We have used a software f... A Thomson scattering diagnostic system is under construction at the Joint Texas Experimental Tokamak(J-TEXT). A 1064 nm Nd:YAG laser with 50 Hz repetition rate is used as the laser source. We have used a software for careful and precise control of the laser through serial communication. A time sequence operating system has been developed to synchronize the laser control and data acquisition system with the central control system(CSS). The system operates commands from the CSS of J-TEXT and generates triggers for the laser and data acquisition system in the proper sequence. It also measures an asynchronous time value that is needed for accurate time stamping. All functions are served by a field-programmable gate array development platform that is suitable for high-speed data and signal processing applications.Several embedded peripherals, including Ethernet and USB 2.0, provide communication with the CSS and the server. 展开更多

Mechanical responses of deep salt caverns under synchronous and asynchronous operation strategies 认领 引用

In China,gas storage in deep salt caverns faces challenges due to high in situ stresses,elevated geothermal temperatures,and the presence of interbedded salt-mudstone formations.These factors lead to heterogeneous deformation and stress concentration,which adversely affect the stability and sealing capacity of salt caverns.To address these issues,this study systematically investigates the differences in the mechanical responses of a dual-cavern system located in a representative deep salt district under synchronous and asynchronous injection-production processes.The impacts of key operating parameters on the long-term deformation evolution of salt caverns under thermo-mechanical coupling are examined,and the effectiveness of the asynchronous operation strategy in optimizing the cavern stability is quantitatively evaluated.The results demonstrate that asynchronous operation significantly enhances the stability of the inter-cavern pillar.Specifically,this strategy disrupts the connection between zones with high stress-to-strength ratios,thereby reducing the risk of coupled failure between the two salt caverns.Furthermore,this strategy improves the distribution of the dilatancy safety factor of the surrounding rocks.Asynchronous operation also performs well in mitigating long-term deformation of the salt caverns,resulting in a lower risk of unilateral pillar instability,reduced cavern roof subsidence,and diminished volume shrinkage.Notably,asynchronous operation can effectively suppress cavern deformation under high-frequency injection-production cycles.Increasing the operating rate and decreasing the minimum pressure result in decelerating and accelerating deformation trends,respectively.Sensitivity analysis identifies the minimum pressure as the primary factor directly controlling cavern deformation,while operating frequency benefits most from the adoption of an asynchronous operation strategy.Overall,the findings of this study are expected to advance the construction and operational optimization of deep salt caverns for gas storage in China. 展开更多

The operation rules and methods for heavy-haul trains were studied and summarized according to the characteristics of the Daqin Railway,such as a large traffic volume,a high density and high-speed and difficult-to-operate heavy-haul trains.Combined with traction calculation and operation experience,these can be quantificationally decomposed into an evaluation standard for the smooth modularized operation of heavy-haul trains that can be recognized by computers.A train operation guidance system was designed to collect locomotive drivers’operation data,display the actual operation and standard curves in real time and give voice prompts and violation-operation alarms for safety-critical operation.In addition,software for operation analysis and evaluation was developed according to the quantified smooth operation standard.The smooth operation of heavy-haul trains was evaluated and statistically analysed through a comparative analysis of the actual operation records.Moreover,a train impact force detection device capable of monitoring the three-dimensional impact force of heavy-haul trains in real time was developed.Meanwhile,the evaluation standard for smooth operation was verified and optimized by real-time monitoring of the impact force of heavy-haul trains.Finally,on the basis of the above studies,a complete closed-loop management scheme for the smooth operation of heavy-haul trains was constructed,and the objectives of optimizing train operation strategy,standardizing drivers’operations and ensuring the smooth operation of trains were realized through application. 展开更多
