influence project expenses. The study also examines common cost control challenges in current practices—such as low material efficiency due to outdated methods, project delays and labor waste caused by suboptimal workflow designs, and hidden costs resulting from inadequate site management. To address these issues, the paper proposes concrete solutions including proactive adoption of eco-friendly construction technologies and advanced materials, rational adjustments to construction workflows and site layouts, and full utilization of information-based tools like BIM for precision management. To ensure sustained cost-reduction benefits from these optimizations, the article outlines detailed implementation measures: enhancing employee training and technical briefings, establishing end-to-end cost monitoring systems, strictly enforcing standardized procedures, and strengthening inspection and evaluation mechanisms. This work provides valuable theoretical foundations and practical guidance for construction enterprises to elevate operational efficiency and achieve superior economic outcomes.
摘要The construction industry is experiencing accelerated digital transformation, with Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology revolutionizing interior decoration projects. This article examines how BIM technology integrates effectively within decoration workflows, elucidating its value, operational procedures, and foundational requirements for future development. Through a thorough review of conventional practices and workflows in past decoration projects, the study identifies multiple challenges—including incomplete data integration, inefficient cross-team communication, frequent design changes, excessive material and labor costs, and difficulties in rigorous quality control. Subsequently, the paper details BIM's core functionalities and critical advantages over traditional methods, highlighting its superior performance in achieving high-level information integration, intuitive visualization, early defect detection with design optimization, and seamless end-to-end collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. The latter part of the article provides a detailed discussion on the specific applications of BIM technology across various critical stages of renovation projects: During the design phase, collaboration among multiple professional teams enables comprehensive design completion and early identification of potential issues, resulting in more refined and thorough solutions;during construction, the established model facilitates construction process simulation, efficient scheduling, strict cost control, and seamless coordination among site personnel, significantly enhancing construction accuracy and efficiency;in the post-construction maintenance phase, the complete model offers accurate and reliable data support for equipment operation management, room layout adjustments, and routine maintenance tasks.
