This electrodepreparation consists of a two-step procedure: first electropolymerization of aniline onto carbonfiber and then electrodeposition of platinum. The catalytic activity of theplatinum-polyanihne-modified carbon fiber electrode (Pt/PAni/C) was compared with that of a barecarbon fiber electrode (Pt/C) by the oxidation of methanol. The maximum oxidation current ofmethanol on Pt/PAni/C is 50.7 mA centre dot cm-2, which is 6.7 times higher than 7.6 mA centredot cm-2 on the Pt/C. The carbon concentration in matrix is more inhomogeneous in the experiment than that with γ→α→γ7 thermal history. The results showed that the maximum hydrogen absorption capacity of Mg2Ni is 3.25 mass fraction at 523 K, just after synthesis without any activation. The relationships between the equilibrium plateau pressure and the temperature for Mg2Ni were lgp (0.1 MPa)=-3026/T+5.814 (523 K≤T≤623 K) for hydriding and Igp (0.1 MPa)=-3613/T+6.715 (523 K≤T ≤623 K) for dehydriding. The kinetic equation is [-ln(1-a)]3/2 = kt and the apparent activation energy for the nucleation and growth-controlled hydrogen absorption and desorption were determined to be 64.3±2.31kJ/(mol.H2) and 59.9±2.99kJ/(mol.H2)respectively.展开更多

The results show that the number of Al-Si atomic clustersdecreases and that of Al-Al and Si-Si atomic clusters increases for the treated samples. The testswith ZL109 alloy indicate that a large amount of primary crystal Si appears in the solidifiedmicrostructure after treated by EP. It is found that EP can change the microstructure of liquidmetal by affecting the probability of electrons appearing in different atoms (Al and Si) in theliquid metal. The combining force of different atoms decreases relatively, and that of the sameatoms increases, which is the main reason of reducing the atomic cluster with different atoms(Al-Si) and increasing the atomic cluster with the same atoms (Al-Al, Si-Si). The increasing of theatomic cluster with the same atom cluster resulted in the increasing of Si activity and the higherpoint of eutectics in the phase diagram. It makes a lot of primary silicon appeared in ZL109 alloy.展开更多

The σ-ε curves, microstructures and, particularly, textures are analyzed to reveal different deformation mechanisms and to compare with those of coarse grained samples. Dominant double-prismatic slip, {1012} twinning and basal slip are detected in three types of samples, respectively, which is similar to those of coarse grained samples. The detrimental effect of shear band formation or {1011} twinning is limited in fine grained microstructure. In addition to the higher flow stress at low temperature an early decrease in flow stress at higher temperature is also found in fine-grained samples in comparison with their coarse-grained counterparts. This softening is ascribed to the early dynamic recrystallization or grain boundary glide.展开更多

Thus, an optimization neural network model of terminative temperature in the process of dephosphorization by laying correlative degree weights to all input factors related was used. Then sim- ulation experiment of model newly established is conducted utilizing 210 data from a domestic steel plant. The results show that hit rate arrives at 56.45~~ when error is within plus or minus 5%, and the value is 100% when within ~10%. Comparing to the traditional neural network prediction model, the accuracy almost increases by 6. 839o//oo. Thus, the simulation prediction fits the real perfectly, which accounts for that neural network model for terminative tempera- ture based on grey theory can reflect accurately the practice in dephosphorization. To demonstrate the accuracy and reliability of the solutiondeveloped, the calculation results were compared with the production data of a 1700 mm hot striprolling mill and good agreement was found between them. The effect of strip width and roll shiftingon the thermal expansion of the work rolls was studied. It is found that the strip width has markedeffect on the efficient thermal crown. Initially, when the rolling strip changes from narrow towide, a bigger efficient thermal crown can be quickly achieved; afterwards, when the rolling stripchanges from wide to narrow, not only the influence of uneven wear can be reduced but also theexcessive efficient thermal crown can be avoided. It is also found that the work roll shifting has adeterminate but not obvious effect on the reduction of the efficient thermal crown, and will makethe strip shape unstable without being used properly.展开更多

The strain induced precipitationoccurred during the isothermal relaxation stage after deformed in the non-recrystallizationtemperature region. After 30% predeformation at 850 and 900℃, there are two kinds of particles,(Ti,Nb)(C,N) and a few Nb(C,N), to precipitate during holding. The content of Nb in particles riseswith the relaxation time increasing. During the final holding stage, some Nb and Ti atoms in thelattice sites of the precipitates would be replaced by Mo atoms, and the Mo content in theprecipitates increases with the relaxation time. The results were compared with the refinementeffect of microstructures caused by relaxation-precipitation controlling transformation (RPC)processing.展开更多

The variation of Keff is basically the same as that of coercivity. The solid solution of RE was found to reduce the stability of precipitated V(C,N), impede the precipitation of V(C,N) in austenite, and accelerate and refine the precipitation of V(C,N) in ferrite. The combined effect of RE and V is to delay the dynamic recrystallization, refine the grains and second phase particles, and to promote the precipitation of V(C,N) obviously. Thus the microalloying with RE and V leads to raising the strength and toughness of steel.展开更多

Based on careful observation under microscope many daughter mineralsincluding transparent ones and opaque ones have been distinguished in the fluid inclusions of garnetand diopside. The results of SEM/EDS (scanning electron microscope/energy dispersive spectrometer)and LRM (laser Raman microprobe) analysis show that these daughter minerals in garnet are sylvite,halite, sphalerite, chalcopyrite and carbonate. Sylvite daughter mineral is very popular in garnetand diopside. The existence of so much sylvite daughter mineral and other daughter minerals in thefluid inclusions indicates that the ore--forming fluid is of supper-high salinity and high potassiumconcentration. High potassium concentration in the fluid inclusions agrees with K-richmesotype--acid rock and K-silicate alteration that occurred widely in this area. The daughtermineral assemblage in garnet and diopside is similar to the mineral assemblage of ore-forming stagethat followed skarn stage.展开更多

摘要Thermal simulation test, TEM (Transmission Electron Microscope) and nanobeamEDS (Energy Dispersed x-ray Spectrum) techniques were used to investigate the precipitation behaviorof Nb, Ti, Mo etc. in HSLA (High Strength Low Alloy) steel. The strain induced precipitationoccurred during the isothermal relaxation stage after deformed in the non-recrystallizationtemperature region. After 30% predeformation at 850 and 900℃, there are two kinds of particles,(Ti,Nb)(C,N) and a few Nb(C,N), to precipitate during holding. The content of Nb in particles riseswith the relaxation time increasing. During the final holding stage, some Nb and Ti atoms in thelattice sites of the precipitates would be replaced by Mo atoms, and the Mo content in theprecipitates increases with the relaxation time. The results were compared with the refinementeffect of microstructures caused by relaxation-precipitation controlling transformation (RPC)processing.

摘要Taking nanocrystalline Nd_2Fe14B as a typical sample, based on Herzer′s random anisotropy theory and the cubic grain model, the partial exchange-coupling interaction model was established and the dependence of effective anisotropy constant Keff on grain size was investigated. Calculation results reveal that the exchange-coupling interaction enhances and the effective anisotropy of material Keff decreases with the reduction of grain size. The variation of Keff is basically the same as that of coercivity. The decrease of effective anisotropy is the main reason of the reduction of coercivity for nanocrystalline Nd_2Fe14B permanent magnetic material.
摘要The corrosion behavior of tantalum and its nitrides in stirring NaOHsolutions was researched by potentiostatic method, cyclic voltammetry and XPS. The results showedthat the corrosion products were composed of Ta_2O_5 and NaTaO_3. The corrosion reaction formula oftantalum and its nitrides was written according to cyclic volt-ampere curves. 摘要The fluid flow phenomena in tundish have a strong influence not only on theuniform of composition and temperature of bath, but also on the separation of non-metallicinclusions, especially for the multi-strand tundish. A water model of a multi-strand tundish hasbeen set up based on the Froude number and Reynold number similarity criteria. The effect ofdam+weir and baffle on the uniform of composition and temperature of bath for different nozzles hasbeen studied. The residence time distribution curves of the fluid flow were measured by SG800.Comparing the photos of the flow pattern in tundish, the optimum arrangement of baffle+dam wasobtained. This new structure is benefit not only to uniform the temperature among different SENs(submerge entry nozzles) but also to separate the non-inclusions from the liquid steel, it can bewidely used in multi-strand tundish.

摘要The microstructures of copper liners of shaped charges prepared byelectroforming technique were investigated by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Meanwhile, theorientations distributing of the grains in the electroformed copper liners of shaped charges wasexamined by the electron backscattering Kikuchi pattern (EBSP) technique. TEM observations haverevealed that these electroformed copper liners of shaped charges have the grain size of about 1-3mu m and the grains have a preferential orientation distribution along the growth direction. EBSPanalysis has demonstrated that the as-formed copper liners of shaped charges exhibit amicro-texture, i.e. one type of fiber texture, and the preferred growth direction is normal to thesurface of the liners.
摘要The effects of RE were studied by TEM, SEM, ICP and thermal simulation methods in vanadium microalloyed steel. The content of RE in the solid solution can reach the order of 10 -5 ~10 -4 in steel. The solid solution of RE was found to reduce the stability of precipitated V(C,N), impede the precipitation of V(C,N) in austenite, and accelerate and refine the precipitation of V(C,N) in ferrite. The combined effect of RE and V is to delay the dynamic recrystallization, refine the grains and second phase particles, and to promote the precipitation of V(C,N) obviously. Thus the microalloying with RE and V leads to raising the strength and toughness of steel.

摘要The influences of quenching speed and current annealing on the magnetic properties of Nd9Fe86B5 ribbons were investigated. There is an optimum quenching speed (v ≈ 15 m/s) for preparing hard magnetic ribbons, where the remanence of 1.22 T, the intrinsic coercivity of 521 kA?m?1 and the energy products of 150 kJ?m?3 are obtained. After annealing ribbons prepared with v = 20 m/s at a dc current of 0.85 A, the remanence reaches a quite large value of 1.47 T, which attributes to the strong exchange coupling interactions between the fine grains of Nd2Fe14B and α-Fe.
摘要Tongguanshan copper deposit of Tongling large ore belt is one of the typicalskarn copper deposits. Based on careful observation under microscope many daughter mineralsincluding transparent ones and opaque ones have been distinguished in the fluid inclusions of garnetand diopside. The results of SEM/EDS (scanning electron microscope/energy dispersive spectrometer)and LRM (laser Raman microprobe) analysis show that these daughter minerals in garnet are sylvite,halite, sphalerite, chalcopyrite and carbonate. Sylvite daughter mineral is very popular in garnetand diopside. The existence of so much sylvite daughter mineral and other daughter minerals in thefluid inclusions indicates that the ore--forming fluid is of supper-high salinity and high potassiumconcentration. High potassium concentration in the fluid inclusions agrees with K-richmesotype--acid rock and K-silicate alteration that occurred widely in this area. The daughtermineral assemblage in garnet and diopside is similar to the mineral assemblage of ore-forming stagethat followed skarn stage.
摘要The accurate phase boundary of MgAION/(AIN+MgAION) in MgO-AIN-Al2O3 ternary system, has not been determined precisely so far. In the present study, the lattice parameters of MgAION solid solution with various compositions were determined precisely with X-ray powder diffraction. According to the relationship between the lattice parameters of MgAION solid solution and the contents of AIN and MgO, the phase boundaries of MgAION/(AIN+MgAION) in MgO-AIN-AI2O3 ternary system at 1600℃ and 1700℃ were precisely determined.
