针对水电站机组状态监测系统在10 kHz左右高频采样时出现的网络微小突发拥堵及传输控制协议(Transmission Control Protocol,TCP)长时间延迟问题,提出一种兼容IEC 61850信息模型的跨层映射简单通信架构方案。该方案在语义层保留标准抽...针对水电站机组状态监测系统在10 kHz左右高频采样时出现的网络微小突发拥堵及传输控制协议(Transmission Control Protocol,TCP)长时间延迟问题,提出一种兼容IEC 61850信息模型的跨层映射简单通信架构方案。该方案在语义层保留标准抽象通信服务接口(Abstract Communication Service Interface,ACSI),以维持模型自我描述能力;在表示层采用依托静态字典映射的Protobuf序列化机制,降低平均头部开销;在传输层构建基于用户数据报协议(User Datagram Protocol,UDP)和应用层自动重发请求(Automatic Repeat reQuest,ARQ)的可靠传输通道。半实物消融实验表明,在全厂多机组同时录波的拥堵环境下,该协议在确保有效交付失败率低于0.05%的同时,可将P99时延从245.8 ms缩短至28.4 ms,进而在100 Mb/s工业以太网条件下实现具有统计确定性的传输,满足故障诊断对时序一致性的严格需求。展开更多

The design of rate compatible punctured IRA codes suitable for an IR-HARQ scheme is well formulated and efficiently solved by a linear-programming method, along with a one-dimensional approach for density evolution. Compared to IR-HARQ schemes based on turbo codes, simulation shows that the proposed IR-HARQ schemes based on IRA codes may achieve almost the same performance at a block size of 1 024, but better throughput at a block size of 4 096. The advantages of the proposed scheme in implementation, including decoding complexity and parallelism, make it more attractive in practice than the IR-HARQ schemes based on both turbo and LDPC codes.展开更多
