In response to the current issues in the construction of software engineering(SE)degree granting program,such as insufficient resource integration,low level of internationalization,and inadequate quality control,we propose the Software Engineering Degree Granting Program Construction Practice Project at Harbin Institute of Technology(HIT).This project aims to explore new models for software talent cultivation,establish a superior SE degree granting program,and ultimately cultivate outstanding internationalized composite SE professionals to support the high-quality development of the national software industry.To this end,we design a distinctive overall construction idea and plan for the SE degree granting program,which are characterized by“3I3S:three highlights for specialized cultivation and strictness in three aspects to ensure quality control”.After years of practice and validation of the project at the School of Software at HIT,this project has proven effective in optimizing talent cultivation models,enhancing students’practical abilities,promoting international exchange and cooperation,advancing industry-education integration,and meeting industrial needs. 展开更多

This paper investigates the teaching reform of the Program Comprehension and Analysis course in the context of industry-education integration and AI empowerment.To align with the evolving needs of the software industry,the course content has been updated to incorporate AI techniques such as large language models and deep learning.The reform enriches educational resources and introduces innovative instructional approaches.In addition,high-quality practical teaching cases have been developed,and immersive,hands-on learning experiences have been designed based on industrial platforms and real-world applications.These initiatives aim to enhance the practical skills and innovative thinking of professional degree graduate students,fostering high-caliber talent that aligns with industry demands.A survey of 90 graduate students revealed high levels of satisfaction regarding course content,teaching methodology,and skill development.The reform has proven effective in cultivating interdisciplinary professionals with solid foundations in software engineering and AI-driven innovation. 展开更多

With the rapid development of artificial intelligence,the intelligence level of software is increasingly improving.Intelligent software,which is widely applied in crucial fields such as autonomous driving,intelligent customer service,and medical diagnosis,is constructed based on complex technologies like machine learning and deep learning.Its uncertain behavior and data dependence pose unprecedented challenges to software testing.However,existing software testing courses mainly focus on conventional contents and are unable to meet the requirements of intelligent software testing.Therefore,this work deeply analyzed the relevant technologies of intelligent software testing,including reliability evaluation indicator system,neuron coverage,and test case generation.It also systematically designed an intelligent software testing course,covering teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching methods,and a teaching case.Verified by the practical teaching in four classes,this course has achieved remarkable results,providing practical experience for the reform of software testing courses. 展开更多

In view of the deficiencies in aspects such as failure rate requirements and analysis assumptions of advisory circular,this paper investigates the sources of high safety requirements,and the top-down design method for the flight control system life cycle.Correspondingly,measures are proposed,including enhancing the safety target value to 10−10per flight hour and implementing development assurance.In view of the shortcomings of mainstream aircraft flight control systems,such as weak backup capability and complex fault reconfiguration logic,improvements have been made to the system’s operating modes,control channel allocation,and common mode failure mitigation schemes based on the existing flight control architecture.The flight control design trends and philosophies have been analyzed.A flight control system architecture scheme is proposed,which includes three operating modes and multi-level voters/monitors,three main control channels,and a backup system independent of the main control system,which has been confirmed through functional modeling simulations.The proposed method plays an important role in the architecture design of safety-critical flight control system. 展开更多

With the widespread use of Chinese globally, the number of Chinese learners has been increasing, leading to various grammatical errors among beginners. Additionally, as domestic efforts to develop industrial information grow, electronic documents have also proliferated. When dealing with numerous electronic documents and texts written by Chinese beginners, manually written texts often contain hidden grammatical errors, posing a significant challenge to traditional manual proofreading. Correcting these grammatical errors is crucial to ensure fluency and readability. However, certain special types of text grammar or logical errors can have a huge impact, and manually proofreading a large number of texts individually is clearly impractical. Consequently, research on text error correction techniques has garnered significant attention in recent years. The advent and advancement of deep learning have paved the way for sequence-to-sequence learning methods to be extensively applied to the task of text error correction. This paper presents a comprehensive analysis of Chinese text grammar error correction technology, elaborates on its current research status, discusses existing problems, proposes preliminary solutions, and conducts experiments using judicial documents as an example. The dynamic motion capability of humanoid robots is a key indicator for evaluating their performance.Jumping,as a typical dynamic motion,is of great significance for enhancing the robot’s flexibility and terrain adaptability in unstructured environments.However,achieving high-dynamic jumping control of humanoid robots has become a challenge due to the high degree of freedom and strongly coupled dynamic characteristics.The idea for this paper originated from the human response process to jumping commands,aiming to achieve online trajectory optimization and jumping motion control of humanoid robots.Firstly,we employ nonlinear optimization in combination with the Single Rigid Body Model(SRBM)to generate a robot’s Center of Mass(CoM)trajectory that complies with physical constraints and minimizes the angular momentum of the CoM.Then,a Model Predictive Controller(MPC)is designed to track and control the CoM trajectory,obtaining the required contact forces at the robot’s feet.Finally,a Whole-Body Controller(WBC)is used to generate full-body joint motion trajectories and driving torques,based on the prioritized sequence of tasks designed for the jumping process.The control framework proposed in this paper considers the dynamic characteristics of the robot’s jumping process,with a focus on improving the real-time performance of trajectory optimization and the robustness of controller.Simulation and experimental results demonstrate that our robot successfully executed high jump motions,long jump motions and continuous jump motions under complex working conditions. 展开更多

In recent years,foodborne diseases have become one of the most Data analysis technology has been widely used in the field of public health,and greatly facilitates the preliminary judgment of medical staff.Foodborne pathogens,as the main factor of foodborne diseases,play an important role in the treatment and prevention of foodborne diseases.However,foodborne diseases caused by different pathogens lack specificity in clinical features,and the actual clinical pathogen detection ratio is very low in reality.This paper proposes a data-driven foodborne disease pathogen prediction model,which paves the way for early and effective patient identification and treatment.Data analysis was implemented to model the foodborne disease case data.The best model achieves good classification accuracy for Salmonella,Norovirus,Vibrio parahaemolyticus,Staphylococcus aureus,Shigella and Escherichia coli.With the patient data input,the model can conduct rapid risk assessment.The experimental results show that the data-driven approach reduces manual intervention and the difficulty of testing. 展开更多

The Green Revolution genes Rht-B1b and Rht-D1b encode truncated DELLA proteins that confer gibberellin(GA)-insensitive semi-dwarfism in wheat.Their roles in reducing plant height and enhancing lodging resistance are well established,but their pleiotropic effects on specific components of plant architecture require further genetic dissection.Here,we reveal a previously unrecognized role of Rht-D1b in regulating tiller angle,a key determinant of canopy architecture.Quantitative trait locus(QTL)mapping identified Rht-D1b as a major locus controlling tiller angle.Functional validation showed that Rht-D1b not only reduces plant height but also increases tiller angle and tiller number,thereby optimizing canopy structure for enhanced yield potential.Transcriptome profiling indicated that Rht-D1b modulates the expression of genes involved in auxin signaling and polar auxin transport.Broad-scale phenotyping across diverse wheat accessions demonstrated that both Rht-B1b and Rht-D1b significantly increase tiller angle and leaf area index,with double mutants exhibiting the strongest effects on tiller architecture.Notably,the frequency of Rht-B1b and Rht-D1b has risen in modern cultivars,coinciding with a historical trend toward wider tiller angle.Together,these findings establish a novel pleiotropic role for the Green Revolution genes,demonstrating that they not only reduce plant height but also coordinate tiller angle and tiller number to optimize canopy architecture,ultimately elevating yield in wheat. 展开更多

The rapid development of artificial intelligence(AI)is accelerating the digital transformation of higher education.Today,“AI+Education”has become a key feature of Education Informatization 2.0 Action Plan in China.This study presents practical experiences in applying AI to programming courses.First,the global trends in AI-powered teaching and learning are analyzed.Key challenges in programming education that can be addressed by AI are then identified.Focusing on common teaching problems,an introductory programming course is used to demonstrate the construction of a course engine powered by large language models.This engine enables the creation of intelligent courses,driving innovation in teaching scenes,and transforming both teaching and learning methods.The exploration then extends to the design of AI-enhanced teaching and learning environments,featuring AI teaching assistants and AI learning companions.These tools provide scalable,differentiated,and personalized support for teachers.They also enable one-on-one,adaptive,and customized learning experiences for students.An integrated learning support system is proposed,which combines courses,training,competitions,testing,evaluation,and certification.The goal is to build a smart teaching ecosystem with knowledge services,personalized learning,and instructional support,as well as to realize the entire teaching process of“course–training–competition–testing–evaluation”empowered by AI for all elements and all time periods.Furthermore,the intelligent&interactive virtual massive open online courses(IMOOCs)for C programming is developed.A new hybrid teaching model based on IMOOC,which integrates virtual and real elements and promotes crossdomain collaboration,has also been explored.Potential risks of overreliance on AI tools are discussed,together with strategies to address them.Finally,future trends and challenges in“AI+Higher Education”are examined.The study argues that AI will unlock new possibilities for reshaping how higher education is delivered and experienced. 展开更多

Raft is a foundational consensus protocol for distributed systems,architected to ensure state machine replication and data consistency across machine clusters.However,traditional Raft faces significant performance bottlenecks,particularly regarding suboptimal election efficiency and substantial consensus latency in large-scale deployments.To address these challenges,this study presents MH-Raft,an enhanced consensus variant designed for high efficiency and minimal latency.We propose a hierarchical node management and election framework to optimize network coordination.Specifically,a leader election methodology leveraging the multi-objective evolutionary algorithm based on decomposition(MOEA/D)is formulated to minimize election latency by evaluating multi-dimensional node attributes.To further refine the proposed hierarchical architecture,a rigorous tightness definition is devised for optimal mediator node selection,which is integrated into a hybrid clustering algorithm that adaptively partitions the network and optimizes the mapping between mediator nodes and follower nodes.Quantitative evaluations via comprehensive experiments demonstrate that MH-Raft significantly reduces overall election latency and lowers consensus latency by 14.87%–34.45%,while enhancing average throughput by 30.43%compared to the conventional Raft implementation. 展开更多

Solar flares are one of the strongest outbursts of solar activity,posing a serious threat to Earth’s critical infrastructure,such as communications,navigation,power,and aviation.Therefore,it is essential to accurately predict solar flares in order to ensure the safety of human activities.Currently,the research focuses on two directions:first,identifying predictors with more physical information and higher prediction accuracy,and second,building flare prediction models that can effectively handle complex observational data.In terms of flare observability and predictability,this paper analyses multiple dimensions of solar flare observability and evaluates the potential of observational parameters in prediction.In flare prediction models,the paper focuses on data-driven models and physical models,with an emphasis on the advantages of deep learning techniques in dealing with complex and high-dimensional data.By reviewing existing traditional machine learning,deep learning,and fusion methods,the key roles of these techniques in improving prediction accuracy and efficiency are revealed.Regarding prevailing challenges,this study discusses the main challenges currently faced in solar flare prediction,such as the complexity of flare samples,the multimodality of observational data,and the interpretability of models.The conclusion summarizes these findings and proposes future research directions and potential technology advancement. 展开更多
