This paper aims to explore effective strategies for overcoming the five core challenges currently faced by vocational education:challenges in defining the educational type,variations in the quality of incoming students and their learning abilities,the need to improve teaching quality and effectiveness,urgent requirements for optimizing the quality of teaching staff,and insufficient depth in the integration of industry and education.By analyzing the root causes of these challenges,this paper proposes a series of targeted strategies and measures.Taking the School of Chemistry and Materials Engineering at Hainan Vocational University of Science and Technology as an example,the paper elaborates on how the school has significantly enhanced the adaptability and teaching quality of vocational education through precise positioning of vocational education types,strengthening the construction of teaching staff,optimizing teaching methods and content,and deepening the integration of industry and education.The research results indicate that these initiatives not only effectively address key issues in vocational education but also promote comprehensive improvements in students’overall qualities and employment competitiveness,providing valuable insights and practical references for advancing the high-quality development of vocational education.Furthermore,by introducing the practice of the School of Chemistry and Materials Engineering at Hainan Vocational University of Science and Technology in tailoring vocational education development to local conditions,this paper validates the reliability and feasibility of the proposed solutions. 展开更多

This study focuses on vocational undergraduate institutions in Hainan Province,exploring the current status,issues,and optimization strategies for integrating ideological and political education into college English courses.Through questionnaires,interviews,and classroom observations,the research identifies problems such as insufficient integration of ideological content,monotonous teaching methods,and low student engagement.To address these issues,this paper proposes a four-in-one teaching strategy encompassing teaching objectives,content,methods,and evaluation mechanisms.The effectiveness of this strategy is validated through teaching practices.The results indicate that the optimized teaching strategy significantly enhances students’English proficiency and ideological literacy,providing practical references for the reform of ideological and political education in college English courses at vocational undergraduate institutions. 展开更多

Effects of Ergonomic Interventions and Assistive Devices in Nursing Practice:A Systematic Review 认领 引用

Objective:To systematically evaluate the effects of ergonomic interventions and assistive devices on work-related musculoskeletal disorders(WMSDs),physical workload,and nursing safety during nursing procedures.Methods:This systematic review was conducted in accordance with the PRISMA 2020 statement.Eleven electronic databases were searched from inception to November 2025.Randomized controlled trials(RCTs)and quasi-experimental studies were included.The PICO framework was used to establish the research question.Study quality was assessed using the Cochrane Risk of Bias Tool and JBI Critical Appraisal Tool.Results:A total of 67 studies were included(32 RCTs and 35 quasi-experiments).Engineering control interventions(e.g.,transfer equipment,height-adjustable hospital beds)significantly reduced lumbar load and the incidence of WMSDs.Comprehensive interventions combining equipment,training,and workflow optimization achieved the most stable and sustained effects.Single training interventions showed limited effectiveness.Although some devices slightly prolonged operation time,they reduced long-term injury risks.Conclusions:Assistive devices based on engineering controls are core strategies for preventing occupational musculoskeletal injuries among nurses.Wider implementation is limited by compliance and organizational barriers.Future research should strengthen intelligent equipment applications and implementation science to improve sustainability and clinical adaptability. 展开更多

Background:Type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)is a common chronic metabolic disorder among the elderly,with a significantly higher incidence of cognitive dysfunction compared to the general population.Objective:To systematically evaluate the risk factors for cognitive dysfunction and the efficacy of nursing interventions in elderly T2DM patients,providing a basis for early clinical identification and comprehensive care.Methods:Literature was retrieved from databases including China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,and PubMed,encompassing Chinese and English publications on risk factors and nursing interventions for cognitive dysfunction in elderly T2DM patients from 2024 to 2026.Two researchers independently conducted literature screening and data extraction.Results:A total of 17 studies were included.Independent risk factors for cognitive dysfunction in elderly T2DM patients included elevated glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c),prolonged diabetes duration,advanced age,high triglycerides,elevated low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),hypertension,and increased serum inflammatory markers.Regarding nursing intervention models,specialized community-based interventions and hyperbaric oxygen therapy combined with Baduanjin exercise effectively improved cognitive function.Conclusion:Clinical practice should emphasize glycemic control in elderly T2DM patients,strengthen early screening for high-risk populations,and adopt diversified nursing intervention approaches to delay cognitive decline. 展开更多

The construction of emerging engineering disciplines focuses on industrial transformation and upgrading as well as talent demands in emerging chemical sectors, putting forward innovation requirements for the traditional classroom teaching of Chemical Engineering Principles. As a core course linking basic theories and engineering applications for chemical majors, it is confronted with prevalent practical difficulties including abstract theoretical formulas, disconnection between classroom lectures and industrial realities, and separation of theoretical learning from practical application. Based on the talent cultivation objectives of emerging engineering education, this paper takes integrating theoretical knowledge into the classroom and connecting classroom teaching with engineering scenes as the core idea, and constructs a new integrated teaching mode from four dimensions: reconstruction of teaching content, innovation of classroom teaching methods, integrated design of theory and practice, and diversified assessment mechanisms. Classroom practice is carried out around typical unit operations such as fluid transportation, heat transfer, and distillation. Practical results show that the integrated classroom can reduce students’ difficulty in understanding theories and strengthen their engineering thinking, meeting the employment standards of emerging engineering industries including the new energy chemical industry and the green chemical industry. With the establishment of Hainan Free Trade Port,the small and medium-sized enterprises in Hainan Free Trade Port have developed and grown in the continuously optimized enterprise environment.The continuous establishment of a large number of small and micro enterprises makes its social and economic development play a non-negligible role.However,due to the small size and insufficient economic strength of small and micro enterprises,their status in the financial system is often very humble.Therefore,under normal circumstances,small and micro enterprises are faced with financing difficulties and high costs,which has a great side effect on their development.The proposal and continuous development of digital inclusive finance,so that small and micro enterprises in access to a wide range of financing opportunities at the same time,their financing methods are more convenient than in the past,the cost is getting lower and lower.This paper deeply discusses the role of digital inclusive finance in easing the financing constraints of small and micro enterprises and puts forward corresponding suggestions[1]. 展开更多

Under the socialist market economic system of our country,the government,through the“invisible hand,”carries on macro regulation and control to improve the financing constraints that small and medium-sized enterprises are facing.But because of the huge base number of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country,there are many kinds,and the problem of financing constraints is still puzzling the development of enterprises at present.With the continuous promotion of inclusive finance in our country,the problems plaguing SMEs in the last mile of financing are gradually improved.In this context,small and medium-sized enterprises in Hainan Free Trade Port are taken as the research object to study the role of digital inclusive finance on the financing constraints of SMEs.The research shows that,first of all,small and medium-sized enterprises in Hainan Free Trade Port generally have financing problems.The development of digital inclusive finance solves the“last kilometer”problem of traditional finance,enhances financial access ability,broadens the financial service group,provides convenience and diversified services for SMEs'financing,and provides inexhaustible impetus for the long-term healthy development of SMEs.Secondly,digital inclusive finance alleviates the financing difficulties faced by SMEs on the island by reducing financial costs and expanding the scale of credit. 展开更多
