Multifunctional metasurfaces have attracted significant attention for their ability to integrate diverse functionalities into a single device,thereby greatly enhancing the information density and system integration.Ho...Multifunctional metasurfaces have attracted significant attention for their ability to integrate diverse functionalities into a single device,thereby greatly enhancing the information density and system integration.However,challenges remain for simultaneously achieving multifunctional integration and simplifying the metasurface design.Here,we demonstrate a geometrically uniform plasmonic metasurface that enables diffraction-orderdecoupled multiplexed holograms,where each diffraction order serves as an independent information channel.By leveraging extraordinary optical diffraction,the proposed metasurface selectively funnels incident light into isolated 0th and-1st diffraction orders.Through optimization of the geometric parameters of the meta-atoms,detour-phase modulation is exclusively activated in the-1st order,whereas Pancharatnam-Berry(PB)phase is carried by the 0th order,thereby achieving complete channel decoupling.Based on the independent and simultaneous modulation of meta-atom displacements and rotations,customized phase profiles are assigned to distinct diffraction orders.As a proof of concept,we experimentally demonstrate diffraction-order-decoupled dual-channel holograms based on the integration of one-dimensional detour phase and PB-phase modulations.Furthermore,by extending this paradigm through the integration of a dual-dimensional detour phase,a tri-functional metasurface is realized.This simple multifunctional metasurface holds substantial promise for applications in displays,data storage,and integrated multifunctional systems.展开更多
Achromatic metalenses face stringent aperture and numerical aperture(NA)constraints,which have become a key bottleneck in metasurface imaging.To this end,a novel achromatic imaging method was first proposed,utilizing ...Achromatic metalenses face stringent aperture and numerical aperture(NA)constraints,which have become a key bottleneck in metasurface imaging.To this end,a novel achromatic imaging method was first proposed,utilizing the unique wideband consistency of diffracted Bessel spots combined with non-blind image restoration techniques.To address the off-axis aberration issue,off-axis achromatic meta-axicons with eccentric conical phases were further designed to convert oblique plane waves into wideband uniform off-axis Bessel beams.Ultimately,a single metasurface integrating 9 meta-axicons with different design field angles was developed,and a meta-camera was constructed accordingly.After image restoration,the meta-camera achieves achromatic imaging within a 10°stitched field of view(FOV),and an angular resolution close to that of near-diffraction-limit lens with the same aperture throughout the entire FOV.The core idea of achieving achromatic imaging based on natural dispersion laws in this study enables the wideband minimalist optical system based on metasurface to completely circumvent the aperture limitation,providing a highly valuable solution for large-aperture meta-camera design that can simultaneously accommodate wideband and off-axis FOV.展开更多

目的系统评价癌症患者家庭照顾者癌症复发恐惧(fear of cancer recurrence,FCR)体验,为制订针对性心理支持干预提供证据。方法检索PubMed、Web of Science、Cochrane Library、Embase、CINAHL、知网、万方和维普等数据库中关于照顾者FC...目的系统评价癌症患者家庭照顾者癌症复发恐惧(fear of cancer recurrence,FCR)体验,为制订针对性心理支持干预提供证据。方法检索PubMed、Web of Science、Cochrane Library、Embase、CINAHL、知网、万方和维普等数据库中关于照顾者FCR体验的质性研究,检索时限为建库至2025年10月。采用Meta整合方法分析结果。结果共纳入17篇文献,提炼出27个研究结果,归纳为8个类别,综合成3个整合结果:照顾者FCR的身心表现、照顾者对FCR相关因素的感知、照顾者采用不同策略应对FCR。结论癌症患者家庭照顾者的FCR体验表现为身心多重负担,护理人员应开展FCR筛查,在关键医疗节点加强专业支持,并构建基于不同应对策略的阶梯式、多学科协同干预体系,以减轻照顾者的FCR。展开更多
目的运用meta分析方法系统评价补肾方剂治疗男性不育症患者精子DNA损伤(SDF)的有效性和安全性。方法从中国知网、维普、万方、PubMed、Cochrane Library、Embase、Web of Science数据库中检索补肾方剂改善SDF的随机对照试验(RCT)研究,...目的运用meta分析方法系统评价补肾方剂治疗男性不育症患者精子DNA损伤(SDF)的有效性和安全性。方法从中国知网、维普、万方、PubMed、Cochrane Library、Embase、Web of Science数据库中检索补肾方剂改善SDF的随机对照试验(RCT)研究,对文献进行方法学质量评价,运用RevMan5.3.5软件进行meta分析,并对结局指标进行GRADE质量分级。结果共纳入17项RCT研究,涉及2164例男性患者。与西医常规治疗相比,补肾方剂能够显著改善男性不育症患者DNA碎片指数(DFI)(MD=-6.50,95%CI:-7.88~-5.11,P<0.01),提高配偶妊娠率(RR=2.11,95%CI:1.12~4.00,P=0.87)、精子总活率(MD=5.56,95%CI:4.39~6.74,P<0.01)、前向运动精子百分率(MD=6.82,95%CI:5.62~8.03,P<0.01)、精子浓度(MD=6.51,95%CI:3.81~9.21,P<0.01)和正常形态精子百分率(MD=1.26,95%CI:0.45~2.06,P<0.01),且补肾方剂不会增加不良反应的发生。结论低到中等质量证据表明,与西医常规治疗相比,补肾方剂在改善男性不育症患者DFI、精液参数、配偶妊娠率等方面具有一定优势,且安全性较好。展开更多
